I need zero stars to be an option for this location. Placed an order online. Food was delivered to my car. Drinks were correct. Look inside the bag and the food was wrong. Walked inside to get my correct food and was told it was 11:01 and they were now serving lunch and would not be able to make my breakfast that I actually ordered. Horrible customer service. This was the best mcdonald's i ever had. I was scared to come here at first because of the area but i was blown away by the amazing service. The workers were so kind and the food was better than any mcdonalds ive ever had. The wait time was not that long either! read more

Service is inconsistent. The staff are either really friendly or really rude. You never know what you're going to get on a particular day. Service is always slow, both in the drive through and inside. There is usually something wrong with the order. I've stopped coming here and drive an extra 5 minutes to the Grafton location where they are somewhat more competent. read more

I took my kids there for some ice cream. What I saw inside was completely disgusting. One of the employees was coughing a lot by the napkins and by the food that was ready to go out to waiting customers In drive thru. Then another employee walking out in the lobby with one of his hands in his pants as well as play fighting with a different employee before returning to the back, without washing his hands. Just very unprofessional and not trained. I definitely would not recommend going there. Management never said anything to either employee. read more

This is a terrible Mc Donald's. 3 times in a row since September we have had a failed experience here. One time we waited 10 minutes in the drive thru and when we got to the order menu the employee came on after a five minute pause to tell us they can't take orders at 11am on a Sunday because they have no manager on site. Next time we waited 20 minutes in the drive thru and never got to pay. They had big orders in front of us but failed to park anyone while my $2 order never got filled. We complained to Corporate after these 2 incidents and they answered and said they are working to improve things at this store which used to be good. Tonight we tried again and got a Big Mac with no meat. Found out at home on the first bite. How do you forget the meat? Don't visit here even if you have time. This place has gone downhill so fast it's not funny. Dirty, rude, lazy workers and managers. You'll wait a nonsensical amount of time if you go in as their focus is mainly on the drive through. Waiting in line recently with three others...two workers standing watching, doing nothing to help while an off duty worker goes behind the counter, pulls money from the register and gets food for himself and friends who are behind me, also waiting. Typical, clueless, no -critical thinking youngsters untrained and poorly supervised. The place is usually filthy. The only bright spot is Kate in the morning. Since my last review I've been here a few times on account I had little time to eat so unfortunately this is the fastest easy option usually. I went in the afternoon as opposed to later at night and recognized some more veteran employees that have worked there for years. The experience was much better. Try ordering a yogurt parfait! If you like to wait 10 minutes so they can add frozen fruit to yogurt, then you find out you can't eat it because the fruit is a frozen clump in the middle of the yogurt, then this is the place to go! If I could give it zero stars I would. I don't typically write bad reviews but this place should be shit down. I once waited in the drive through parking spot for food and they forgot about me. Mind you I was the only customer. And one time when we pulled up to the drive through they asked us to go somewhere else. I heard it was under new management so I drove up thinking it would be better. In the large front window you could see someone laying across the big booth, they were probably sleeping. I agree with the previous writer (Gus) this location has the slowest service. It's almost better to drive the 4 miles to Grafton and be treated by friendly people. Just ordered a big breakfast with hot cakes and got no syrup, salt or pepper. When I pulled up to the window they said I had to go to spot one and wait. SORRY I WON'T DO THAT ANYMORE. The service is often very slow at the drive thru. Food is often not hot and not very fresh( for example, fries wilted and lukewarm). My son will drive to the Grafton McDonald's to get better food even though we live 1/2 mile from the Cedarburg location. Ok for a coffee not much else maybe a soda, how do you screw up that. The owner of this MC needs to get on his game because I am done with this place. Mcdanalds is usually known for its not so 5 star performance but this one tops it all. The fries are never warm, they get orders wrong regularly. It's terrible. I had an experience with one of the employees, he was unintelligent, he got my order wrong, he gave me the wrong change and he was sitting on top of the drive through window. If you want to regain your faith in McDonald's go to the one in grafton it's a 5 star experience there. read more

By far one of the worst fast food experiences EVER! The associate could not handle a 4 meal order and 3 single items. We received 3 drinks. What about the 4th? After a bit of back and forth over the order, my husband got frustrated as did I. He repeated the order and the associate said that wasnt what she had entered. 35 bucks for 3 cokes and 1 big mac? Wow! Up to this point we hadn't paid yet, so my husband returned the drink tray and said forget the whole thing and drove off. This stores staff needs to be trained much better. This is not the first bad incident I, we have had at this Cedarburg store but have continued to give them the benefit of the doubt. But this person clearly did not care about her job. McDonalds is known for fast service and a clean well run operation. The one in Cedarburg has some work to do to come up to McDonalds standard. The service is slooooow. I have been there on numerous occasions where people have walked out. I have seen people in the drive in line get out of line and leave. I walked out and went to the one in Grafton. Wash rags laying around etc. On the plus side the person at the counter was polite, orgainized and doing everything she could to keep the place going. The rest of the crew was certainly not with it. read more

Easily the worst McDonald's I've ever been to. This place doesn't appear to have been remodeled or cleaned since the early 90's. There were very few people there and it still took forever to get our food. Our fries were brown and cold, my fish sandwich tasted dry like it was sitting out all day, and my son's chocolate milk smelled funny and had a horrible taste to it. I dumped it out for fear of it making him sick on the car ride home. Dairy Queen down the street looked really nice as we drove by full on regret! read more
