I made an appointment to get lip blush and eyeliner tattoo. Sunny is amazing! She responds promptly if you have any questions and she has very thorough pre and post procedure instructions. When I got there I told her what i wanted, she made some suggestions which I really liked. My procedure took about 4 hours and she made sure I was comfortable the whole time. Exterior = 5/5 Located near the train station, it's on the corner of a street. There is parking (if you are lucky) inside but only a few spots, so most likely go for street parking but wasn't hard to find in front of the location. Interior = 5/5 It was bustling, they have a salon that had customers coming and going. I came specifically for the microblading - so Kelly brought me over to a room on the right that was private which I appreciated since after you close the door, it muffles the sounds of all the activity outside. Service = 5/5 Everyone I encountered were super kind and welcoming. Kelly is blowing up and doing all these cool events with her team with Gold House and still managing weddings all over. Yet, she is still so humble and takes her time to chat and learn more about the customer. I was super nervous to get microblading but she walked me through the process, helped me feel comfortable with the results we were planning, and would check in on me frequently through the whole thing. I felt like I had a say in the process and honestly that a friend was doing my brows - it was casual, relaxed, and chill. Order = 5/5 I got the combo brows which is microblading with powder. I will never not get this. I had patchy brows (over plucking, scarring, yikes) that I was super self conscious of growing up and was having to fill them in. Since getting these done - I barely have had to fill in, maybe a slight touch up if I have an event or need to do some make up. If you like bare faced and natural looks, this was game changing. I'm super not familiar with make up or skilled at it - enough to be dangerous, and this helped me so much. I feel more confident and happier with my brows. Only slight upkeep is needed to trim! I have already gotten my touch up from the initial appointment, and you only need to go maybe every year or so after to touch up. Overall = 5/5 Great investment that I kick myself for not having done sooner. But honestly, glad I waited till I found Kelly. I tried brow lamination, and it wasn't for me. Her microblading skills are top notch and give a very natural look which I wanted. I found my brow girl and never going back. Her studio is impeccably clean and offers lots of natural lighting- all contributing to a nice and zen environment before starting your brow appointment. Jeana listens to you and delivers exactly what you want for your brow style. Many of her brow photos are light and fluffy but I wanted mine slightly darker for more definition when I'm on video for work (without filling in my brows). She is delicate when applying her brush strokes and I could've easily fallen asleep on the bed. She goes with the flow and talks as little or as much to match your energy during the appointment. Oh my god Lina saved my lips!!…read more My natural lips were so dark and purple. I had previous lip blush done somewhere else and it did not do me any justice. I was so scared to get them done again because they hurt so much the first time and the color wasn't what I asked for. Lina was super nice and listened to all my worries. She reassured me the pain was going to be minimal and the color of my lips won't heal more purple. I asked for a soft natural pink/mauve similar to the middle of my lips. The tattoo process was a lot faster than I expected and she was right I barely felt anything since she numbed me. When she finished I was shocked on how pretty it was I wanted to tear up. The bottom picture is 2 months healed with only lip balm applied!! The color stayed, my lips are neutralized and my color is exactly what I asked for!
