The quote was reasonable, and seemed like a fair price, given the level of work involved. Unfortunately, I had some additional work that needed to be done that was not determined at the time of the quote, but was discovered once they got into the plumbing. They let me know what needed to be done, why it needed to be done, and how much it would cost. From start to finish, everyone was knowledgeable, professional and great to work with as well.
