Gave us watered down orange juice. We ordered the food for table service but they just called our number out and left the food at the counter. Don't have an option for table service if your employees won't honor it. December 8, 2020 If I could I would give this location no stars. My family and I went through the drive through. There was no one in front of us or behind us. We were just trying to decide what we wanted. It's been awhile since I've ordered from McDonalds so I couldn't really remember if there was other burritos on their menu. I saw one but wasn't sure if I missed any other ones on the menu when I was looking so I asked the associate what the difference is between a breakfast and a sausage burrito. The person we were talking to was not nice and had a rude tone to their voice telling me that they only had one burrito so I said I'll take that. Then they asked if that was all. We said sweet tea and then the lady we were talking to told us to pull up to the window but we wanted to add coffee. So we stayed at the intercom for at least another minute or so trying to tell them we wanted to add coffee. But no one went back on so we said we'll just ask them to add it at the window. My dad asked and the lady seemed like she was a manager but the way she talked to my dad was so rude. All my dad asked was if we could add coffee to our order since we didn't get any confirmation when we ordered it through the intercom and didn't see it on the list either before going to the window. All she had to say is "oh would you like to add another coffee to the one you already placed earlier?" Or, "did you want 2 coffee instead of 1?" Instead of treating my dad like he doesn't know what he's ordering. Anyway we paid for the food but the lady did not even ask if we needed any cream or sugar for the coffee and there were non in the bag they gave us either. She literally just handed the food out and slid the window closed. No thank you, no have a nice day, no nothing. They were rude even in that short amount of time that we were there. Just wanting people to know how terrible the service is. Make sure you tell them everything you want so that you won't have to go inside for whatever is missing. read more

Never-mind the restroom handles three people at a time, let's have 86 people get off two tour busses to order... chocking a line through every nook and cranny of the restaurant, making it awkward for anyone to sit peacefully - wondering if they have to make eye-contact with the person waiting in line for the bathroom who just so happens to be hovering right over them. Skip it, go the 40-ft across the street to Carl's Jr. You'll be better off... not only is the food better - the stagnant smell of urine won't overpower you while you eat. read more

I hate McDonalds in general but my friend wanted to come here to get an Iced Coffee. She got that and I got a little side salad. The salad and her drink seemed fine but the service was hella slow. Went through the drive-thru for a sugar-free iced vanilla coffee. Is it me or was the drive-thru supposedly offer fast service? Long Wait, even if the place isn't busy. If it gets busy, which is often, it only gets... Um... s l o w e r. Expect slow service, unless you go through the Drive-thru... But even that can be slow. This is a small location, but they do offer free wi-fi. We stopped here for dinner on Thursday night. There was a sports team stopped here in a yellow school bus and lots of girls in line ordering food. One girl asked one of her teammates if she could borrow some money, and this man (he looked like he might be a trucker) in front of me saw, and gave her $5. I am an out of Towner and I came in to a slightly steady not so busy time I am staying at a hotel near by and thought I'd take a walk and check it out, sadly to say the manager was upset I asked for hot sauce for my large order and then kept walking away when needing ketchup and ranch for my BBQ tenders (since they just came out I wanted to try haha) I was giving a bag with no help from the workers since it was a large Order for my family a customer noticed how rude they had barely wanted to give me anything and helped me put my order in the bag. During our trip home from the bay area, we stopped for some gas and food. This McDonalds was nothing fancy or out of the ordinary. The location was clean and easy to locate. The staff working when we arrived were friendly and quick. The food came out quickly as well, but the fries were in violation of what should be McPolicy. That is, they should never sit longer than 5 minutes. These were heat-lamp warm and hard as rocks. They quickly replaced them with fresh fries and off we went. A fairly large McD's. Bathrooms were clean. The grilled chicken in theCaesar salad, $5.19 tasted like it was killed in a gas chamber and no where did it even have grill marks on it. Small, Slow, Sloppy & if a tour bus stops here which there are several a day add very slow service. Does not have playground for children. Do to it's location on I-5 during weekends and holiday the parking lot can become exciting. I came here this past weekend and ordered a mini meal and 2 chicken mcnuggets happy meals. For the happy meals, I told them that I wanted sweet & sour sauce for the chicken nuggets. When I picked up our food, I didn't get my sauces so my husband had to go back up and asked the expediter. Then, when I went to get sweet tea, they were out. However, they did refill it pretty quickly (after I told the cashier about it). The interiors does look like it has been updated and there are multiple stalls in the women's restroom which is a plus. This McDonald's is just like any other McDonald's that I've been to in the past. Originally we had stopped just to use their restroom, but decided that it would be a good idea to eat as well since we were already here. The staff was alright. The restaurant was kind of busy when we first got there. Which was a surprise for it being Thanksgiving day around dinner time. I understand that this is farm country and so there is nothing that can be done about the smell, but I would hope that there would be something that could done about the large number of flies that are inside the restaurant.
