I have been a long time customer of this restaurant, and it has been just awful for at least the past year. Take out orders are always wrong and/or incomplete, and even the in store service is lacking. This came to a head tonight when I only received one of two entrees ordered online. I was told when I called that they would ring it up for free and "get it back out to me". When I called 45 minutes later, I was told that they had no way to contact Door Dash, and they "had no control" over the situation but that the potato (which was probably nasty within this amount of time) was still sitting there. So, I was given the option of going to pick up something that I already paid to have delivered, or just do without something that I already paid for. Needless to say, this is completely unacceptable and we are DONE with this place. I know I'm only one person, but maybe my input will prevent someone else from making the mistake of spending money here. read more

My kid wanted to go to Panera's yet again but I decided to stretch their horizons try someplace new. From out of town but was very pleasantly surprised with this deli chain. High-quality food and very good customer service, would definitely recommend. read more

Been here many times, never a bad experience. This McAlisters is managed well. The outdoor patio seating is a plus.

The best thing about this place is the extensive menu. This place has a little of everything: salads, sandwiches, loaded baked potatoes, soups and wow! even some dinner selections including meatloaf, chicken, etc., kind of like Boston Market but without the cafeteria line feel. The patio at this particular location is a great place to eat on a nice day because it has the perfect "open air" feel, yet is covered by an awning from end to end so you won't roast while you chow. The staff is extraordinarily helpful and accommodating - at least they always have been when we've been there - and the iced tea is delicious. I am pretty picky about my tea, and McAlister's does it well. No powdered, citric-acid laden aftertaste here! On our most recent trip, I tried the veggie sandwich and it was not only tasty, but very generous. I would like to see a few more veggie-based items on the menu, but that would be my only concern. read more

Has a phenomenal experience today that just gets added to the list of great at this particular McAllisters!! A friend, her toddler son, and I visited around 1pm to find a very busy dining room. The manager was talking to those of us in line(which was quite long), and placing numbers at tables for us. It was great to know that when we finally got to order, we wouldn't have to search for a seat. He also met us with a high chair right as we sat down. The food came fast as always and the new things each of us tried- the turkey cranberry salad and King Club sandwich were delightful. The staff tending to the dining room were friendly and attentive to all of our needs as well as everyone in the very busy restaurant. Thanks McAllisters for being great every time! read more

The employees responsible for handling the to-go orders at this location could use some additional training. I live nearby, and have placed to-go orders frequently in the past month. Items were missing from an order on multiple occasions (e.g. Taco salad missing chips), and drinks orders have been wrong (regular coke instead of diet coke). It's incredibly frustrating to place an order, pick it up, and then arrive home to find something isn't right. Employees should receive training or a check list to follow to know exactly which items are included with a meal. read more

First and foremost avoid this place during peak hours, the parking is horrific! Second, on more than one occasion I have felt invisible in this restaurant. I always call in my order and pick it up at the to go counter. I was trying to squeeze a workout and picking up my lunch in on my lunch hour. I was the second person in line apparently when you buy a refill cup you also buy a no wait in line pass. Because multiple people are coming up to the side to get refills which I understand you don't want to wait in line for a refill however how many people need to get refills before you help the customers waiting to order or pick up food. I mean I'm sitting here looking at my food get cold sitting on your counter. Then the lady in front of me has to tell a story about her entire weekend after she's already received her food. I'm giving a dry look to let them know I have places to go. The manager walked over I'm thinking he's going to move this thing along, he joins in on the conversation. I prefer other locations so I probably will just avoid this place altogether I've never had a really good experience here. read more

Usually enjoy McAlister's - good service and I love their Savannah chopped salad. It's always loaded with veggies and almonds and chicken. Was really disappointed today in the salad I picked up for take-out. There was only about 1/2 or a tomato, three thin slices of cucumber, and a few almonds. It's way overpriced for average food. It's not bad food. It's just not unique or special in anyway. And, meals average nine dollars, so I don't think it's worth it. I would give their staff and store cleanliness five stars. read more

I'm extremely in love with the food here. I have to say they serve best sandwich ever. I had the New Yorker was good and my husband had a turkey one he just loved it. I can always guarantee that I will be treated with a smile and my food will be ready quickly. Two of the people I always enjoy seeing the most would be Lerin Morkal and Avery Nelson! This is a great family oriented place for lunch. The staff is VERY nice, and it's always clean. My daughter and I LOVE the nacho chips appetizer that come with a mixture of the cheese sauce and chili for dipping. Reminds me of the Chik Fil A staff in Noblesville. Just had an awful experience at this location; so awful that I'm writing this review while I eat the food for which I waited 45 minutes. I ordered half a club sandwich and a cup of soup, so food that requires nothing more than some ladling and assembly. Every time I asked where my food was, as people around me who arrived after me received their food, I was assured it was coming. After 45 minutes of waiting, I went to ask for a refund. They struggled to figure out the register to do so, and then--lo and behold--my food was ready. I told them to just forget the refund, and I would eat it (because I was starving at this point!!). Other people who waited got free goodies or coupons for another visit, but I didn't even get an apology. I've worked in restaurants, I understand things can get backed up, but this wasn't even peak lunchtime. Steer clear of this location unless you have an extra hour or so to kill. read more
