One of my new fave places to dine now with the renovations. Menu is fantastic. Portions amazing! Food is so good, especially the seafood. I got the Outcast drink, but it seemed to have more foam than drink as pictured. Oh well. Overall, vibes have improved and I have been enjoying dining here. Desserts here are tasty here, too!

A birthday treat for $25 coupon through my Landry's rewards program! I chose the lunch feature: Parmesan Flounder with capers, lemon butter, mashed potatoes and seasonal vegetables. A lovely featured wine, La Pettegola Vermentino from Toscana, hit the spot. David was totally friendly and gave good birthday advice! The food was cooked to perfection and I loved the quiet, breezy patio! I need to eat here more often. Now, a birthday nap.

Then menu has some interesting cocktails And the special Rye Chocolate Old Fashioned was Yummy! The blackened walleye was moist and flavorful. Absolutely delicious. Service was very good and the general manager checked in with me during the meal which is a very nice touch.

It's been a few years and this place is still my favorite steak house in Minneapolis. The restaurant is elegant, clean, white table cloths with super attentive service. Our salads were super fresh. The bacon wrapped shrimp was a hit. Everyone truly enjoyed their meals and we enjoyed our time together seated outside on a comfortable Fall evening.

We had reservations for lunch and were given our choice of seating, which was nice. Our server, Michael, was really pleasant and attentive. McCormick & Schmick's had a Jubilee Menu in honor of their 50th anniversary and that's what my husband and I ordered off of. My husband selected the seasonal mixed greens salad, center cut filet mignon (ordered medium rare), and crème brûlée. I went with the New England clam chowder, crab & shrimp stuffed halibut and upside down candied walnut apple pie. The food was all tasty, but it was disappointing that the filet mignon didn't have even a hint of pink inside when cut, despite how my husband requested it. Even with that, my husband totally enjoyed his steak, and I can confirm it was tastier than my halibut. The mashed potatoes and broccolini served with each entrée we okay, nothing special. We split our desserts and the apple pie definitely outshined the crème brûlée. Given the great service, comfy seating, relaxing atmosphere and decent food, we would certainly return when we are in the area.

Happy Hour was a win after work here! Ordered their Carpaccio, truffle fries and Pork Belly Bao Buns. The Carpaccio was a 10/10 with butter thin cut steak with arugula and mustard seed. We also ordered 2 happy hour cocktails- their Lemon Drop Martini and Cherry Mule. I had wished the lemon drop made me pucker just a smidge more and the cherry mule- that is perfection, wouldn't change a thing. The service was good while the Ambiance screamed old money vibes. Bar is first come first serve and I thought it was great they had "communal" style tables where parties of 2 could share a 4 top but be split. Will definitely be back!

Delicious lunch, we stopped in Sunday and we got seated right way no reservation. Rick was a great server and I really liked the Rockefeller oysters and the sea bass. My husband enjoyed his steak and it was such an intimate dining experience.

My husband took me here for my birthday meal and it was a really nice experience! We came on a Thursday evening so it wasn't very busy. He still had made reservations so that helped us get a more intimate table away from some of the open seating spaces. Our server was very friendly and helpful, she made sure we had enough time to look through the menu, ask questions and make an informed decision. After we ordered our meals our server brought us bread and butter. It's always nice having something to nibble on while you wait for your meals. I ordered a Parmesan Crusted Flounder with veg and a Caesar salad. The fish was cooked to perfection, not overly fried or greasy! (Really appreciate that.) The salad wasn't overly dressed, again something I appreciate, and was certainly a nice healthy addition to the meal. The server also surprised me with a birthday treat on the house! I chose the warm brownie and scoop of vanilla ice cream to top the night off. I'd definitely visit here again. Was a lovely evening celebrating my birthday with good food and a surprise dessert on the house. Everyone made my birthday evening enjoyable and I'll be back to celebrate more festivities here!!

After seeing so many 5 star reviews I was curious if it would live up to the hype... it definitely does!! Service was fantastic and very attentive. We were given a description of the various cuts of meat which helped us decide what to try. My table ordered a domestic wagyu zabuton steak and a picanha steak. For sides we ordered the Caesar salad, grilled mushrooms and the tallow fries. The Caesar salad came out first. This dish set the bar high. It has a unique blend of herbs and spices adorning a bed of crunchy romaine and fried oysters that elevated this dish. Must try if you are in the mood for a salad. The steaks and sides came out next and were shareable. Between the two steaks the wagyu was the better choice. Melt in your mouth and seasoned to perfection. The picanha had great flavor but was definitely tough to cut. I'll just order the wagyu next time. The steaks come with a side of sauce. We ordered the chimichurri and llagua. I liked the chimichurri the best between these sauces. The mushrooms were marinated so well and had a rich umami flavor. The tallow fries were crispy and salty. I would get either of these sides again. We finished our dinner with the "burnt" cheesecake. Which featured strawberry rhubarb compote on top. Save room for this desert! It was so good! We went on a busy Saturday night and found parking in a nearby garage. They offer valet but we didn't notice it until we had already parked. I think the valet was cheaper than the parking we found so might as well utilize that service unless you find something farther away.

