I got a free sandwich with the purchase of a beverage through the tmobile app. I placed my online order for an 11am pick up. I arrived a tad bit earlier and informed the workers that I had an online order but there was no rush. A gentleman (who I assume was the manager) looked up my order and pushed it through to be made for me. I thought that was really nice of him. In no time I received my order, and everything was correct. I got home and devoured that sandwich!! It was their turkey blt sandwich and I had them add avocado. Either I was really hungry or idk! I didn't even think to take a Pic until I was nearly done eating!! But it was really good. For my drink I purchased their sweet tea, the sweet tea was not too sweet which was good. I stopped by McAlisters deli today to grab a spud! A friend had them and said they were wonderful & it didn't disappoint. I got the veggie spud & added chicken. What I really liked is that I made my order and was able to sit & they brought me my food. The server was a sweet girl named Terri P.; it was her 1st day and she was just the absolute sweetest! Hey McAlister's, keep her :-) I was able to join the free wi-fi without a million steps. I absolutely hate when it's more than 2 steps to join. At that point it's no longer free because you are going to try to sell me something later lol All the veggies on the spud, were cooked with the right amount of crisp; especially the broccoli . Also the chicken was just the right size to eat with a fork and not need to cut. But can we talk about the real star of the show ... the sweet tea! It's summer and I have been recently finding the worst sweet tea; not today! Yes it is warm (like the sign says) so fill up with ice. The sliced lemons are fresh and not all old looking. The tables are being cleaned on time (don't forget to leave a tip because they bus the tables!) and the floors are swept. All in all I give it 6 stars but only 5 are allowed. Thinking I'm paying for the extra side of soup because I wanted the chips that go along with it. Well, I received my order and I didn't have chips. I go back up and ask about it and she said I wanted the soup instead. No. I didn't. I wanted the soup in addition to the chips. That's why I said I wanted a side of soup. She should've asked if I wanted that in addition to the chips or as a substitute. Anyways, she told me no, that's not what you ordered and proceeded to walk away. Didn't even bother to ask if I wanted chips. I would've been willing to pay for it. So I just said bye. And I am about to go back to get a refund on the tip I gave her. Who wants to eat a soggy salad??? then I ordered the bbq honey pork spud but there's no honey bbq sauce. Just a potato with cheese and pork. We stopped into McCallisters today late I. the afternoon. we received quick service and the food was great. Sandwich and chili I ate were very good. We had bought some peaches on our trip and I asked if they could wash one for me and they did even better offering to use their fruit cleaner on one for me. Don't get me wrong, McAlister's is a great place for a bite to eat. The Harvest Chicken salad I ordered (to go) was fresh and I enjoyed every bite! The service was excellent and cordial. However: 1. They did not include the salad dressing. Fortunately, I had some of my own to sprinkle on the salad. 2. The restaurant chain no longer sells carrot cake. Four of us stopped in for lunch on a Friday early afternoon. We got right up to the counter and placed our order. The employee taking the orders was relatively new and had to work a bit to get everything in, but she was polite and apologized for any minor issues. Our food came out in pretty short order and everyone enjoyed what they got. The Spicy Southwest Chicken was a nice fresh sandwich with avocado. The Jalapeño Turkey Crunch was tasty, with a bit of zing and good overall flavors. The Garden Turkey was a good mix of meat and veggies, and the Club Wrap was just the combination you'd expect! Two of us had the Chicken Tortilla soup, and it had a good kick to it and came with tortilla chips-very tasty! There weren't any napkins out so we had to ask for them, but they arrived quickly, and it wasn't busy so there were plenty of empty tables, but there were a few that needed to be cleaned up. Ordered food to go on Wednesday evening. After waiting over 20 minutes, still nothing. People who had come in after me were getting their orders. I was then told that my order was given to someone else. No apology, nothing. When I asked to cancel my order, the manager came out to reverse the charge. Again, there is no apology. And this was the manager. Wow! On top of this, an employee apparently brought their kids to work and sat them at a table near the register. Between their screaming and the noise from their toys, the person who took my order could not hear me, and I could not hear her. Ans the kids were running all over the place. Seemed as though they were video recording in the back. When they got a order incorrect they laughed and took it back. The woman who was the manager did not have control of her team. I got the half sandwich and soup. Portions are a bit small but it is decent. I purchased this on Uber eats and service was friendly.

