Place is great for a 30 buck hour full body massage! Ambience is dark and quite with light music playing and most cheap places are bright and open(not good) so kuddos for the ambience! My lady was great with her hands! She asked if i wanted a deep or soft and it was a perfect amount of deep for my knotted mess! The front desk gentlemen was very nice as well as informative. I don't think you should charge ur customers the $2 just to use your card. Its a little on the cheap side when businesses ask customers to pay a banking fee. They push u to use cash but who carries cash on them now a days? The only reason i took off one star was because the massage therapist was done she followed me to the front desk and asked for a tip and then the receptionist said dont forget the tip. I was putting on my shoes and i dont feel the need to be asked twice to tip. Look i work in an industry where tip is always included and i always tip 20% but it lowers ur value of yourself when ur asking to be tipped. Very unprofessional in my opinion. I discovered this place purely by accident although they told me they had been there for a few years. Walked in with a pinched nerve and walked out feeling great. The atmosphere is perfect for someone who just wants a great message without all of the chit chat or extras. They were efficient in getting me in and really seem to know what they are doing when they work on you. I loved actually having a full hour massage in lieu of the standard 50 minutes you seem to get elsewhere. The service is great, the price is right and the location is very accessible. This place is great. A friend and I visited Massage Squared on a Saturday and were both accomodated very quickly. It is different from many other places that I have visited in that the massage area feels very serene. There are sheer panels that envelope each station. You can still see through the sheers but it gives you a sense of privacy and a feeling of calm. The area appears to be very clean. I got the foot massage that also included neck, arms and back. The chair that they use for the foot massage is great in that it also lays completely flat when it comes time to do your back. There is also a cutout on the top of the chair so that your face does not get squashed which I have only seen on massage tables. I also have a membership to Massage Envy. Price paid for an hour foot massage was $25.00 plus $6.00 tip. read more

I'm honestly so disappointed with the experience I received here. First I had set my appointment at a specific time then was called 30 mins prior to come in earlier. When I arrived they asked me to pay up front, horrible CS, it's as if you're anticipating doing a bad job and not getting paid. That's how I viewed this, and they were totally rightful! If I hadn't paid up front I wouldn't have AT ALL. First I asked for a couples massage, the curtain they tied together didn't add any bit of intimacy. Massage tables were very far apart from each other and the two women were chatty the entire time. I also asked for a male and female and upon arrival I was told there were only females available. Horrible service. But let me tell you one thing for certain. NOTHING bothered me and my boyfriend more than trying to enjoy our massage together while not once but twice experienced men next to us ENJOYING A HAPPY ENDING! It was very noticeable, the clients were moaning and groaning and had no courtesy of being discreet. We even heard the girls laughing it off after the fact! Very unprofessional, at least do things behind a closed door and not a pulled back curtain. Really like this place. The place is very clean and neat. Each of the therapists are great. One of the reviews said people were sent away when they are late. I haven't found that. I have been kept waiting a couple of times. However the receptionist has reminded them not to be late in the future. The guy today just laughed. Only reason I can't give them 5 stars. I love walking in and being greeted by super-friendly Joe, the receptionist. He always makes me feel welcome and important. The price is excellent. The massages range from deep tissue (my favorite) to more gentle techniques. Tony just gave me an excellent deep tissue massage. He knew to follow the lymph system to help cleanse the toxins. This may hurt slightly, but I know that my body appreciates the cleanse. I feel invigorated afterwards. Though I don't recommend just walking in, I have done it successfully several times following a day of yard work or strenuous exercise. I have always had a short or reasonable wait, but I rarely pick the prime evening times on weekends. The manager is eager to get customer feedback, and informed me that, unlike the cheaper places miles up the road, all her therapists are licensed and covered by liability insurance. When you ask for deep tissue/acupressure, they will go DEEP! I really doubt the guy I had had proper training because he kept massaging the nerve that ran down my arm (extremely painful) and left bruises down my entire spine. I have a pretty good pain tolerance and I thought it was unbearable. Now, this is my first time getting a deep tissue massage but I'm pretty sure I wasn't suppose to end up with bruises. I was sore and bruised for days. The guy also didn't realize I had earrings on and nearly ripped it off from my ear. It was bloody afterward of course. Anyways, for an Asian place, it was decent. Their "rooms" were only curtained off areas so you can hear everyone else. There was a man snoring loudly a few "rooms" away and I'm pretty damn sure he wasn't getting the deep tissue massage because there's no way in hell you can fall asleep during it. I definitely don't recommend coming here for a deep tissue massage. read more

