t was almost closing time on wednesday when i called & asked them if it was possible to wait for me since i just picked up my rental car & on my way to their shop. Without any hesitation Stefanovic told me they're going to wait for me. I was very happy! The moment i got in, the couple were very welcoming. I first showed them the black silk top & wanted it altered since it was a bit loose. Secondly, i asked them if they could copy my black top. Stefanovic wife dovbrina promised she's going to copy it exactly the same. I was a bit worried though to be honest. I needed these tops friday night. Stefanovic called me friday before lunch that both are ready for pick up. Dobrina managed to finish it in just 36hrs.. The minute she handed it to me i knew they were done perfectly! i tried it on & i was right it was PERFECT. It's MAGIC!! Very PROFESSIONAL!! I can't tell the difference betweeen the two. It looks like i bought the other top from the store where i got the black top from.. VERY HAPPY!!! She hugged me & said she is very happy to see me very happy. This place exemplifies a terrible lack of customer service. While they do good work, they will likely quote you an already exorbitant price and then raise the price 50% when it's time to pick up your order. They charged me $245 to tailor two suits! It was originally supposed to be $160 total. They would not honor the price they originally quoted, and I had nothing in writing as I trusted them since my company sends them business. WOW!!! anything i throw at them they can do! I want pockets in my jacket, they make pockets. I dream up a dress, top or pants they MAKE THEM FOR ME PERFECTLY!!! I recently lost a good amount of weight and was worried my expensive designer pieces would be a lost cause, but now i feel like i have a new wardrobe. There are a lot of places that just alter , they make my pieces fit my body BETTER than when i bought them. I had a horrible rip in my Chanel bag and asked if it could be patched, of course they took it a step further and with expert craftsmanship repaired it to my disbelief. I had gone through the nightmare of my bridesmaid dress not fitting (after re-ordering a size I thought would fit after the FIRST one was too small..) and I brought the (slightly tight) dress here, simply looking for a hem. Upon seeing me in the dress, they made several recommendations on how to correct the fit and said they could get it done within 3 days or less! They took the dress in at the waist and out in the hips and chest. Not only did it fit, but it looked AMAZING on my body at the wedding, and it was truly a custom fit! I highly recommend this place. I wanted a simple sleeveless shell made & provided the material. DaBriena quoted me $100.00, more than I expected but since she had done a alteration that was acceptable, I agreed. It was not done on time, but she was "swamped" with her Holiday customers. Finally, I went for a fitting and it was not as anticipated, so she made adjustments and called me when it was finished. Unfortunately, I did not try the shell on & paid the balance. Due to a unfortunate accident I did not attempt to wear it until March. It was awful!!! I wore it into the store under a closed jacket to show DaBrena...she said she could fix it or they would refund my money. When she called, I went in & insisted on trying the shell on...it was no better!!! DeBrena and Stefanovic were speaking in their foreign language, then telling me in English to take my shell and go.
