I will start by saying 1 star is too good for this place. Their service department is ridiculous. Catia checked us in and said $450 to diagnose and then asked Enterprise Car rental to bill them for the rental. They diagnosed the issue as sludge build up and they would have to do like 3 oil changes to flush it. We had an extended warranty that they called on and the claim was denied. If only the maintenance writer explained the issue to them regarding the issue like she did to us maybe they would have covered the charge. She explained to us that the manufacturers recommendation of changing the oil at 10k miles is wrong, it should be changed every 5000. Well that is fine and dandy, but that is not what we were told when we purchased the vehicle. When we left the vehicle we were also asked if we wanted it washed and we said yes. A few days later we were charged $3000 for what was essentially three oil changes and a belt replacement. The $450 for diagnosis does not come off the bill and they did not comp the rental even though we had a 2 hour drive. The topping on the cake was they didn't even wash the vehicle. We will NEVER go here again, not to purchase or for maintenance. My biggest advise (and I worked at a Lexus dealership in customer service in the past), is to put the customer first before profits. A happy customer will come back and refer you to all of their friends and family. We purchased our vehicle and always had it serviced in So. Cal when we lived there. The difference in customer service is astounding. Don't waste your time here at least not in the service department. Update after manager (Sarah) response: Let me start by saying, make sure you know who used profanity. The profanity you speak of was not me it was my husband, and this is my review not his. He used profanity because our whole visit to your dealership was a nightmare. When something as simple as a carwash doesn't get done and the bill is $3k, customer service is overlooked. You can spin this situation any way you want, I'm just stating the reality of how I was treated. This is a forum for individual reviews and this review is mine. When I'm told by your employee that the issue is a manufacturers defect, I think something more could have been done. Also, as far as leaving my rude behavior at the door, there is no need to worry about that since I will never be coming back. I don't need to get ripped off twice. I will sell this vehicle before I ever step foot in your door again. You and your service writers should have a refresher course in customer service. Just being a pretty skirt doesn't cut it. read more

It is about time for me to appreciate how great everyone at the Maserati of Seattle is. My service manager has been Catia (spelled a Suh-tia) for the last couple of years, in addition to other great experts Eric and Seth. Before I start, I live in a Kirkland and I had a horrible experience with the *Customer Service Assistant* at Maserati of Kirkland (horrible is an understatement) and thus I decided to try the Seattle location. I could never go anywhere else. Just to clarify, the sales team at the Kirkland location is super awesome (worked with Michal and Josiah) When I first came to Maserati of Seattle, Catia was my service manager and I had come in for a yearly service. She is professional, humble and very attentive to details. My service was done and there were some missing small parts at the exterior of the vehicle and they were taken care of on the house. After my service, I was given details of three additional things that should be replaced during my next service and it is absolutely not urgent. I was given the details of cost of each of those items and their current health condition. Fast forward to my recent service, Eric helped me set up my appointment, did communicate that they do not have a loaner for me but I will have a pick up and drop off. Catia followed up about my appointment a few days prior as planned. After the service they mentioned that they replaced 2/3 items that were suggested, third one was not required at this time and can be done in the next service. In addition to that they pointed out another item to be checked during next service and also confirmed that it is not going to affect my car and it is safe by all means. Worked with Catia, Seth and Eric during my recent visit. The team is professional, attentive to details, humble and very kind. My pick and drop was done by David, we had some nice chat, felt like I was catching up with a buddy. Overall it was a joy and I look forward to my next service. *Unlike service center at Maserati of Kirkland, who will push and charge you for things that may not need replacement right away, then they will ghost you first and then be absurdly rude with you on communications. read more

The best dealer service experience ever! The service manager Seth is awesome! Bought a 2019 Levante from a out-of-state dealer, and scheduled a service with Maserati Seattle for regular service and complete check. The technician communicated with me by text about the issues, recommended solution and progress, very honest and straightforward. When I picked up my car, Seth went through all work done with me, answering all my questions professionally. The final cost is a little lower than the estimate they gave me, no surprise cost. We just bought a new Alfa Romeo Giulia after waiting years for the car to come to the US. We live in Portland and wanted a very specific car with options particular to us - we happened to notice Seattle was going to receive one and called the dealership on Sunday to discuss a purchase. They weren't open and we didn't leave a message, but they called us Monday and from there it was an amazing experience. Craig and Royce made it a super seamless experience - we were in and out of the dealership in the shortest time ever - it was great.
