What a delightful time we had at Martita's. Wonderful servers, delicious food, handmade tortillas. The restaurant is so cute with the decor.

We tried this for the first time after a recommendation. Our lunch was delicious! This was a kid friendly restaurant but great atmosphere. We'll be back for sure!

Pancakes, hash brown and egg whites

The pancakes have a homemade taste and came with some crispy hash browns that didn't taste bad themselves either, while the egg whites were what you would expect them to be. The food isn't bad but I felt it didn't stand out a lot either. Although coming from an early meeting every single one of those elements hit the spot. The service was good and attentive. The parking lot is spacious so if you're going in with hunger knocking loudly on your door it won't take you much to have your car parked and yourself through the entrance. You pay at the end of your meal by walking towards the exit. The tortillas are freshly made there too and you can see it. Don't get me wrong, overall the food was good so if you want to give it a try it is definitely worth it. You can ask for special request on the preparation of your eggs and the ambiance was chill. The name doesn't strike me as a type of Mexican cuisine but that's besides the point. Just a curious note in case you drive pass and read the sing and crave some Mexican food. Provecho!

Much different than the Carolina location. Huevos rancheros were trash! Not one good thing on the plate. Beans were watery and bland, ranchero sauce tasted like unseasoned canned tomatoes, and the hash browns and bacon were soggy and undercooked! One of the worst rancheros I've ever had the misfortune of eating. Left half the plate.

The Lunch Box is affordable, delicious, has always had great costumer service, and gives you a familiar and comfortable feeling. This is the only Mexican Restaurant I eat rice from because it is delicious. They make hand made their flour tortillas on the spot. The restaurant is kinda hidden so make sure from Montana turn on Buckner. If you like soups and you feel under the weather I highly recommend the chicken soup. The restaurant consists of several dinning rooms which makes iT perfect for group reunions etc plus they cater.

Hamburger steak with chile con queso. mmmMMMMM!!!! I had this for breakfast. It's what my belly wanted.

Love the food love the service and LOVE that they have full menu all day errday. Get there for breakfast but you feeling dinner? Then you get yourself some dinner. You do what your belly desires there. Great service, always friendly, even when it's packed. Freshly made tortillas when you walk in, you catch that homemade aroma, make you feel like you're at your abuelitas house. Local gem. Hit it up!

Gross. Ew. I'm not sure how this place stays busy. My food came out wrong. The waitress keyed it in incorrectly. The food was then just luke warm. After having issue after issue I just stop telling the waitress any issues we had. The service was super horrible, not sure if she was a nice waitress or what. But once I have to send back an order twice, that is when a manager should come and apologize. That didn't happen. I get there are times when issues are gonna happen and I never agree to take things off the check, I just want the food to come out right. The lady at the register asked was everything ok, I didn't say yes and she continued to ring me up. My inability to say, yes it was great should have been key that it was not a good experience. I'm definitely not visiting this location. Try the valley location as it is much better service and food. Can't even review the food because it never came out in an edible manner.

I often try a place several times before leaving a review. The Lunch Box has been consistent with superior service and food quality. Tables are spaced apart and the restaurant is very clean. I feel safe eating here for the most part. Tried the combo plates, green chicken enchiladas and Chile rellenos which were all delicious. The beans and rice here are also some of the best. Our servers have always been very courteous. The menu here is extensive and with authentic Mexican cuisine. The interior of the restaurant is welcoming as well.

I kept it classic with waffles, bacon, and eggs--and it absolutely hit the mark. The waffles were light, fluffy, and perfectly golden, the bacon was cooked just right, and everything came out fresh and satisfying. Simple comfort food done right. But what really elevated the experience was the atmosphere. They had live musical entertainment by Louie, who was incredible. He played a mix of hits from yesterday and today, moving effortlessly between country & western, contemporary favorites, and traditional Spanish songs. His versatility created a warm, lively environment that both staff and customers clearly enjoyed--it added something special you don't find everywhere. Service was just as impressive. Our server, XAY, had a bright, welcoming smile and provided outstanding service from start to finish. They offered great suggestions on local favorites and specials, which made the experience feel personal rather than routine. The vibe overall is relaxed, inviting, and very "El Paso"--a place where you can sit, enjoy your meal, and stay a while. Overall: Delicious, well-executed brunch classics Live music that enhances the experience (not overwhelms it) Exceptional, friendly service Comfortable, welcoming atmosphere Would I go back? Without a doubt. This is more than just brunch--it's an experience.

