Some of the best tailors with some of the worst customer service. The stitching is superb, but if your not bringing in thousands of dollars you're going to get pushed to the back of the line. So be prepared to pay a lot and wait forever (that is if they decide to actually do the job). For example, I had a blazer done that wasn't done to my liking. All I needed was a slight alteration to the back and was told it would take 2 weeks. 3 weeks pass and I hear nothing from them. I call back and they ask for another week. Over a month goes by. And the jacket is still not done. They hadn't even started it. After I said id be taking my business elsewhere, They offered to have it done next day. It's amazing how, once you say you're going somewhere else, they magically find time to get the job done. I recommended their services at one point to a friend and they got blood on his garment and did not offer to dry lean it or replace it. I've had several pieces altered by them across the span of 5 months. They always act like they are over booked, yet will magically make time if you are willing to pay more. Again their work is top notch. But if your not one of their celebrity clients, you business doesn't mean much to them in my opinion. read more

Went in to get a snap button fixed. I called ahead of time just to make sure they would be able to fix it. As soon as I walked in I was welcomed with open arms. The husband and wife were very hospitable and let me know they were able to get it done within five minutes. All the other places I called previously said they were unable to fix it at all. On Monday the had to take my dress to get altered so I have it done by Thursday and no one would take my dress expect master tailor Stefanovic! They were so kind and welcoming, and they were the only ones that said that they can get it done. Super clean space, and their work is immaculate! If you are looking for an incredible and very professional tailor, this is the place. My wife bought a mother of the bride dress online and the top of the dress was very big. First she took the dress to another Tailor to be fitted and altered. The first tailor said they couldn't do it. They said it would take too much time and would be very costly. I spent a great deal of money on my wedding dress from monique lhuillier and after four fittings out there they shipped my dress to me and it was AWFUL!! the zipper was crooked, it was puckering in strange spots and the top didn't fit right.... Then I took it here a week before my wedding and in three days she fixed my dress to be better than I could have ever imagined! To say I was disappointed in the final product is an understatement. I took my daughter's homecoming dress to be altered as it was too big when we bought it. We brought it in and they said no problem and pinned it where we said it was too big and everything seemed fine. We were told they could have it done for us in time (a week and a half) and we paid for the alterations. It was pricey but we thought they seemed competent, so we paid it. We picked it up and tried it on in front of them. I told the lady it was still too big and I mentioned that she didn't even take it in, in the back because I could put my hand down the back of the dress. She said I've been doing this a long time and it is fine. So I was dismissed. I left the shop with the dress and was upset with how I was treated. I called and spoke to the husband who runs the shop and he asked what I wanted and I said it would be fair for half a refund since she didn't fix half of the dress. He said absolutely not and that I could bring it back. At this point I didn't feel comfortable. I will be telling all my friends and colleagues never to go to a shop that doesn't have the customer service skills to make a paying customer happy. It's times like this I wish yelp would add an option to give negative stars. I don't even know where to start. I needed to get my wedding dress steamed along with my veil. I also needed to get my second dress shortened a little bit, so I looked up places and this place popped up. They had good reviews so I took my things in. I told them what I needed and paid before I left. I thought it was strange that I had to pay for it upfront. Also, I was prompted by the machine to leave a tip. How am i suppose to tip for my service when nothing was done. I ended up giving a 20% tip, since the women was nice. Not to mention their prices are a bit ridiculous. I'm from the Bay Area and I'm pretty sure it would have been cheaper here. The items were picked up on Friday night and I thought everything was good to go. Come Friday morning 5 minutes before I'm about to walk down the aisle I open my garment bag and there is no veil inside. This is basically a horror movie type situation for brides. I didn't really have time to think about it, since I was late getting down the aisle. I ended up going down the aisle with no veil. Whatever, I was super bummed out about it but things happen. The real issue was how the male owner handled the situation. I don't know his name, but he doesn't even deserve to be referred by his name. We called after the wedding to see what happened to the veil and he kept trying to convince us he gave it back to us. We simply asked him to check, which he said he would do. The next day my husband and I went over there to talk to them and the female owner was there. She also said they didn't have it, but told us to go to the back so we could take a look for ourselves. What do I see in the back, my veil hanging right there. The first item on the rack. Like is nobody who works there wondering why one random veil is just hanging on the rack? Like either they are super unorganized or just oblivious. She claims she would have brought it right away if we called before the wedding, but when we called her husband to take a look the next day even that was too hard for him. The lady apologized and we grabbed the veil and left. She looked like she genuinely felt bad, but didn't offer to give us the money back or any kind of future discount. A couple hours later the male owner calls us and was totally rude and barely apologized and said what's done is done. No shit Sherlock, unless you have figured out how to travel back in time. There's nothing he could do he said to which my godmother informed him he could return the money. We go in to get a refund and he throws the money on the table all rudely, and blames it on his employee. He says that "he will pay for her mistakes." I'm sorry sir who is the business owner here? Of course it's your responsibility. Also I hate when people put blame on others who aren't there to defend themselves. I feel bad for the poor lady that has to work for satan. I don't even think he said I'm sorry when we came back in, no sign of remorse. All in all, they handled the situation terribly and I would not recommend them. It's not about the Mistake but how they handled it. I got my veil back, but I have no use for it now. Maybe I could use it for a Halloween costume. read more

I took my my uniform to be altered by this wonderful tailor Dobrina, and she did a remarkable job. My uniform was way too small because I gained quite a few pounds, and she was able to let out about 3 inches at the waistline. I also took 2 jackets to have sleeve be shortend and she a great job. My first time to go to this place, they claimed that they are master Tailor! I had my long dress cut shorter, picked it up today and they didn't even do it right! The lining is showing and crooked! I paid $80.00 just to get it shorten I could have just taken it to the dry cleaners for them to shorten it they would have done it right and cheaper!
