I'm sad that my orders haven't been consistently good :( Sometimes the steak and chicken are very good...other times it's over cooked and dry. Today, it doesn't ven look like the steak was grilled, instead boiled or something. No grill marks, no taste of being grilled etc. Plantains were good and of course the rice and beans tend to always be good. Wasn't very busy at 1:30p on a Wednesday.

a pretty authentic argentine steakhouse (parillada) experience i like walking in and seeing the grille on the left. cool. we had picanha and entrana (inside skirt steak) plus apps of octopus and provolone all was excellent picanha the winner as it was slightly juicier than the thinner skirt steak. chimmichuri served on the side. they had these killer lyonnaise potatoes. i do wish the provolone was simply grilled instead of sautéed with olive oil in the pan. was a little too heavy. lastly i would add that this was good value

I'm only giving it 4 stars bc the chairs aren't comfy, but other than that, authentic Argentine spot with some of the best and crispiest empanadas I've ever had - and I've had a lot. Have traveled home w these empanadas in my suitcase.

WOW!!! This place was absolutely delicious. Did not disappoint. We ordered the 8 ounce fillet and the skirt steak. We had the octopus as the appetizer. The suction cup part tasted a little weird to me. But that's not anything to do with the restaurant. That's just my taste bud.

Excellent! They use a real BBQ and it's amazing. I love the small BBQ for 2 with sausage, morcilla and meat! The staff is nice and accommodating. The wine is good and overall the ambiance is really cool. Great place, not sure why I don't come more often! Maybe because every time I leave I feel so full

The steak here is the best you will get in Naples. It is Argentinian, grass-fed and cooked over glowing embers - just like in Argentina. Our service was friendly and prompt. The bottle of Argentinian Malbec was the perfect accompaniment to our beef. My husband chose the rib eye and I chose the outside skirt steak (entrana). Both were accompanied by delicious Milhojas potatoes (similar to an au gratin potato) - decadent! I so recommend Martin Fiero when you are craving a great steak!

Esta es la 4ta vez que visito el restaurante y nunca me defrauda, muy rica la comida, y muy buen servicio.

    Don't skip the dessert. Yummmm

Love Martin Fiero. The service is always great. We eat there often. Food is always amazing. The skirt steak is definitely a must try. And their potato casserole is definitely something different and yummy we have not experienced anywhere else. The only thing that I would improve are their chairs. Wish they were more comfortable. Other then that, it's our favorite to keep going to. Oh... and don't skip the dessert. Amazing!!

I love the food. Never had anything I don't like. It's smells like heaven but feels like home. Fancy meals with fries and potatoes. Great service. Kind of pricey, but it's not made for the Olive Garden crowd.

It had ceiling fans and a nice view of Naples Players Theater Plaza. Service was prompt & attentive, but never rushed. Marija offered great recommendations that worked well together. For apps we had the Hamachi Crudo with pickled mango and seaweed salad, as well as the Spicy Tuna Roll, which had just enough kick. Both were as authentic as anything we've had in Japan. For main course my wife enjoyed the halibut special. One thing I liked is that Marija quoted us the price wihout asking: right in in line with the other entrees and no worrying about 'sticker shock' check surprises at end of the meal. I had the pork chop, where getting it tender challenges many chefs. This one delivered: Perfectly done and seasoned just right. It doesn't come with vegetables so Marija suggested a half side of miso-chili broccoli, which was a great pairing. As we came in I noticed a lot of diners leaving with leftovers: portions were generous and we did same. For dessert, diners at next table raved about their giant 10 layer carrot cake. Marija offered me an off-the-menu 5-layer option that hit the spot. My wife had the flourless dark chocolate torte and ended up taking half home with us- it was very generous and really delicious. Bill was accurate and you pay at table on handheld terminals- no handing over your card and waiting. One of the more expensive restaurants we've eaten at here, but worth every dollar. It was a wonderful experience and we'll be back.

