Worst experience of my entire life getting my nails done... (and I've had some pretty bad nails). I walk in for a simple fill on my acrylics with a French gel on top. I will randomly go here for a mani-pedi. They are always busy, but always do a good job. The employees do not come off as friendly people and remind me of robots on a mission. At times I do feel like they avoid conversation because they don't speak english very well. I made an appointment recently on a monday morning(not busy) for shellac nails and they did an amazing job! I paid $25 (+tip) and these are lasting a lot longer than where I was going. In between coats, the lady left me in the dryer for a really long time and it made such a difference. Usually after a week my nails would peel, but I am still rocking my pink! They also have a large variety of shellac. If you don't mind waiting a bit, they do a good great job for a decent price. I was going to another nail salon that I was not happy with. I asked a stranger who recommended Marlow Nails. She said to ask for Lynn. Lynn is Fabulous and does a wonderful job. (i scheduled an appointment before the customer walked in and we were about 20 minutes in before that customer walked in) that asked the lady that was doing my nails, when she was gonna be finished and the lady doing my nails told me to get up and wait for another lady to finish doing another set of nails on a customer so that the she finish my nails... so that the first lady i was with could do another customers nails that she knew... irritating. read more

If I could give this place 0 stars I would. I always book an appointment 2 weeks in advance before I go, and every time I show up ON TIME I still have to sit there for 30 mins. And even after waiting for that long Lynn still rushes to do my nails. I'm sick of this place always over booking everybody. I definitely don't get the service I pay for. Gave them a 2. I've had acrylic nails done there and they look great and last 3-4 weeks. But there pedicures aren't worth it. The water is either way too hot or too cold. They don't massage like other places and they cut my cuticles way too short which made one bleed. Also I noticed there utensils weren't sanitized... they came out of a sanitary bag, but the bag was already opened with the utensils were just placed inside. I also noticed the utensils used on the girl next to me was the same. Color selection was poor. Won't be going back. read more

The first time I was a drop in for a pedicure to deal with my ingrown toenails. It was a ton of work, but the operator took her time and made sure I was as comfortable as possible. 3 weeks later I have gone back to keep up on improving the big toe issues on both my feet. Another operator did the work and she also did a very careful job. I have the softest fingernails and hate the feeling of acrylics or silks, but I have a trade show to go to this week. I will be shaking lots of hands, so I got a simple manicure. I feel ready to stand on my feet for 2 days to meet n greet. There are so many nail salons in Sonoma County so please don't go to this one. I'm contemplating calling state board on them as I watched a worker finish a pedicure rinse out the bowl with water then call the next client over. Their nail color selection is not great - mainly pinks, reds, neutrals. I had mine done two days ago and the paint is chipping on all nails. I went here to get pink and whites, which are expensive so I would expect for them to look great, but they looked awful! I told the lady that I like them thin and squared off, she made them thick, they were different lengths and they weren't even filed right. My nails dipped in the middle instead of going straight across. Also she put the whites really far down my nails, instead of at the tips. I asked her to fix it but she said that this makes it look better later when it grows out. Also I asked her to make them thinner numerous times but she said that she couldn't for some reason. So pretty much she didn't care what I wanted or how my nails looked. I had to go home and completely file them down thinner and shape them myself......I will NOT be going back, it was a complete waste of money and time:( read more

They get 2 stars for being able to take me and my friend as walk-in pedicures, and being low-priced. That's where it stopped being good. The pedi chairs only kinda worked. Not a reflection of the manicurists, but it was a big bummer. I'd think they would keep up the Equipment they use. The lady working on my friend turned the water on super hot and burned my friend's foot - it was red for an hour. She cut the nails so short that it hurt her. My lady cut my nails at odd angles, and didn't paint them evenly. By the end of the day I had two toes that had paint chips, and they hadn't suffered any abuse that day. The price was cheap ($18 for a pedi) and the lady swiped my card (apparently they debit), asked how much I'd like to put on as tip, but didn't say if there was a charge for using the card or anything, but the total on my bank statement was a little more than I had authorized. (.50 isn't anything to cry over, but it was a surprise nonetheless.) Neither of us were impressed, Neither of us will go back. read more

We called to schedule an appointment for 3:30. We ended up having to wait 20 more minutes, but it's not deal breaker. They were all working with clients and they are nice enough to acknowledge us as we walked in. What I love about this place is they don't rush working on clients as some nail salons do.
