We did have a wait but it was easy because they just text you when they are ready for you so we just went back to the room until then. First stop after landing. We were STARVING and came here because of it's reputation. Everyone else in Vegas had the same idea apparently. Sitting outside in the chilly weather getting whiffs of food while starving felt like an eternity. In reality the wait was about 30-45 minutes. Once inside and seated, the menu was impressive. A lot of things looked good but I settled on the eggs benedict and got the pink lemonade alcoholic beverage so I could keep the glass. The dish was impressive. It came inside a very large piece of soft and lightly toasted bread. The bacon was thick and made just to what I think is perfection. Not too crispy but def not chewy. But the star was the eggs. Lovely...runny...fresh. I don't have much to say about the drink. It was light and tasted just like normal pink lemonade. I expected a bit more bite but it was basically juice so I was a bit disappointed. All in all, I think this place is overhyped and overpriced (even with the large plate size). I didn't like my food cohesively, I liked parts of the dish. My sister got the pastrami sandwich. She took one bite and was so turned off she sent it back. She said it was chewy and not appetizing at all. On the bright side, our waitress did take it off her bill and comped the rest of her stuff so we left a good tip. I would say this place is OK if you just want the experience. But I'm sure you can find better lunch/brunch somewhere else. read more

I do not recommend you dine here! My family and I visited today and we were really looking forward to the breakfast but our horrible experience led us to leave before we were subjected to even more rude behavior by a man, named Joseph. If you're in the area, and want quick seating and good food- check out Hash House House a go go (at most 2 minute walk, great service, and delicious food.) To start off, the restaurant had plenty of seating and it took them far too long to seat us, but we were willing to overlook that. What created a horrible experience to the point where we decided to just leave before we ordered was when this man, Joseph, who worked at the restaurant shoved our items to the floor and wasn't willing to accommodate my brother's medicine (in his backpack) that we placed on a separate chair to help accommodate our party of 7 that was crammed in a small booth. We are a party of 7 and, despite having plenty of available seating they sat us in a booth for 5. As tourists traveling with medicine, we naturally had a backpack with us, so I took a chair and placed it at the end of the table to help accommodate my brother's medicine... when this man, Joseph, rudely comes to our table and shoves our items to the ground (the backpack that held my brother's insulin/ required meds) and states the chairs are for people. We told him we understand but that we were really crammed and appreciated a little more space to help with our items he rudely replies he'll see if maybe they can do something about it, shoves my brothers pack pack with insulin in it to the ground, then moves the chair to another unused table (again, the restaurant was not packed and there were empty chairs available that would have not created any problems) I would not have had any issues had it not been for the fact that my brother relies on his medicine and this man rudely, for no reason, decided to shove our items without any asking/warning. As good as the food may look on its site, it by no means warrants such horrible behavior for its restaurant guests. Horrible experience and very disappointed that this was accepted here. read more

Disclaimer: this is the first time we've actually sat down inside a restaurant since COVID19 forced the country to shut down so my giving five stars could be me being overzealous... ‍ We stumbled upon Maxie's while searching for ANY restaurant that offered inside dining on the first weekend of Las Vegas casinos opening. Wow! What a surprise! I usually don't venture out during the day especially on 100-degree weather but since our options were limited, we decided to walk along the strip. We were seated right away. The tables were spaced out accordingly. The staff was friendly and attentive though it was a little challenging understanding them with a face mask while they described the menu I ordered the Eggs Benedict box and my boyfriend ordered the Fruity Pebbles French Toast...what?!?! We will be definitely coming back. This place isn't anything fancy and it has basic American menu which makes it great. The price isn't bad either for a Vegas restaurant. This place is tucked away in the linq promenade, could be easily passed because it's at the end, near the Ferris wheel. It serves breakfast all day. My boyfriend got the BLT and I got the boxed Benedict. We did not look at pictures before we ordered, we could have shared one meal but we ended up eating both. The BLT had three layers of yumminess. I don't think you can fail at a BLT, the BLT bad part was that it was so big it was hard to bite. The Benedict was so good! I like a regular Benedict, and I usually do t like it when they change it but this was great. The bread is so good! The hollandaise sauce was on point too! Me and a friend checked this place out while I was visiting Vegas, and I gotta tell you we were really satisfied! Great atmosphere, great service, great food, and fast. It was reasonably priced for Vegas we thought. The atmosphere around the restaurant is so fun---the high roller, is right there! It seems casually touristy, but a lot of convention goers too. My hotel was right there, so, super convenient. A lot of major hotels around. This was a very unique eggs benny. Super flavorful, great hollandaise, and nice touch with the tomato and spinach for a bit of acidity and freshness. She gave us a big sigh when we told her we had a table of six. After 5 minutes we tell her that it's actually going to be for a table of four and she just gives me a death stare and walks us to our table. Food was amazing!! Waters came out less than 1 minute which was good for the hot day. This place is definitely diner vibes. So diner food, with the exception of having a garden burger on the menu. Portions are average, more fries would have been nice. The garden burger was not homemade and a frozen patty. However, it did have a good flavor perhaps from the grill. I had to make some alterations to the garden burger such as adding cheese, onions and pickles because it didn't come with any of that. The staff was nice and he balanced the table of 10 of us. Checkout was fast and efficient as well.
