Before we even left the salon, half of my daughter's toenail polish was already chipped or completely off. That should not be happening immediately after getting them painted. For my nails, I specifically asked for tips on two of my nails and the technician didn't do what I asked. The clear polish is also all over my cuticles, which makes the manicure look messy and rushed. I also got gems put on four of my nails and one of them has already fallen off after just one day. While this was happening, my daughter needed to use the bathroom and I was trying to get the technician's attention, but she completely ignored me. I had also asked if they could wait to start my daughter's toes until I finished my nails so I could sit with her, but the technician insisted "it's fine, I got it" and started anyway. Overall the service felt rushed and inattentive, and the quality did not match what we paid. I was really hoping for a good experience doing something fun with my daughter, but we left disappointed.

The simple polish application turned out very uneven and messy. Another technician had to step in to try to fix it, but the final result still looks poorly done. My acrylic fill is also unacceptable, there was little to no blending near the nail beds, so the acrylic appears bulky and unnatural. I'm now having to spend additional time and money getting everything corrected the day before I leave town for an event. You get to select a scent for your salt soak, scrub, lotion & mask. I choose the Honey Tea ( I think lol). Cindy rakes her and pays close attention to detail.
