I purchased the Milk Cream and Matcha Cream Mochinut Balls and ate them immediately in my car before even leaving the parking lot. Both fillings had almost no sweetness at all, which was very unusual compared to every previous visit. The dough was also much thinner than normal and lacked the soft, chewy texture that I always expect from Mochinut. Overall, the product tasted bland and nothing like what I'm used to. I couldn't continue eating them, so I brought them back into the store and explained to the staff that something seemed abnormal with the product. They listened, but the experience was disappointing, especially since I've consistently had great experiences here in the past.
