Our experiance att McAuley was FANTASTIC !!!!!!! We are from San Jose and had been calling dealers looking for an MKZ. Most dealers wouldnt even talk over the phone. When I called Mcaulleys I spoke to Jose who had no problume working with me over the phone. I told Jose my budget and he never tried to push me over or get more out of me. We agreed on a price that was GREAT. I drove down on a Saturady Jose had my MKZ detailed and a full tank. Update: after having the car for 3 months I found out it was a previous rental that was not disclosed which is technically against the law, passenger door handle broke and shifter won't shift out of park. Called Susie and she was a complete joke. Her CHARACTER truly defines the person she really is. She basically told me I'm screwed and take it to nissan that there done helping me because I didn't take down my negative review. She isn't human resources or the owner I'm not sure why she keeps asking me to take down the negative review I mean I would but they sold me a lemon that used to be a rental. Susie works in the service center answering phones she doesn't have any right to keep questioning me about my review. At this point if you want the negative review gone I want them to buyback this PREVIOUS RENTAL LEMON. It's pretty sad when people preach honesty, reliability, trustworthy but stab you in the back as soon as the deals done. Arron sold me the car and didn't even call or follow up ever! Yeah I get the dealer can't fix ever little thing that goes wrong but Susie specifically gave me her word last time she test drove the car with me if I had any other issues to let her know and she basically shut me down. read more

Our experience with McAuley was top notch. We found a car online that they had in stock. Called and asked to come see it. They stayed two hours past closing to accomodate us (we were driving from Visalia). We got there, test drove the car, signed the paperwork and drove away within half an hour. This review is for the SERVICE DEPT at McAuley Motors. Believe the 5-star ratings for these guys, they are great. Susan is fantastic. I bought an off-lease 2013 MKZ Hybrid and I love it (I am pretty sure I will never own anything but Lincolns from now on, but, I digress...). See, even though my car was a "CPO" there was a problem. Once I activated my free three-month satellite radio service, it would not work. Got a "satellite antenna fault" message. Susan tried to keep me calm, but I could not understand how a thoroughly inspected car (because of the "CPO" process) could have a problem. So I made an appointment with Susan and the service department and stopped at Merced on my way up to northern California. I left my car for a few days (they gave me a 2015 MKZ "loaner"...sweet) and they fixed the problem. When I picked up the car, it was washed, detailed, and had a full tank of gas. Also, they replaced the window tint on the driver's window--because they noticed it had a small hole in it. They re-tinted the window without asking and without charging me! These are nice people. read more

This dealership is amazing. We purchased a NEW Lincoln MKZ from Big Valley Ford. They totally misrepresented the car, lied to us on several occasions (all this is recorded and verified). We have had nothing but problems with this car. We were so upset with Big Valley Ford that I was actually afraid to take the car into them for services. To date, the Sync system has not been working properly and now the transmission has not been working properly. We have taken the car in 3 times so far for it shifting into neutral while driving. Suzie at McAuley motors has gone ABOVE AND BEYOND the call of duty to try and help us. I am an 84 year old woman and cannot afford to have these kind of issues happening to a new car.
