This McDonald's has been f ing up for a while now. Gotten food wrong so many times I lost count. Burgers are thrown together from what looks like across the room. Fries have been burnt last three times I have been here. Now I gave the guy my change for my $1 fries and went to go to next window and he stopped me (probably almost causing an accident the lady behind me was up my butt) to say I was not allowed to leave until he counted my change... it was a one dollar and ten cents....no pennies...I still had to wait a good 2 minutes before I actually got to the food. Something really wrong here this morning.The orders are not coming out. People lined up waiting for their order. I've never had to wait this long to receive my order, and I've been to some that have been very crowded. Not very efficient. Giving this location 3 stars because I come here a lot and it's been consistently good. One of the more recent times (about a month ago) I ordered a quarter pounder and a McChicken and I found a long black hair in my quarter pounder. I've never had this happen before and it was disgusting. I literally pulled the hair from my mouth, it was weaved into the toppings and the patty. My hair is brown so I know it wasn't mine. I TRY to avoid this one at all cost becuase 9 out of 10 times they will get your order wrong, and by the time you find out, you're wasting gas and time trying to get it fixed. Possibly the LAZIEST fast food employees I've ever dealt with. They only serve fries and drinks after 11 pm when they're supposed to be open 24 hours. They do this EVERY single time we come, sometimes even after just 10pm. This particular night, when the same guy tells us, "oh we're only serving fries and drinks" he claims he's short staffed and they "have to clean the kitchen" but when we finally get out of line, we see at least 6 employees in there. Look, fast food jobs suck,but we all have to do our time and actually try when working. Their food is another story. Their chicken sandwich is either a. super tough and cold or b. warm and soggy. Like many others here say, when receiving your large order of fries, you'll be lucky if it's 3/4 which it's usually not. They always ignore when you ask for extra something or no something else. We ordered a meal with sweet tea, and it tasted like watered down coffee. Not sure if it was a prank.

Try to get my coffee here in the mornings and the guy that is in charge of the drive through, most of the times, almost always messes up my order.. May it be sugar/cream in the coffee instead of on the side, to trying to charge me a different order. It's always something else with him.. And when he does realize the mistake, he acts like it's the customer's fault. No apologies whatsoever but the poor behavior is consistent. I visit this location at least twice a wk.. He also doesn't give receipts nor ask.. He seems like he just doesn't care. He shows almost no customer service skills. But this is somehow a reflection of the management as well. With proper training and education, it can get fixed. But it's been like this since they opened unfortunately.. Also regarding the pay/pickup window, put a sign on the first window if you want people to pay on the 2nd window. You have 3 drive through windows that are being utilized very inefficiently. read more

They have been completely remodeled from the ground up and have officially REOPENED! Big mistake, though... If you want to save time and energy... head to another McDonald's location. Most McDonald's have kiosks but it is up to the customer if they want to utilize them or go to the cashier. But for this location, the workers actually stand next to the kiosks and prefer you to use the kiosk. Which doesn't work when one needs to scan the QR code from the McDonald's app. When using the kiosk, I had already mentioned to the employee that I am using a code from the app but she continued to place my order through the kiosk. Once we got to the part where I needed to pay, she finally realized that I needed to be rung up at the cashier. She printed out a # receipt and had me wait in front of the cashier, with NO ONE there. So while standing there, she realized no one was there (which was less than 5 feet away, even though she saw no one there when she directed me there), then proceeded to ring me up at the register. For the app, the deal was the "spend over $1, get a free 6-pc chicken mcnuggets" due to the "Dodger's shutout in the 6th!". She asked me which sauce I wanted and I said "honey mustard, please." She mentioned that they do not carry honey mustard. Uh...what?! I know that McDonald's carry Honey Mustard sauce because I had just ordered it 2 days ago at the location on Valley/Grand. After spending more time than I had wanted in this location, for something that I cannot get... I left. This is not the only McDonald's location in the area and I will never be back unless absolutely necessary. The parking lot is limited and ONLY 1-way. I can foresee the parking lot being a huge mess with the drive-thru lines situation the way that they are. They will most definitely block the exit as there is now only a 1-way exit. Cannot exit onto Diamond Bar Blvd directly anymore. Poorly designed and the workers need more training. Oh! I even forgot! When I first entered into the restaurant, I kept the door open for the guy behind me because he was entering too. Not only did he not say "thank you" but rushed by me, too close for comfort and it was a McDonald's employee. I get that he may have been late for his shift but learn some manners! This is the most disgusting McDonald's I've been too in my life!!!! No one cared to clean no one was helpful and on top of that the cashier got my sundae order wrong, it's not like she was busy cleaning!!! Has been renovated recently and just opened somethings I've notice is before there were lots of parking space now there's just enough unless you use the parking space of the establishments around the area when you go inside the WAS big seating area is now small seating which is not well divided there should be enough for groups of 4 or for 2 people, play area is gone...service: the crew goes around and ask you how your doing (but I don't expect this style to last long) I ordered coffee and they did not give me sweetner, creamer nor creamer and not a single napkin too. read more

I was really excited to eat the hash brown but turns out they changed the hash brown into a smaller size and I feel like it was not worth my money as it did not taste as good to the old one. I ordered a Filet-O-Fish sandwich, I had to wait for 10 minutes, then it came out cold, the bread was old, with 1/2 a piece of cheese literally cut by hand. I took it back to the counter, they said they will remake it. Waited again for 10 minutes, the new sandwich had 1/2 a slice of cheese again. I asked to speak to a manager, and had to wait for 10 minutes. Finally, Roger the manager came to my table, and I showed him the sandwich with the piece of cheese, and he said "this is how we do it here, we have been doing this since I started here". The staff is very cold, and has ZERO customer service experience. This is not the first encounter with this restaurant, always something since they remodeled.
