This is the worst McDonald's ice been to. I waited in line in the drive thru for 20 minutes for 2 sausage egg mcmuffins before. There was only one car in front of me and it looked like they had already been waiting a while because the car was in park and they were off the brake. I did finally get to the window and the lady says sorry for the wait we ran out eggs and then we ran out of sausage. Well darn I wonder what you'll ran out next it was 3am breakfast hours start very soon. CLOSED*** this current location is closed for the time being and north diamond bar is finally getting a new remodeled McDonald's! I normally drive thru and their drive thru layout is horrible since you can enter from both sides. After the remodel, the McDonald's has been VERY VERY SLOW... especially during late hours. One time I went inside to order my 10 piece nuggets to go and it LITERALLY took 30 minutes. I was so excited for the make-over, but since the remodel I'd have to say, this location is not one I'd ever recommend. And I have actually given it several tries. Once I ordered a cheeseburger, but got a hamburger. Another time I ordered McNuggets that had clearly been sitting under the heat lamp for hours even though the place looked somewhat busy. And the last I went there, the fry bags were half (or less) full. I am seriously disappointed because the service and the food were good before the remodel, but the restaurant was outdated. Now the restaurant looks great, but no one that works there seems to care about quality or service. I'm not sure how many people actually use Yelp for McDonald's reviews (usually all McDonald's are pretty much the same), but if anyone does you'll want to avoid this location. read more

I ordered off the app and opted for curbside pick-up. Parked my car in spot 3 and checked in. I sat there for 30 minutes waiting for my food but to prevail. So I finally backed out, went to the drive thru and told them that I was waiting for 30 minutes. The attendant was very rude and just told me we don't have a curbside order. So I pulled up to the window to show my app receipt and as I pulled up he tells me it was sitting there just nobody brought it out to me. No apology just arrogance from this guy. I finally get home and I live less than a mile away, all mine and my wife's food is ice cold. So they must have let it sit for the 30 minutes I was sitting there. Also they messed up with my food cuz I ordered extra pickles on our hamburgers and there were only one on each. Even though I live less than a mile from this place I will drive the extra distance to a different McDonald's cuz they loss my business. Horrible establishment! read more

We ordered 2 ice cream cones for 3.5 yrs old kid, but when it came out the ice cream wasn't put on the cone straight up ( I have the pictures) it was about to fall down immediately. So we asked to replace one to new one because i know my 3.5 yrs old son can not eat this. But after my request manager slam the cone into the trash can and gave us the another one. But new one looked totally different than normal ones. The ice cream was about to melt down. Meaning that it didnt have the sharp edges and it was actually starting to melt after we received it ( I also have the pictures for this one too). So we asked we will pay for new one so give us the one that look like NORMAL ice cream and asked her name since she had no name tag. But she wasn't telling me her name but she told me she is the manager. Tild by another employee named Sarah. And they were even telling us that they will call the police if we keep complain about the ice cream. It was very absurd moment when we asked for regular ice cream that we ALWAYS ordered and their reactions towards customer request. read more

This is the dirtiest, and most filthy location I have ever been to. Stopped for a breakfast sandwich and while sitting in the dining room eating started looking around. The ceiling vents looked like they hadn't been cleaned in 10+ years. Covered in dust and filth. The tables and chairs were dirty as well. Makes you wonder what the kitchen looks like. The restrooms were the worst. Toilet paper everywhere overflowing in the trash can and on the floor. One of the toilets wouldn't flush but looked like people had used it anyway. Sinks were not clean. It was so gross it was a health issue. This location has been around for 40+ years and needs a complete makeover. This franchise should be yanked and taken over by corporate. Maybe they can get it cleaned up. NEVER going to stop here again. read more

If you ever go through the drive-thru, you will not get the greatest service. Especially between 2pm-6pm and anytime after 10pm. Be careful when you order a sundae or ice cream. They will cheat you on serving size, when you tell them that this is not enough they get upset and say that's all you get. I'm not trying to be mean, but if I'm paying $1.19 for a hot fudge sundae. I expect to get a little more than half the cup size. Pay attention when you order a sundae or ice cream. read more

This particular location has messed up my orders several times in the past. The last time I went was back in 2009, ordered a large double quarter pounder combo with ice tea. I got home only to find a cheese burger in the DQP box, large fries that was only half filled (they stuffed it in a way to make it look full but the bottom was completely empty), and stale ice tea with rotten lemons. My complaint to the corporate office went nowhere, then I stopped going to McDonald's since. But tonight for some reason I just crave DQP and McNuggets so bad that I decided to give them another try. Besides it's been 6 years I figured they'd have improved by now. It hasn't. Burger buns are soggy, missing 1 piece of cheese, fries are dried and hard completely inedible, and the McNuggets were definitely microwaved. I don't know why this McDonald's has such terrible reviews, but my experience here is pretty similar to all the other McDonald's I have frequented. At least this place is newer, has wifi, plenty of tables, and clean bathrooms. They've never messed up my order and the wait time to get my order has never been more than 6 minutes.
