I called up and booked a 45 minute Halo Therapy session and enjoyed the comfy seats while clearing out my lungs and all the toxins. It's always good to clear the toxins while traveling especially after a flight. This was the perfect solution and I felt amazing after my session! This location is just outside Downtown Orlando. It's very clean and the staff are very friendly. They offer memberships and package deals. If I lived here you know I would be there all the time! They also have massages, infrared sauna's and more. After a very stressful & busy event season, I finally treated myself to some self-care. I asked Dori to focus on my neck and shoulders, and especially my lower occipital area where I carry a lot of tension. Wow, it was amazing. The firm pressure was perfect and she really got in there and worked out those knots. I felt so much better afterwards. The salt air circulates through the massage therapy rooms, which is great for your respiratory and nervous systems. The facility itself is super clean and welcoming. They serve coffee & tea in the lobby area. They also have a salt room specifically for kids where they can play with toys or read books. After we checked in we were offered a glass of wine (of your choice) which was a delightful treat and something you often don't see at a spa. We slipped back to the cozy lounge while we waited for our massage therapist to arrive. We were greeted by Angel and Kiara who lead us to our room. Both of them were fantastic and provided a wonderful deep tissue experience. Their membership tiers are very fair and comprehensive. I love that the unused monthly vouchers can be rolled over to the next month and stacked for multiple services. Even though they're downtown, parking is nice because, thankfully, they provide validated garage parking; though the spots there are kinda small and can fill up if you go at busy times. I love that they also have multiple locations, so you can go to whichever location is most convenient. If you're looking to treat yourself to a spa day, I cannot recommend Allora enough.

For Mother's Day the manager was so sweet, she took my photo with my mother, and then presented us with a magnet with a picture with the two of us. We were also offered water or soda or diet soda while we were getting our treatments. The massage chairs at the pedicure stations are top notch and give a really nice shiatsu style massage. Not only is the customer service great but the quality of my manicure and pedicure are top-notch. I'm very picky because the place that I go to regularly in Los Angeles is quite small and high-end. I'm used to someone who has trained for years and really takes their technique seriously. The staff at BN are super! This establishment is extremely meticulous about sanitation, including putting plastic liners in the foot spa. They have a lot of color choices. I've never asked about nail art so I can't speak to that. Plenty of parking in the area. We paid $38 each for our pedicure and $20 for the manicure. I had gel polish which was an extra $20. I found them on Instagram with a $40 session that includes a sample of different services they offer. My service package included a massage chair session, massage gun, massage therapy and cupping. The massage chair spas lovely. It was a full body chair with an S track massage. It did the massage on my full body including my legs and feet. The massage gun session was nice to loosen up my muscles. Then the massage therapist massaged my back with oil and did well with my shoulder and lower back. The final service was cupping. I've never had cupping done. This was an interesting experience. I can feel how it brought blood flow into my back and helped the muscles in my neck and shoulders. They offer a massage session package for $300 for 5 sessions that includes custom massage for only $60 a session! I will definitely be back! Parking was easy at the apartment complex garage behind it. You're allowed to park on the first floor there and pay $1 per hour. The decor is very modern bohemian and zen. The ocean sounds were perfect for me, since the sea is my happy place. My massage therapist Bronson was very knowledgeable and considerate. He listened to my explanation of problem areas very well and gave me some good advice for how to take care of it at home. I do plan to visit again and add a scalp massage on next time for only $10 more. I left feeling much better than I entered.