I would give 0 stars after today's experience. I called around 12:45 for an appt with a masseuse named Amy. I was told 2o clock and asked which service- I said 80 mins. I get there at 2pm and I am told Amy has an appt at 3pm so I can only do 60 mins. Now I'm super annoyed. After massage is done, I realize I don't have cash. They do this thing where they ask u to tip the masseuse at the end. I mention I don't have cash and I'll go check my car to see if I have some there (had paid for massage in beginning with card). As I'm walking out, the lady literally follows me out the door into the middle of the street towards my car yelling for tip (front desk lady who scheduled the appt)!!!!! I repeat that I don't have cash and was hoping to find a nearby ATM. She goes "but u can't do that, u have to tip - she worked so hard!" What in the world?! Are you serious?!? I literally was appalled and humiliated by her unacceptable behavior. I've come here at least 5-6 times before and the nice old gentleman never treated anyone like this. I mean- he always also asked for tip but never mandated and chased after. I then got visibly upset and I'm like "What do u mean I have to?!" And then she finally backed away and left. Unacceptable. Actually, as I'm writing this, I think I will file a BBB claim against them for harassing clientele. Unacceptable. Tipping is optional- not mandatory. Poor masseuse who got stuck in the middle of this for no reason. I intend to go back and see her to tip her regardless. read more

This is hands down the BEST Asian massage place in south OC. Trust me, I know. If I have time to kill enroute from somewhere home, and I see one of these places I usually pull over and drop in for a foot massage. So Ive tried them all, and I only write about the REALLY bad ones, or in this case the REALLY good - all else fall somewhere in between. Upon leaving this place I was sure my therapist is some Asian holistic doctor in China - it was like he was reading my body. With minimal English, I did not tell him the reason why I went in there in desperation - I had a bit of numbness in in my hands and feet. It was either to the ER, or to the Asian massage place with hope they could bring back some circulation. I am confident the guy I got is a healer somewhere in China, it was like he could sense where my issues were and took care of them. It was relaxing, but more than anything he saved me a thousand dollar ER bill without knowing it. This massage rivals some of the best Ive received at the Montage and Ritz. Ive been telling everyone with any pain to go there and ask for Andy. If you are normal, you might want to tell him light to medium pressure, otherwise he might squish you - but if you like firm pressure just let him do his thing and be prepared for a game changer. If you just want a relaxing massage Im sure you can just go to anyone over there, but if you are in some chronic pain or circulation issues, no words necessary, just lay down and let him feel your pain, bc he will! I've only ever gotten a massage once in my life before. But lately my shoulders and neck have been really tense and giving me a lot of problems. So, I decided that it was time to get a massage. I yelped this place and saw that it was near my home and thought I'd give it a try. when I came in, I was greeted by a young man and he didn't ask for my name just my phone number. I chose the $35 60 Minute full body massage it's 45 minutes of body massage and 15 minutes foot massage. After paying, he led me into a curtained area and it was really dark in there so upon first coming in my eyes have not adjusted and i could barely see. He told me to undress and showed me where to hang my clothes and told me to lay faced down. There was a blanket and towels already set up on the massage table. I Did take off my clothes except for panties. it was not a private room but there were curtains that were NOT sheer. So you cannot see through to the next person so that was good. Sofia worked on me. She was great. she put on a lot of pressure but it felt good. I would definitely do it again. highly recommend it especially for the price. after the massage, she left immediately so I didn't think that I would see her again and just left a $10 tip on the massage table. But she was right outside waiting to take me to get a little drink of water. I would highly recommend going it again. they had 6 women and 3 men working that day. I requested a woman. I called as soon as they opened for an appt and was told I could come in right away. read more