Absolutely ridiculous this place is in business. Walk in, nobody anywhere. Not in the kitchen, not at the cash register. Not in the bathrooms. Just nobody here. After 5 minutes of waiting, a girl finally comes out and we ask for help and she ignores us and walks in the kitchen then comes out and stands at the cash register and stares at us. No "sorry about the wait, hey how are you, hey how can I help you" so we order and she says nothing as we order, like she's mad at us for being here to eat. We get our cups, no sweet tea, I ask if they have any more and they say "no we're out". Food took about 20 minutes and the bacon looked raw. Stay away from this location. read more

I've been to this location a few times & consistently, "I've experienced better", more specifically at other McAlister's locations. For the consistency part: the food is always the same...I always get a BLT, potato salad, & sweet tea, & every time they taste the same. The BLT isn't great, the bacon is a bit overcooked & the bread isn't necessarily fresh. The potato salad doesn't taste fresh. Yesterday's visit: the sweet tea tasted a bit bitter. The staff is consistent, as well. They're not overly friendly or attentive. Yesterday, we encountered an employee who didn't seem to care that he was there. Unfortunately, he mumbled too, so we had a hard time understanding him. Somehow there was a mixup with the register & order, & a manager publicly reprimanded him in front of all us customers. I felt very embarrassed for him & ashamed at the manager for using such poor judgement in scolding him in front of customers. The restaurant is clean & there's a good deal of parking. They also have free wi-fi & patio seating. Prices are a bit much for what you get, but food costs are rising everywhere. As convenient as this location is, (right beside Concord Mills), I think yesterday's visit made it my last. read more

I have loved this restaurant for years but this location is not presenting well. My daughter and I went there around 2 PM. No employees to be seen anywhere. We looked around and called hello with no response. Other customers came behind us and they looked around too. They observed employees smoking at the back door so they left. Finally, an employee appeared. No smile, hello, nor greeting if any kind. She just stood there. We ordered and we were served delicious food, as always. We used the restroom which was filthy. Trash all over the floor with dirty toilets. Neither the dining room, nor the outside tables had been bussed. The health department score was high and the food great. Sorry McAlister's.... we were lucky enough to not have to wait in a terribly long line, but the food came out like there was only one person in the kitchen. I ordered a SALAD... and it took a long while for it to come out. Normally I try to be a patient person, but it's a salad. Prepared items tossed into a bowl.... It just didn't seem that there was a sense of urgency even from the registers as you could see the lunch rush coming in.... I am hoping it was just a lot of people calling in sick or something... but I may try to avoid this location for a while. We arrived at 8:00PM (two hours before the closing time) and walked into an empty restaurant with several dirty tables and a filthy floor. This place is a NIGHTMARE!!!! My mother ordered the BLT+A on which the 1 piece of lettuce and all the avocado was rotten and there was no tomato. She also got a side of broccoli and cheese soup which looked like jello. As for myself, I got the 4 cheese griller which comes with tomato and the hostess confirmed this when I placed the order. We have gone to this McAlister's Deli a few times to take advantage of the kids eat free on Tuesdays after 5:00 deal. The food is really hit or miss. Sometimes it's pretty good and other times it seems as if it's been sitting in the window for hours. Tonight was the latter. The kids pita pizzas were actually cold and the cheese for the kids nachos had a crust on top as if it had been sitting a long time. My salad and baked potato were ok. My husbands sandwich was also just ok. The bathroom was not very clean and neither was the floor around and under all the tables around us. Panera bread is across the street and is wonderful. I would expect McAlister's to be on their A game to compete with them...but they're no where near it! read more

After a brief discussion we decided to cancel our order. Then the staff told us that we would have to call the company we ordered our food from for a refund on our card. When we told them that we ordered through the McAlister's website, we were told we would have to call corporate for a refund. I've worked in several restaurants and have been able to refund money on the spot, even on cards. So I'm not sure why here I would have to call McAllister corporate. Then we were told the potatoes just arrived and to give them 5 mins or so to complete our order. 15 mins later we had our order and a free drink. When we opened our food we had paid for additional cheese and bacon and had none. Exhausted, we called it a day and went home. The food was mediocre at best.
