I didn't go back to ask for a remake because there were several people in line behind me and I didn't want to wait. Instead, I ended up microwaving it when I got back to my Airbnb. The latte itself was decent and had a strong espresso flavor, but the mocha syrup was way too sweet for my taste. I think it would have been much better if it had been about half as sweet. The price was also pretty high for a 12 oz latte. The customer service was disappointing. The young woman who helped me came across as rude and seemed like she didn't want to be there. That's especially unfortunate for a business located in the middle of a major tourist area. As for the drink, I'm not sure how a hot latte ends up being served cold, but it definitely shouldn't happen. I also sampled the tiramisu gelato, which was overly sweet and didn't taste very authentic. Overall, I regret spending the time, money, and calories here. There are too many great coffee shops in Seattle to settle for an experience like this.

Come here for gelato, crepes and coffee -- all delicious -- and stay for the ambiance. There's plenty of seating outside (under the shade of large trees), a speaker playing music, a game of corn hole, and a box of chalk for kiddos to get creative on the sidewalk. The cherry on top? There's usually plenty of parking on the street out front! (Know the prices seem high, but honestly, so are prices for pretty much all foods and services in Seattle. Marmalade is worth every penny! Their business is BOOM or crickets depending on the weather... For the recent visit, we chose the two scoops of rose water and pandan. Both are truly excellent. Both have its discernable flavor in a good way. I highly recommend both flavors, which I suspect are rotating flavors. Service was friendly. I honestly think they have excellent gelato; by itself, it would have been five stars. I also honestly think their prices are hella expensive. $7.95 for one scoop. $8.95 for the two scoops stack on top of each other in the same small cup. Downtown Seattle gelato shop charges $5.95 and $7.95 respectively. They need to lower their prices.