The inside is beautiful and made for a really nice dining experience. We started with the Eichten's cheese curds, and they were excellent. They were soft on the inside, some had a great cheese pull, and the spicy dipping sauce paired really well with them. I ordered the Flat Iron Frites. The steak was seasoned well, cooked nicely, and didn't have much fat, which I appreciated. The fries were crispy and came with house-made ketchup. I usually don't even like ketchup, but this one was actually really good. My partner ordered the deviled eggs as his appetizer, and he enjoyed them so much he finished them in no time. For dessert, we had the Strawberry Shortcake Crème Brûlée, and it was fantastic. I've never had crème brûlée like that before. It was a unique twist on a classic dessert and ended the meal perfectly. The only small downside was that the complimentary water tasted clean and fresh. But it was warm instead of cold. Overall, the food, atmosphere, and service made for a great experience, and I'd happily return. Glad i was able to cross this one off of my list.

During my stay, I enjoyed breakfast, the bison empanadas, ice cream, margaritas, and espresso martinis, everything was delicious and well prepared. The quality of both the food and beverages was outstanding, and the service was great as well. I would highly recommend stopping by whether you're staying at the hotel or just looking for a great place to eat and enjoy a cocktail. Can't forget the ambience! It was great.

The restaurant is located on the first floor of a historic building that was once a luxury hotel and is now a co-op. One thing we didn't know beforehand is that P.S. Steak has two distinct dining spaces. We were seated in the lounge, which is bright, stylish, and elegant, while the steakhouse dining room has a darker, more intimate, classic steakhouse atmosphere. The service was outstanding from start to finish. The staff was professional and knowledgeable, making the experience feel polished and welcoming. For drinks, we ordered the Southern Hemisphere (a refreshing non-alcoholic cocktail with the perfect balance of tart and sweet) and the 1929 Sour. From the Restaurant Week menu, we started with the dry-aged meatballs, which were surprisingly light and flavorful. For the entrée, we had the smoked salmon risotto. Unfortunately, it wasn't our favorite--it felt a bit bland and lacked the depth of flavor we were expecting. We also ordered a few items from the regular menu, and these ended up being the highlights of the meal. The lobster roll was incredibly fresh, perfectly seasoned, and absolutely delicious. The asparagus was another standout, cooked to the perfect balance of tender and crisp with a beautiful char that added great flavor. To finish, we shared the hot fudge sundae, which was rich, indulgent, and the perfect ending to dinner. Overall, we really enjoyed the experience, especially the impeccable service, elegant ambiance, and standout dishes from the regular menu. We'd definitely come back for the luxe atmosphere--and next time, we'll be ordering one of their steaks!

This place does get busy so definitely keep that in mind. Luckily I made reservations ahead of time so we had a table waiting for us, otherwise we would have been put on a waiting list since it's a small space. They put us in a corner booth which was nice and spacious enough for 4 people so I'd definitely recommend asking for a booth verse a table if you're planning to come with a larger group. The servers are all very friendly and helpful. I appreciated their attentiveness and sharing what they like best, especially for what's in season based on the time of year. The menu has quite a bit of variety too which is sometimes unexpected when you come to a pub-style location. For appetizers we got Onion Ring and Fried Pickles. They were both really good and served with dipping sauces. Definitely both shareable items so if you're in a group they'd be great options! My entree I chose the Wild Alaskan Sockeye Salmon served with lemon soy marinade, creamy cucumbers, and jasmine rice -- it was SO good!! I loved the creaminess of the cucumbers especially with the rice and than the lemon soy marinade was just a unique touch to the salmon. Toned the flavors down without overpowering acidity. And the salmon was so dreamy, a beautiful pink color that you just knew it wasn't a farm raised salmon. Plus the portion was very generous!! I'd definitely recommend the Alaskan Sockeye Salmon to anyone interested in visiting here. #eatwildsavewild The only negatives (which are more so just knowledge bombs for you): * Restaurant is VERY loud. It's hard to hear because it is one small room that everyone plus the bar is in. I wished I would have took a picture to show what I mean. Just know that if it's an intimate setting you're looking for this is not the place. So be prepared to talk loudly over the loudness and ask "excuse me?" or "repeat that" many times throughout your visit because you're not going to hear everything. * Timed eating. Because this place is a hit with limited seating, once you get a table and complete your meal/payment you'll kindly be asked to leave so that they can clean up and open the table to next in line. Totally get that and am not put off by this at all, but I could see how it could catch some folks off guard especially if you are out for a meal with folks you may not see frequently-- so just keep that in mind. This is not the place to sit and talk post meal. * Parking is limited. Be prepared to walk a few blocks as the road parking in front of the business is pretty limited especially with the other stores and restaurants in the area. Regardless of those few bullets I highly recommend folks visit George & The Dragon. It's a really cool spot and the food was great! Plus theirs a malt shop right next door that looks yummy too, so definitely worth visiting and getting malts after for dessert.