The food was a nice change of pace from traditional El Paso foods. Soul food eggrolls: it was like a big spoonful of granny's Sunday meal without overeating. Shrimp and grits: such a New Orleans feel to it, a much try and f you like the taste of grits. Savory and flavorful. The steak skillet was a heaping serving of deliciousness. TVs are located throughout, from various table angles. Our server Alex will receive 5/5 stars for his kindness, attentiveness and attention to not only our table but his very full and frequently sat section. However, when reaching out to other staff members for assistance in his absence, there were some things that fell through the cracks. Missing silverware, condiments not being present, and at times things going forgotten or unnoticed when requested. The appetizer (pictured) Philly Egg-rolls, were the best food option we received for brunch that afternoon. It was shareable between 3 adults and filling before the entrees arrived. I wouldn't order the Monte Cristo Sandwhich again, very large, dry and just didn't pair well with the potatoes and the jam offered (pictured). We did have to switch out drinks due to her taste and upkeep up the beverages. The sweet tea originally ordered did not taste well but received new drinks upon request: Mango and Strawberry lemonade. This is a family friendly place, busy, but I would give it another chance.

The food was absolutely amazing -- everything we ordered was flavorful, fresh, and beautifully prepared. You could tell a lot of care went into both the menu and presentation. For starters the atmosphere was so cute. Absolutely loved the bar and hanging pots everywhere. Such a clean restaurant and cute vibe. Our waitress was very nice and friendly to us. So no issues there! For drinks I got their berry lemonade which tasted just like lemon juice. I had to request for sugar to be added since it was so sour so beware. My food had came out and to be honest I'm just a little bit disappointed. The rigatoni was cooked but the sauce for it was really not tasty? Like there was almost not a flavor I can taste. Of course there was something but it was very plain and barely even there. It also was not spicy whatsoever. I added grilled chicken too and oh boy was that dry dry DRY. The burrata personally I'm not a fan in general so of course I wouldn't be a fan this time either but they gave a nice little plate full of it. They added some oiled toasted bread and it was way too crispy in my opinion. My partner got the chicken Parmesan and his dish tasted great! Very juicy chicken and cooked all the way. The sauce was perfect too nice and flavorful and great pairing with the chicken. His butter noodles were just like regular butter noodles so not bad. Finally the crème brûlée. Probably the most disappointing dish we ordered. It took repeated stabs to break the sugar glaze on top. Me and my partner were honestly thinking that they added the cream on top to hide how burnt it was actually. Unfortunately because the glaze was so thick and burnt it made the rest of the cream taste have the burnt flavor. It was sad because my partner was looking forward to this desert. Also took wayyy longer to arrive than our entrées. I will say that the waitress was very helpful and she actually covered the crème Brulé. I didn't even ask she just offered, I think she could tell that we didn't enjoy it and I had nicely told her it wasn't what we were expecting so thank you sincerely. Overall I think this is a perfect spot to maybe try drinks and hang with friends. Food was okay, wouldn't try it again in that regard but overall a decent spot here in El Paso if you're looking for something new. Maybe best to ask what's their best dish to serve. Overall thank you.

Indeed, they lived up to their Yelp reviews. I had a 20 oz. Bone in Ribeye (the way God intended ) cooked medium with backed potato. I won't be slapping my mother but I will call her later this evening , to sing the praises of this excellent piece of meat. Particularly the char. It is the best I have ever had. If this placed served a dish that consisted of nothing but the end pieces (where they hug the bone) I would have to consider moving here. That char was perfectly blackened & bursting with flavor. The baked potato (which was backed in an oven & NOT microwaved) was very good also. The Alex's Philly Cheesecake was not as good as the steak but it got the job done. I sat at the bar so the service was immediate but the unsweetened tea tasted like I was the second person who drank some all day. This place is large (it has 'Texas' right in the name!) & because you have to do parking lot gymnastics in the full parking lot, I expected a little wait on this hot Sunday afternoon. Happily there was no wait. It has a high barn-like roof that amplifies customers talking to a semi-comfortable background cacophony but the steak was so good I entered into my own little world. The only down side was that the steak & especially the backed potato could have been a little hotter. If I ever wander through these parts again, I will definitely return. 4-stars
