The service is great. Like awesome and the food is really good. And overall everything was great. I recommend this place.

Customer service was not only slow but completely unhelpful. Didn't get my full order from the drive thru, went into get it the manager never acknowledged me or the customers waiting to get help. I had to stop her to let her know what was going on she got an attitude and walked off. Brought over a bag with another customers order never said anything and walked off to go to her break. After which I stood there for 10 minutes waiting to get my food only for her to walk by and me ask about it and she says to me this bag is yours. As she walked away. Got home to under cooked food. I know I am just one customer but if I am spending 50 bucks on food I would like it to be cooked and hot. I won't be back to that McDonald's read more

Doors are locked so you are forced to wait in the drive through. Expect to wait awhile. Your best bet is to head on down to the Fish House for in house seating and outstanding personable service. read more

Words can't describe how dumb the owner of this McDonald's is. Went to get a McRib. Was infirmed the owner chose not to participate this year and went with spicy chicken tenders. Literally an item someone can get anywhere. The closest one that has a McRib is in Louisville almost an hour away. I would of went daily probably 2x a day because the McRib is my all time favorite sandwich. I will not ever go to any of these McDonald's in the area as the owner is a moron and probably serves horrible food anyways! read more

We went through the drive-thru this morning and the line did not appear too long. However, the service was SUPER slow and we were literally in the line over 30 minutes! My order was 5 sausage McMuffins and 2 drinks. When we finally made it to the pick up window, we were handed our drinks. They had been sitting there a while - sweaty cups and watered down. Waited for approximately 20-25 minutes in drive through. Noticed the person working drive through alternated back and forth between vehicles taking orders. However, when I pulled up I had to wait until order had been taken for three vehicles. I then motioned for driver in front of me to let me pass as it was obvious the person working for whatever reason was not going to take my order. Fortunately she backed up to allow me to pass. I then drove to McDonald's in Radcliff to get a Happy Meal for my grandson. I did not order for me as I no longer eat at McDonald's for health reasons. I decided to go back to get owner information to file a complaint. I ended up speaking with the manager who stated they were short employees. Poor excuse for employee BEHAVIOR. A shortage of employees and willful neglect of a customer are totally different. This behavior was willful, intentional and disgusting!!! I suggest removing the cameras so that willful neglect of certain customers does not happen again. DEFINITELY WILL NOT RETURN TO THIS MCDONALD'S! I'll make the drive to Louisville and patron a McDonald's there if necessary before I give my money to this establishment! read more

Just like any other mcdonalds the service sucks. On this particular visit I stood in line for 5 minutes without being acknowledged. When I finally asked if anyone was taking orders I was again ignored until a minute later when the manager came up and said they weren't ignoring you they just aren't trained to take orders. Check your bags and make sure you got everything you ordered!! I have been here twice and both times they have forgotten items. I know, I know you should always check your bags before you leave the window but long lines, headlights glaring at you, pressure to hurry the hell up cause that's what you were thinking about the car in front of you...don't let it get the best of you and for that glaring car behind you....please have patience cause you and I both know we are getting take out because we don't want to waste time fighting traffic, standing in long grocery lines or cooking over hot stove. The worst McDonalds in the world for service.Sat in line for about 15 minutes,way too long, before an employee came out to say they were closing a drive thru line because of lack of employees working and we needed to pull back around the building and get into the other line.I was next in line to order and there was only one other vehicle behind me so I said why not close this line behind the car behind us and he said he had to cut it off at me.If you know it's a weekend before s holiday it's probably going to be busy with travelers so why not beef up staff or have people on stand by in case you get busy plus with only two cars left in our line empty the line then close it off.They have now lost my business read more

This is probably the worst McDonalds I have ever eaten at. The service is slow and not very friendly, they get the order right about once in about 10 visits and when you ask them to correct it they act like they don't care. A 30-45 minute wait in the drive threw is not uncommon and I always check my order before I drive off and it is almost always missing something or something is made wrong. I get that this is not an easy job and I get that mistakes are going to happen. However when it's literally every time I go there, that's ridiculous. It's not the employees fault it's the management. They all need to be retrained or find something they are better at. read more

Giving them a 1 start is really too much! Say in line for 20 min plus and when we got our order it wasn't right, Oreo McFlurry wasn't even mixed up and went back inside after the drive thru they said mixer was broke. I drove into the drive-thru lane at 1200 early Sunday morning, 18 Jon 17. I waited for one car to order , then drove forward to the order point. I was promptly told by the employee to please wait, she would be with me in a moment. Approximately five to seven minutes later the same employee came back to the intercom and stated they were closed. This occurred after I was told to wait. I guess this represents McDonald's new customer service model......Wait and go away because the place is closed. This is shameful and those responsible should be relieved of duty. read more
