That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also honestly think their prices are hella expensive. $7.95 for one scoop. $8.95 for the two scoops stack on top of each other in the same small cup. Downtown Seattle gelato shop charges $5.95 and $7.95 respectively. They need to lower their prices.
