I had a reservation on 6/24 during the World Cup match. They looked like they were trying their best to accommodate everyone, but they were extremely unprepared the first time around. My burger took 2 hours to come out! I ended up sending it back because it didn't look appetizing after waiting that long. I returned on 6/30 and this time the team was much better equipped for the game. The place was packed and I unfortunately didn't have a reservation, but got there early enough to get a spot at the bar. It was clear the team was hustling to make sure they could serve everyone. Thank you to the amazing staff at Mas Loco! Between the great DJ keeping the energy high and the hardworking staff, I'll definitely return for other World Cup matches. My friends and I went to attend a Mexico World Cup watch party and the vibes were great! There were plenty of screens to watch the games from and the restaurant played telemundo. We arrived early (45 minutes before the match) and the place was half empty. We were lucky to get a table because the place filled up once the match started and got very crowded (lots of people standing at the bar and throughout) after halftime. The happy hour deals were great value, and the food was your typical bar food. The nachos were the most worth and the best from what we ordered. We tried the mango habanero and sweet chili wings and preferred the mango. Our wings did not come with celery and carrots while those around us did, so we were a bit confused but assumed it was because the shop was so busy. The servers were slow to address us throughout our time there regardless of when the shop was half empty or very full. Our orders got lost multiple times and we had to flag servers each time. Granted, the store did get very busy and chaotic towards the end of our time there. The servers themselves were polite and apologetic when we got a hold of them. Came here to watch UFC319 over the weekend cuz Rookies across the street wasn't streaming it that night. Pleasantly surprised how this became an option. No cover at the door, plenty of seating by the time the main card started at 7pm, and a very lively atmosphere. Servers were very active and friendly. Love how many TV's they had. Didn't love how the DJ played music for the whole card minus the main event. I get it --- it's a clubby bar first, not a sports bar. But hey, I'm tryna hear the commentary here, not house remixes of 2000s music. Plenty of food options, but we just stuck with loaded tots to snack alongside our drinks. They have fun sweet cocktails. The Blood In Blood Out was very tasty. Could be more stiff, but enjoyable. Weird how they were all out on 2 of 8 beer options. Take out the nasty IPAs and I'm only left with 4 basic options. Our party of 9 was able to make a reservation only days in advance for a Saturday Niners' game. Place was PACKAGED, which was to be expected, along with long wait times. Once our server did finally arrive to take our order (we were like a quarter in), he was really friendly. Due to it being so poppin for the game, it was really loud and noisy too. The decor and setup of the place are pretty cool and different than anything else in town; reminded me of a Vegas lounge. Drinks and food were okay. Not a fan of the nacho chips, wish they were thinner. They did have a weekend HH though, which they did not share with us or advertise, but we noticed on the receipt. Can understand why they wouldn't mention it though with that kind of crowd (packed, loud). Overall, prices were average; not too pricey for the area, not "cheap" per se. During the breaks and after the game they played good music (tb R&B n hip hop). Can't speak to a regular dinner or night out here since it was a game day, but based on this experience - I'd say if you're wanting to be somewhere poppin for games with good energy, this is a great spot that takes reservations for big parties. If you're not into crowds, loud tvs, or noise, cheering, etc then this is definitely not the place for you. Came here for mothers day lunch on Sunday and the restaurant wasn't as busy as expected but it was nice. Ambiance of they place is a club/ casual fun restaurant vibes they played great music had me dancing in my seat a little. Beautiful art and a great place to take pictures. Kid friendly during the day for sure. Service was amazing the waitress was sweet and made sure we had everything we needed and handled our big table perfectly. I had a michilada and it was delicious. I came here to celebrate a friend's birthday, and had a blast! The food and drinks were delicious, and the DJ was playing plenty of R&B and Bay Area music. The nachos and guacamole were the same dish prepared 2 different ways, but still so yummy. The steak was grilled to perfection. Came here for date night with my husband and waited for our food for 50 minutes. Came on a Friday night for dinner and got sat immediately. It wasn't busy at all. Our server took some time getting to us. We ordered the guacamole with beef chicharron and the medium carne asada pizza and my husband got a tom collins to drink. The food was decent but $19 for some guac and charred steak bits seemed like a lot. The pizza was also good, with a fluffy crust but they forgot the guac. Food was decent but service was SLOW. We were told in advance when ordering the pizza that it usually takes about 20 minutes to make, no problem since we had the guac. Guac took 20 minutes to get out. After about 40 minutes of waiting and seeing other tables getting food our server told us she would check on our pizza, she went back and then started rushing everywhere. I believe she forgot to place our order. We waited for another 10 and finally got it, missing the guac. The menus are dirty, as seen in the photos, and the restrooms aren't the cleanest either. This is clearly a place you go just for drinks because they are clearly not capable of handling a kitchen(20 minutes for guac, 50 minutes for pizza, and 5 minutes for a drink.) What was meant to be a quick dinner turned into 2 hours. Over $60 for an app, pizza, and 1 drink. read more

Walking in to the restaurant this place was very vibrant from the art on walls to all the lights I love it ! They have so many TV's this will definitely be a hot spot for sport ls watching. For a downtown "club" it's just okay. This is one of the few clubs that advertise a Spanish name in the title, while the music inside is always English with not much difference than other clubs. The bar service is extremely slow (have now gone 4 times and have had to wait more than 10 minutes just to order at the bar) As a restaurant it's pretty decent, food is good and well priced and staff is friendly. Just Don't Bother Coming Here. The restaurant might look unique, modern, and cool from the outside, but don't be fooled--there's nothing else redeeming about this place. As soon as we walked in, we were greeted by a passive-aggressive host who acted like a sassy toddler with an attitude problem. That vibe alone was enough to set the night off on the wrong foot. Our server was quick to greet us but somehow forgot the basics--we had to ask for utensils and napkins. We ordered two appetizers, which arrived well before the cocktails we had ordered. In general, the service felt disorganized and underwhelming. Now for the food: we got two Mas Loco burgers, one Surf and Turf, street tacos (asada and chicken), Shrimp Scampi al Mojo de Ajo, and a salmon. The only thing remotely decent was the salmon--everything else ranged from bad to borderline inedible. The shrimp scampi, in particular, was absolutely disgusting. The sauce smelled awful and tasted even worse--I nearly gagged trying to get it down. The tacos were ridiculously salty, and the accompanying sauce only made things worse. The steak was so rare that the red juices soaked into the tortilla, which was honestly just gross. I chose this spot to celebrate my birthday, hoping to enjoy good food and a fun new environment with friends and family. Instead, we got served bad attitudes, slow service, terrible food, and a loud, chaotic restaurant. To the owner: you really need to rethink your menu. The American/Italian/Mexican fusion concept is clearly not working--it's confusing and poorly executed. Keep it simple and focus on making food that actually tastes good.
