Back then, even stores like Babies "R" Us didn't offer spaces like this. So seeing this kind of accommodation now feels like a big step forward. Even though my babies are grown, it genuinely makes me happy to see other moms being supported in this way. It's small details like this that make a big difference. None of the items were cookie cutter items that are found in chain stores, and great prices. We waltzed in recently, looking for kitchenware, to find a few isles of very limited stuff. What happened? We're also suckers for seasonal deco, and they usually are stacked to the neck with unique pieces. I have noticed that the stock is lower and the prices are higher. That is kind of a bummer. I still didn't leave empty handed but I didn't bring home a cart full like I used to. Hope Old Time Pottery is going through a phase and will bounce back.

I had lost the receipt, and would be fine with just a store credit since I shop there all the time they are located less than a mile from my house). They wouldn't accept my return and give me store credit or gift card, pointing to their stupid sign by the door. I am soured and don't respect a store with their lousy Return Policy. Honestly, Hobby Lobby, Michaels, the At Home Store, etc. with similar merchandise have way better quality any way. Don't expect to see employees waiting to help you out - Marshall's is really self- service. But the layout will help you locate what you need. Once you find what you were looking for, they have a lot of checkout stations by the exit. Each is numbered and, while you are in line, as the line moves and stations open, the number of station that opened is called out for the next person in line. Their checkout process is very efficient. While I don't go there often, when there is something I need that I believe Marshall stocks, I do check it out.

Both my friend and I felt incredibly welcomed and a lack of judgement. It was a refreshing experience and I don't know why I was surprised. Sara hooked me up with a dressing room so I could free up my arms for my items. Another girl took the next batch and I was soon on my way to the fitting room to try on the 10+ items I found. While I loved everything, I narrowed it down and went to checkout. I asked the girl about the current sale (better late than never, right?!) and although none of my items qualified, she hooked it up with a $50 off coupon. Thanks for a great experience!!
