Shepherd's Pie w gravy, loaded tater tots - chili cheese
    Arielle M.

Got the Epic Pie experience for about $25 which includes a pie, a topping, and a side. We were one of the only people there so service was quick. It's right by the water on by the pier so it's a nice place to sit inside when it's cold and look at the water. Got the Shepard pie w gravy. All pies were premade and they warm it up to order. Our pie came out cold in the middle. The flavors were what you'd expect from peas, carrots and mashed potatoes. Gravy looks rich but not super strong in terms of flavor. Crust was also pretty tasteless overall. Tater tots were hot and chili has beans, tomatoes, peppers, and corn. A nice comfort food. Personally, not a fan.

    Classic Caesar Salad
    Dani M.

I visited The Armory for lunch craving just a classic Caesar salad, and this stall seemed to have the best price and size so I decided to try it out. The salad had the perfect amount of dressing tossed with cheese and croutons. My only complaint was how overly seasoned the croutons were- all I could taste was oregano.

Guinness Irish Beef pie (Top) and veggie curry pasties (bottom)

We had the absolute pleasure of meeting Annette, who warmly greeted us with her lovely smile! We couldn't decide between the Steak & Mushroom pie or the Irish Beef Stew, but Annette was very helpful in offering suggestions, so we went with the Irish Meat Stew pie and the veggie curry pasties. Inside was really nice, and outdoor seating was even better! (Minus the loud horn from nearby ships) Food was really delicious! The Irish beef stew pie was very flakey, no undercooked pastry. And the veggies curry pasties came in a pair, which had flavorful curry taste. Overall, I strongly recommend trying this place out!

This place was very run off the mill food court food. The only reason I'm giving this three stars is the fact that the employee helping us and I were vibing and joking. I had asked if they were out of anything before I start ordering and she said they have everything. Then I ordered a banana dessert (if I'm remembering correctly) and that was the only one they didn't have The pastry is nice and flaky, meat was seasoned well, and yet it didn't taste good together. We got one savory and one sweet the sweet peach cobbler had a crust that was difficult, fruit that was undercooked, and sauce that was out of place. Wouldn't go back. Wouldn't fight for this meal.

    The Steak and Mushroom Pie

The Steak and Mushroom pie was perfectly seasoned. The brocoli slaw had too many stems for me, but was crunchy and tasty. My spouse enjoyed the curry lamb pie. The Armory food court is a nice, inside, open space with lots of meal or snack options. Perfect after an afternoon at the Space Needle and Chihuly Gardens.

Great meat pies, I did notice though that they are a bit salty for my liking but still a good quick bite to eat on the go. Tots were nice as well.

This place was good! Sopped by on New Year's Eve. We had Shepherd's Pie, Mac and Cheese, and Cherry Berries!

The fish stayed crispy through me taking my time eating a salad and most of the French fries. The tartar sauce and blue cheese are really good. If I realized it came with a broccoli slaw, I would have skipped the side salad. The broccoli slaw was really good, but I was totally full by the time I got to it. Really good sized portion for the price. I would love to try other items on the menu. It was busy on a Saturday, my food still came out relatively quick. Wasn't a fan of my salad coming out with my entree, but the main was still hot and crispy when I got to it, so I wasn't too upset about it.

Once our order was taken, the food came out pretty quickly. We were both very hungry, but unfortunately, the food was unremarkable. My husband's chicken pot pie was "okay", and his side of sweet potato fries was terribly greasy, negatively affecting the taste. My citrus chicken salad was terrible. The grilled chicken itself was ok, nothing special, but it was filled with bland iceberg lettuce and not the romaine lettuce as stated on the menu, what tasted like stale cashews, bland crisp noodles ( out of a can I presume?), very little red onion and not enough mandarin oranges which more were needed to give this salad some life. I basically ate just the chicken and the mandarins. I asked for the two dressings on the side, and this is always my go to salad if I order one while out, but they were eh too. Maybe I'm coming down with something lol? Still very hungry, I looked at the menu in hopes of finding something else, but I really just wanted to leave. Too bad, my husband lived in England for a while and this place looked so great from the outside. Maybe they cut corners in the preparation to bring it out so fast??

Neville's Restaurant: The Closest You'll Get to Real British Food in Washington State…read more Neville's Restaurant is as close as you're going to get to authentic British cuisine in Washington--period. For the purest, it may not be exactly like dining in Merry Old England, but it's the best any of us are likely to find around here. Everyone has their own scone recipe, so if your critique hinges solely on that, it's a little sad--you're missing out on the fantastic overall experience. The food at Neville's is outstanding. They have classic dishes like bangers and mash, and their daily specials never disappoint. Their fish and chips are always cooked to perfection--never greasy, crispy on the outside, tender inside. The sausage rolls are definitely some of the best you'll find outside of the UK, and honestly, you just can't get them anywhere else. The vibe here is pure old-school England, harkening back to a simpler, bygone era. It's cozy, nostalgic, and charming--like stepping into a different time and place. If you're craving genuine British comfort food served with care, Neville's is the place to be. It's one of those hidden gems that truly captures the spirit of Britain in Washington.

Been a long time patron of British Pantry and Three Lions for years prior for lunch, afternoon tea,…read moredrinks, groceries and everything in between even prior to the rebranding to Neville's. Today I walked in with my partner to see if there was table knowing that it was the World Cup, but we were asking politely on the chance that there may be something opening up. The First Lady (younger) was happy to take a look, which is all we could ask for. After a few minutes we were then greeted by an older, much less pleasant lady who in an incredibly rude tone told my partner "there won't be a table. It's the World Cup." Before shrugging us off and enthusiastically closing the gate shut on us. What a way to treat patrons! It takes literally no effort to be kind or respectful even in decline. As a Brit, this was a place I would look forward to coming to but after today's interaction I'd steer well clear.

Until I got up and walked out slowly to Provisions, a bar right across the street, to get a drink. With this attitude toward service, I'm sure none of them realized what kind of business walked out the door in that moment, given I live within walking distance, happen to like a good whiskey, and believe in tipping handsomely for good service. But I get it...surely they saw me and likely filter for a different type of clientele. It's just that even over the years I've been passing by it hasn't worked.
