This location has been our McD go to location when we're home craving McD. Normally I do an app order and pick up via drive- thru or curbside. The staff have been nice and pleasant during my visits. It's my first time coming back since they remodeled. I've never been inside, Drive-thru is just so much more convenient since having two littles. During curbside sometimes they forget the sauce but most times they do an average to good job. The wait times for curbside service can be a while but usually no more than 10mins the times I've gone. They also offer the McRib during this time of year. Funny story I used to work at McD when I was 16 and not once did I ever try their McRib until this weekend and it's actually quite good. Today the Grinch Meals made their debut! I ordered 2 Grinch Meals( 10pc and Big Mac), 1 happy meal and one McRib all on the app and arrived just around 1035am. This place has horrible customer service. It's almost like they don't even know what it is. They try to stay in the back and are laughing at one another trying to see who is going to go to the counter. Why is a manager assigning a worker to monitor the counter so that the lobby is being monitored so that customers are able to ask for help if needed or clean because although this place has been remodeled, it's still dirty. They don't answer the phone and if you walk in, you are going to have to wait 30 minutes just to get to the counter. I came to this Mc Donald's on 11/19/20. I really don't go to Mc Donald's often as I am trying to maintain my healthy lifestyle Change. Anywho I wanted to surprise the dude with breakfast after a appointment I had in the area. So he is a big fan of Mc Donald's as he enjoys eating there often. I know he enjoys their sausage and Egg burritos, the iced coffees, the hash browns and the sausage egg Mc muffins along with other lunch or dinner options. Since it was breakfast time I decided to go all out for him and get him a little of everything. Mc Donald's is Stepping the breakfast game up all the way as they now are selling their bakery items and I decided to get the apple fritter which was delicious! I got the dude 2 of the mix match deals which one was a sausage Mc muffin with has brown, second was something new I saw which was their new chicken Mc Griddles and a sausage egg Mc muffin with a large coffee. Each item I took a princess bite from and the dude ate the rest! The chicken Mc griddle was delicious and the dude loved it! Be destroyed the apple fritter not w crumb left lols he killed the hash brown, Mc muffin and the burrito! So......apparently if you don't place your order at the kiosk first, you get ignored here. And ignored some more. Then even when you are first in line at the register, they will pull someone over to the register in front of you. Someone who just walked in. And they will take their order, asking you to move out of the way. Just "can you move?" Oh well to the fact that we had already been waiting there for several minutes. Sunday afternoon stopped for a couple burgers and a shake. No shakes :-( The employee was very polite and efficient and food was ready so fast. Needed a code to use the ladies room; got that from polite young man and it wasn't bad in there. TP on the floor but it was clean- didn't cringe once! It was nice to see a security guard since some of the reviews talked about feeling unsafe in that neighborhood. Bonus *a young soccer player following his mom in was half thru the door and stopped backed up and held the door open for me :) In and out in less than 10 min.
