Please tell the lady at the window we just encountered 20 minutes ago that there's a special sauce for the spicy nuggets. She acted like she didn't speak English nor did she attempt to get someone to understand what I was saying. This restaurants goes out of their way to make sure they are shorting "certain" customers of what's EXPECTED as part of their meal. For $9, can I get the right sauce please???????? I would never normally rate a McDonald's but this place is full of rude people but worst, the food is always bad. Just had a buttermilk chicken sandwich and the thing tasted like a flat piece of cardboard. They made me wait for 5 min at the drive thru for three fries and they severely shorted me. On all 3! My daughter's nuggets were cold. Their attitudes are terrible every single time. I'm local, less than a mile away and i hate this place. Just suck it up and goto Tenley or Mazza. read more

This is a place to go when you are low sugar, and I mean hands shaking, sweaty palms, headaches and the whole nine yards. I can't really see any other need to visit this establishment because the sugar and fat content are truly decadent. Edwardo in the drive through was rude and disrespectful. When I pulled up there was not space so I drove around once ( the manager advised me later that you are supposed to block traffic in the second lane if there's no room). Then when I came back around and tried to rejoin the line some guy tried to cut me off so he decided to the take this guys order first without listening to anyone and be rude to me. I just find this all funny now especially that the manager didn't care at all about what happened (amazing manager right haha). But I will never go there again. read more

This is a good McDonald's. It has delicious hot fudge sundaes. It gives food out pretty fast.

On the times I get back down to DC, I rarely stop at this McDonalds. However, today I needed to get on the internet, so I stopped by. I had my first McCafe peperment latte, and it was pretty good. However, in general this McDonalds is only about average. Their burgers are seasoned with salt and pepper better than many other locations, but sometimes they over pepper the burgers. That's jus not good. I have also had numerous experiences with underdone fries here. Once several of mine were actually raw. In all, it is not a horrible place to stop and get something quickly. But if you just want a burger, there are better places in the neighborhood. read more

What's with all the hate? This is one of the better McDonald's locations I've been to. It's neat and tidy, the bathrooms are seriously clean, the restaurant is updated, and the food, if a little slow, is always tasty. The staff is typical, a mix of immigrants and acne-prone teens, and they've never let me down, so I think people need to be a little less critical of a low paying job and a bit more critical of their own entitlement. After all, this is McDonald's not Ruth Chris Steakhouse. read more

They messed up this morning. My iPhone coupon didn't go through even though they said it did. And, they forgot the hot sauce. Then, when I called the number on the receipt, i get put right into voicemail with a recording which failed to state whether it was McDonald's or not. Not good. The staff at this McDonald's is so so kind and so amazing. In the middle of the pandemic they do their jobs phenomenally.

I'm not a huge fan of McDonald's, especially since I am a vegetarian, but I have to give this McDonald's credit. We decided to do a McDonald's breakfast drive thru run one morning when we were in town and drove up with a huge list consisting of 10 people's orders. To my shock and amazement, not only were they fast, but they also got the entire order correct! They even aced the often confusing "Egg McMuffin with no meat" order. Impressive! read more

I was surprised by the non-friendly atmosphere. No greeting or eye contact. I ordered at the kiosk. Food delivered quickly, but I didn't get a cup nor a straw. When I asked for a cup the server turned her back and walked away. I was standing at the counter. Another employee heard my request and gave me a cup. Oh yeah brother - Aesthetic of this restaurant is much better than most others. I used the electronic ordering machine that was simple and easy to use. Went up to pay for my order - (2x McChicken w/ large fries and a drink) and the lady was super friendly. She had a Latina abuela attitude very nice. Food was served as expected and table was clean. Left a nice stinker tinker in the bathroom to finish it all off! Only reason it's not 5 stars is because when I went back to get a Mcflurry I asked for cookies and M&M's and I only got oreo. If you what to get abnormally large McDonald s is the place to go! If Adam apples are your thing or in style, then eat McDonald's salt covered fries! Frozen patties are all the rage at McDonald's! Terrible staff at this outlet. Could not for their lives understand what 'medium roast' meant. Explaining to me they have only small, medium or large. And that the coffee was Colombian. And that they were not Starbucks. Even the Manager, couldn't understand and didn't care about, what I wanted, what I got. Just moved on, while the cashier was gesturing with her finger at me and ranting in Spanish. Horrible service, clueless staff!!! read more

Went for a Shamrock Shake at 2:30pm on March 17th - my wife and I both were looking forward to the holiday shake, however, we pulled into the drive-in and were told "all sold out." I live nearby and have been here many times. They often forget one small thing or the other (ketchup straw drink, fry size) and i don't realize til i am home but today was the last straw; first they forget part of my order; then i went home to eat my apple pie which was not an apple pie with fruit pieces but a mix of some apple paste and some kind of gross cream cheese half; now it is too late to run back out and eat but i am never trying this mcdonalds again. read more

I stop here most mornings for coffee (drive through). Love McDonalds coffee!! I used to ask for cream and Equal on the side, but decided to let them start adding it for me. I am at a loss to understand how 4 cream and 4 Equal creates a different cup of coffee every time. There is absolutely no consistency to the way the coffee turns out..sometimes it's way too sweet, other times it tastes like there is no sweetener at all. Today my coffee was so light I thought I was drinking all cream. Come on people, aren't you using a pump dispenser system? If you count correctly, 4 pumps of cream and 4 pumps of Equal should be the same every time. This may sound trivial, but it's really annoying! I'm going back to doing it myself! read more
