Super slow service order on the app told me to wait almost waited haft a hour and had to go inside and still waited and finally got my food

This has to be the worst wendys I have ever been to... the service is awful, the girl at the speaker spoke so low it was almost hard to hear her. I ordered a SPICY 10 piece chicken nugget meal with RANCH & scorchin' hot sauce... I got the regular nuggets with BBQ. the only thing they got right was the kind of combo & the drink. The quality of the food was also super mediocre. The nuggets were not fried enough... I will definitely not return to this location. read more

We ordered chocolate frosty because they didn't have vanilla. Waited 15 minutes in the drive thru. Got up to the window paid and then she comes back and says the chocolate machine is frozen and doesn't work. Then she says do you want vanilla. She just told us they had no vanilla. I told her to just give us back our money. Had to get the manager. Total of 20 minutes waiting and no frosties what a waste of time. Don't go to this one. My food was cold I ordered ahead on the app so they would have time to make fresh food or at least get the order correct. . I order 3/30 @11pm . Short wait & received. 3/17/24 Happy Sunday everyone! Happy St. Patrick's Day too! Got breakfast ready! My cinnamon pull apart was Great! Especially after heating it. Flavorful with Great icing too! 1/2 of the seasoned potatoes with ketchup were good. Seasoned well! Definitely something you should have right away while it's fresh. FYI! Plus, I had 1/2 of each. I ordered a strawberry swirl frosty because the ads displayed on the restaurant were enticing. I received my order in great disappointment. Melted and not served completely as advertised. I asked the manager "Zoe" to please give me my order as represented on their displayed advertisement he smiled and said "No, that is how we are told to make them!" The night shift staff is incompetent. They make your food with zero care and they take their time making it. Just got a Dave's Double for the 2nd time and it was missing all the condiments once again. They make your food like they don't want you to return back again cause clearly I got the message this time! As far as the Frostys, don't bother getting one late night cause the fat guy with the glasses at the window will lie to you and say their machine is broken. The staff was very unprofessional. They even got my order wrong and wouldn't correct it. Most of the workers were rude, noisy and talking bad about customers and using profanity even with children around. Wouldn't recommend coming and they need to hire a better staff team. read more

The pm crew at this wendys sucks they've done this twice now telling me i can't come through the drive through to pick up an order that my daughter ordered online. And the first time they made my chili without onions or cheese which was on the receipt so it was paid for the second time couple nights ago they didn't even put the my chili beans in the bag after i asked for some extra crackers what exactly would i need crackers for if they didn't give me my chili ? Love the spicy chicken sandwich and nuggets meal combo. Drive thru was pretty quick and good staff.

It was dead at the drive-through, and they still managed to give me the wrong sauce for my nuggets, and their burgers tasted like AM-PM, so dry and horrible that they cost six times more. If your crew is not attentive to what customers order, eventually your jobs will be in jeopardy, and AI will take over someday. read more

Stopped at this Wendy's on my way to a business meeting. The person at the front counter was ready to take my order. He suggested a better option at the same price with more food, very nice. The food was hot and tasty, and the fact they my favorite drink flavor was a plus. I was greeted by at least two staff members by name. This restaurant is clean with excellent restrooms. Had a craving for their chili, came and got me a small chili with a drink from the drive thru on the way home. I swear, every time I have the chili, it hits the spot. So tasty. Went thru the drive there really quick. Got my chili with cheese and onions. Tip: get the chili with a salad and pour it on top. No dressing is needed. read more

I should have looked at the reviews first. I did place an order on line and paid for it. It was busy, a long line of cars in the drive thru and cars kept butting in. I walked in the store to tell them I had ordered on line. I had to stand behind 2 others in line as there was no way to communicate I had already placed an online order and had paid. I got to the young lady at the register and told her I was there to pick up my order. It was only then she placed my order. The people ahead of me in line, who did not order earlier, got their food. Finally I received my order, but it was only half my order. One salad missing. When this same girl brought my remaining order she was rude as if it was my fault she forgot half my order. From the time I walked in to the time I walked out, it was waiting for dinner I ordered and paid for on line for over 30 minutes. Bottom line. FORGET ORDERING ON LINE. This is my GO-2 lunch spot on my work days.. It's in the same shopping center. I really miss the Chicken w/ fresh mozzarella salads. My new fave Salas is the Chicken/apple/pecan. I usually don't like sweet salads but with the right dressing it's really good.. Their Burgers are my favorite fast food burgers, so fresh and juicy! Had a humorous experience at Wendy's. Ordered in the Drive-Thru. Ordered the Spicy Chicken sandwich combo with a Coke-zero with lime. I've been to this location several times so I knew they have soda machines that add syrup and many other customization options on demand by touch-screen. So when the attendant asked if lemon would be fine, I said "yes". After drive off, I had a taste of my drink. That's when I noticed it. The Coke-zero had wedges of lemon floating in it. This location is fairly close to my house, so sometimes when I'm running a little behind on time, I will quickly go to the drive-through for my regular sour cream and chive potato. Almost every time I go through the drive-through there is usually something missing sometimes salt and pepper, a fork, or a knife. Sometimes I can't hear the other person on the other end so it's frustrating to repeat my order over and over again. Kind of defeats the purpose of a drive-thru . Most people want to get in and out quick. 10 minutes before closing I went through the drive-through a month ago and it seemed like they had already started to close everything down, so I had to wait 15 minutes to get my order. This location is terrible. I've bit my tongue the last 6 times to write a bad review after getting cold food 3 times for breakfast and 3 times for lunch (about a 4 month period). I've had employees that were very rude and blamed me for them not giving me what I ordered because they didn't hear me and then screwed it's up a second time because they didn't take the time to listen again (I get it the speakers suck sometimes or I may not have spoke clearly, but be professional, listen to the customer and don't be rude). I have also had some very nice ones as well. The food is the biggest problem though, always cold, cheese is never melted, meat looks and taste like it's been sitting in a warmer for hours and is hard. We didn't receive straws with our drinks and when I asked for them the girl looked like I was bothering her. They straws weren't located by the beverages with was weird. Wendy's is Wendy's and pretty much the same across the board. Food is always good but services is always "just okay". I ordered the 4 for $4. For this price, the food was worth it. I was very disappointed in their new Mango flavor ice tea. It just tasted like watered down mango. No flavor what so ever. I do not recommend it.
