1/2 lbs each of brisket, pulled pork and ribs with bbq sauce.

My girlfriend and I had the 1961 Combation. Ambiance of food and service was excellent. Half pound each of brisket, pulled pork, ribs with three sides/three rolls. Highly recommended!

Forty years ago I used to come dancing here The food is great! I came in, friendliest waitress helped me. I got the country club I think it was called. It's the brisket and pork and F'ing Tasty! My attentive waitress said it was good and so now I know she's honest as well as a good waitress. Seriously stop and eat here. I'm in town for another week and I plan on going back! It's super clean and totally what you expect.

Cozy café restaurant! We accidentally came on karaoke night and it was really awesome and funny hearing a couple folks over the mic from two rooms over! The food was good and the service staff was very nice and helpful. Clean restrooms.

We love historic cafes and this one has been around for 50+ years. It was fairly quiet on an early Tuesday morning. Their servings are good size - subsequently I didn't order chicken-fried steak because it comes on three plates! I got a traditional breakfast with sausage and biscuits. Everything was tasty. The Hubbs ordered the cinnamon roll French toast with ham and eggs. Everything was good, but the French toast was mushy in the middle - which means too much egg mixture and not long enough on the grill. Good coffee, great service.

We stopped here on our way back home. So much better than the fast food joints. Service and food were both very good. I got the burger and fries and wife got the grilled chicken patty melt. Will have to stop on the way back to try the chicken fried steak next time.

Besides the retro vibe there are plenty of outer space items (thus the Galaxy name) and since it is a short drive from Lowell Observatory where Pluto was discovered and near the meteor crater where astronauts trained for their trip to the moon, the connection is awesome. We were seated right away and the wait staff was on a roll, serving the very busy crowd on a Saturday afternoon. I am always impressed that this place has OVER 100 flavors of milkshakes and malts. I had the open face turkey sandwich with gravy, mashed potatoes, and veg--I had them the hold the cranberry sauce since I am not a fan of that sauce. My friend had a huge plate of onion rings. The only down side was that the turkey breast was not the chunk of turkey I was expecting, just a few thin slices of deli turkey breast (like you would have in a sandwich) and the gravy was too salty. The parking is in the back of the restaurant. Fyi--the pavement between the car park and the front door is broken and uneven and was a challenge for my friend and her walker, so the mobility impaired may find it difficult to navigate.

They're were only 3 other tables besides us & yet the service slow. The you g lady waiting on us seemed quiet or tired or like she didn't want to be there. She didn't mention when she seated us that the waffle maker was broken or that certain items weren't available...until we tried to order them. When we got our food, literally all of it was cold. I ordered oatmeal which came as a large bowl w/ plastic to go containers of nuts, raisins, & brown sugar & a small container of milk. It tastes fine, but it was very off-putting to eat cold/almost hard oatmeal. My friend got 3 eggs, toast, & spuds which were like thinly sliced potatoes. He, also, said his food was cold & felt that (unlike my huge portion of cold oatmeal) the portion was small. I didn't bother taking pics. I didn't bother trying to send things back or speak to anyone in charge because it was such slow service to begin with. This place is cute inside. It has potential, but the food & service were a miss. Skip it.

We were craving Mexican food and found this gem on Yelp! It had great reviews, so we decided to give it a try. I'm so glad we ate here! I had the chilaquiles with red sauce and chicken. The food was amazing! They give you a lot, which I couldn't finish, but I totally took the rest home and ate it! The red sauce had great flavor and not spicy at all. The chicken was seasoned well. My mom had the chimichanga with green chili and she loved it! She said the meat was not dry and the green chili was delicious. Our fave were the chips and salsa! We loved the salsa so much, we bought a pint to take with us on our trip. As for the restaurant, the atmosphere was very upbeat, colorful, and full of culture. The inside is a little small, but when we went about 11am on a Thursday, it wasn't busy at all. Although, I did hear this place gets packed. Parking appeared very limited as this place is located in a small plaza area. Despite this, this restaurant is totally worth a try! My mom and I plan on coming back when we visit again!

We ordered them anyway and they were fantastic. The chips are light and crispy ( I don't like thick chips) and the 2 salsas were divine. I especially like the red and could have bought a gallon of it. We thought our server was attentive and friendly and the food and drinks came out pretty quick. They have some very cool Day of the Dead style artwork on the walls which was fun to look at.

I received the correct sandwich and soup, but I got a chocolate chip cookie and a latte? There was no cold brew with foam, just everything mixed and was definitely a latte. I went back in to change out my cookie, glad I noticed it before leaving. A bit disappointed in the inaccuracy of my order. BUT they have great tasting sandwiches and soups. That I'll give them! I definitely wouldn't order the chicken again. The hubs had the Santa Maria tri tip. The meat was tough. Quite a few pieces too tough to even chew. Luckily, my meal was huge so he had that to fill up on. I saw the 32 oz cocktails and the former party girl in me immediately kicked in. I think my husband saw the look in my eyes. Maybe the aura around me and put a kabosh on it immediately. I ended up with a 16 oz, still large but that inner 22 years old was disappointed. 32 oz and you should be stumbling down San Fransisco. 16 oz should have at least brought a big 'ol grin. But alas, I couldn't even taste the alcohol. That inner party girl didn't let out that big 'ol grin. (That's ok. The tolerance of 22 year old me has faded through the years). Enough digression, would we come back? Yes, I think it's worth a second shot. We would, however, try something different.

I noticed they had a variety of dessert squares available, so I ended up choosing several of them to sample. One dessert that stood out to me appearance-wise was the Irish apple cake. I also tried their strawberry lemon bar, which I really enjoyed. This one was very good and had a nice balance of tart lemon flavor. The texture inside was tacky in a good way, and it made the dessert very yummy. Another square I tried was the Almond Joy bar, which was amazing. It had a base that seemed to be made with granola, topped with a sweet coconut cream layer, and finished with a thick layer of chocolate and shredded coconut. It was very tasty. The last dessert I tried was their bread pudding square. It was pretty good overall, but it wasn't anything special. I did find the bread pudding to be a little dry. Each dessert square was priced at about $4.50. The staff was really nice or friendly. On the positive side, parking was super easy since the bakery is located in the same plaza as Safeway.