Everything about it from entering the grounds of The Ritz, walking through the hotel lobby, to being greeted at the host/hostess station elevated an experience that by the end of the meal can be summed up in the word Magnifique! Upon reaching the host/hostess station, we were efficiently greeted and brought to our table walking through a beautiful dining room with a piano player to boot reminiscent of the great restaurants of the '70's and '80's. Whisked to our table to a romantic table for two with a full view of the dining room a la Forge Miami Beach 1980. We were told that The Grill has been operational for 40 years and is the best performing restaurant within Marriott's portfolio and the only remaining Grill. Our server who was outstanding had been here for 29 years. He explained to a T the specials and was both professional and friendly what you would expect at a 5 star restaurant. We started by selecting our bottle of wine a reasonably priced Pride Cab that was not heavily marked up. The wine list was extensive with a wide range of wines priced many priced reasonably and providing good value all the way up to top end Screaming Eagle. We elected to start with a great Caesar salad and followed up with two bone-in steaks, one being the 22 oz. bone-in ribeye for $98 and a 22 oz. bone in filet mignon special at $142 that our server described as being 14 oz. of meat and boy was it huge! The bone-in ribeye was cooked perfectly and delicious and the filet was soft as butter and very very good. We had fantastic Cajun spiced steak fries and great broccolini. For dessert we finished up with two souffles that are personal sized, one being a chocolate souffle with chocolate sauce and in asking for sabayon - they advised that while they could not they would bring out creme anglaise. The cookies n cream souffle was even better and delectable! Service was off the chart polished, unrushed and absolutely great. All in all the experience was beyond 5 stars. A truly unique restaurant standing the test of time and without a doubt the best steakhouse and best restaurant that we have eaten at in the State of Florida. (And yes we have been to all the "supposed" greats in Miami and Bern's too). And quite frankly I would put this at the top of its class within the U.S.

From the moment we walked in, the hostesses and manager made us feel welcome and had us seated right away. Our server, Angel, was fantastic. He walked us through the menu, explained how many of the dishes were prepared, and made thoughtful recommendations without ever feeling pushy. We started with the octopus and fresh focaccia with honey. The octopus was exceptional--easily one of the best I've had and on par with dishes I've enjoyed at Michelin-starred and James Beard-recognized restaurants. We also shared the beet and goat cheese salad, followed by the local snapper and the ribeye cap topped with lobster claw and tail in chimichurri. Every dish was beautifully prepared and showcased the quality of the ingredients. The cocktails were well balanced (not overloaded with ice), and the Thyme on Thyme is an easy recommendation if you're looking for something light and refreshing. The wine list paired nicely with the meal as well. Watching the sunset over the water while listening to music drifting across the park made the evening even more memorable. Our server was also the bartender (Jordan) who was extremely welcoming and super friendly. We told her it was our first time there and she gave us the rundown about the menu and some of the local favorites. We got a coconut shrimp appetizer which was delicious and my blackened grouper Caesar salad was beyond divine. I'm so glad I went with that fish option over the mahi. The grouper was extremely fresh, and the portion size was huge! My husband ordered the mahi-mahi Neuben (I.e. Ruben) which he said was surprisingly good! We also tried a few of the signature cocktails, which to my surprise came in tiki glasses! I absolutely love when a drink comes in fun glassware! Our experience at lunch was so great that we raved about it to our family. Which resulted in us coming back the very next day, but for dinner. We had 24 people in our party! I don't think that we would've been able to do this during peak season so if you're looking to bring a large group, definitely go off - season! Our server for the 24 person dinner with Sam and she was also beyond wonderful! She was our only server and somehow managed to wrangle a table full of chatty adults and six children! Kudos to her! Everything we ordered came out amazing! I absolutely loved the Maine Lobster Salad! Came with a huge portion of lobster, which, for the price was really great! The restaurant has an absolutely wonderful ambience and we were so impressed with the experience, the staff and the food considering this was our first time visiting. They're a bit tucked away inside of a private resort, but since they're open till the public, they do have appropriate signage for the location and it's pretty easy to find. Overall, both dining experiences were absolutely wonderful and I beyond recommend visiting Hogfish Harry's if you're ever in the Naples area. 10/10 recommend!

The menu ... the cuts of steaks ... the wood paneled interior with gold-framed paintings ... the steak sauce ... even the plates with a logo that looks exactly like Peter Lugar's ... all the same. The waiters wear white embroidered jackets, have the confidence of stock brokers and chit chat with you as if they are a longtime friend. The steaks come sizzling in butter and pre-sliced the way Lugar's porterhouse for two come. I have always thought Peter Lugar's was overrated. The steaks are expensive and very fatty with sinew/gristle running through the meat. This wasn't a thick steak ... it was on the thin side and it was fried in butter making the outside flavorful but a little rubbery. If you like Peter Lugar's you will like this. However, if you like a thick, tender steak ... maybe not. The sides are all similar to any good a la carte steakhouse in the world. They have the famous thick bacon, which is more like pork steak on the menu. The wedge salad was very good. Overall, this place gets packed ... parking is a nightmare ... and it's an institution. If you like vintage style, classic restaurants, you'll be in for a treat here. I would certainly come back. The steaks are not the best I've ever had here ... but all the things add up to make it a special vibe and experience as the many regulars would attest. There is a slight douchebaggery aire to the customers, which would make any New York transplant feel at home.
