Would rather give no stars but whatever. The staff is rude and the store manager is no different. They're stingy and there is no concern for their guests. They didn't want to fix their mistake and also wanted to argue with me in the middle of the lobby. (Bad idea since I don't take disrespect from anyone) I had to put the Store Manager in her place and knock her off her high horse. Avoid this store. This is an older McDonald's that's in desperate need of renovation. The decor is tragically stuck in the 90s. Lots of people loiter here which isn't appealing if you're bringing family here. The area also isn't well lit at night so be careful navigating in and out. read more

This seems to be a recurring issue at McDonald's (or at least every one I frequent), but they botched my very simple order. I asked for a Peppermint Hot Chocolate, but instead received a Peppermint Mocha, which if you ask me is a totally illogical combo. Having not tried it until I got home, there was no fixing it. Who reviews McDonald's restaurants? They're all the same, right? No, this McDonald's is fantastic. With a quick stop to the Walmart next door, I called this McDonald's to ask if they had ketchup pumps available (if you like ketchup as much as me, you'll understand my concern). The McDonald's locations around me (Harlem and Montrose) don't have them for whatever reason and is the reason I stopped going there. Anyway, not only do they have ketchup pumps, they also have FREE soda refills that you don't have to ask for (also something not available around me)... simply amazing. Also have to mention how nice and crispy my chicken nuggets came out, thank you! Not sure what the Hispanic-looking lady's name is (has dark hair with a little bit of red in it) that rang me out (says KS#3 Side2 on my receipt), but she was super nice and smiled at me the second I walked in - not sure who people are complaining about in reviews! Anyway, this is the best McDonald's I've been at in a while and whenever I'm in the area and craving some, I'll be sure to come back! read more

Every time you walk into this McDonalds location you are always greeted by the employees who have a wide smile on their faces. The employees always go above and beyond my expectations. I have been going to this McDonald's for over three years now and they never fail to deliver the best customer service and best food quality. The food at this location is always fresh and done neatly, also without failing to mention that their ice cream machine is ALWAYS working, (I know right, that's amazing!) The restaurant itself is always decorated with holiday themes, for example if you go in now you will find Halloween decorations all over the place. This McDonald's has pretty good management and they make me feel cared for even though I know they're always busy with millions of other people that are waiting for their food to be delivered. I enjoy this location because they are always fast even during rush hours. Every time I go through drive thru during rush hours the line always goes by very quickly. If you've had bad experiences with other McDonald's locations, you should definitely try giving this one a go, speaking from a past McDonald's employee this is the best McDonald's in the area and you won't be disappointed. read more

Amazing! Went to get an ice coffee in the drive thru a couple days ago the workers in the money window and food window were so nice. They said hello have a great holiday asked me if I needed napkins and we're great to the customers. 5 stars! I will go to this location more often while I'm home for breaks :) read more

Pretty good service, pretty good staff. Exceptions: sometimes during lunch hour it's really busy (but that's expected), and this girl named Mary was really mean when I came in to order. Worst McDonald's ever! Terrible service. I'm siting here right now writing this review. It took forever just to have our order taken. A woman (who looks like a manager) didn't even look at us when she walked up to take our order. No hello. No how are you. Just "what can I get you.." Punched it in and walked away. I should add it's 2pm on a Wednesday. It wasn't busy, drive through wasn't crazy, and we weren't even waiting in a long line. Then she just took our money, gave us our food and walked away. No have a nice day or anything. Absolutely terrible customer service!!! It's not my problem if you're having a bad day. I still smile and am friendly at my job, even if I don't want to. WORST mcdonalds you can go to. Nothing is EVER fresh. Their milk shakes taste like nothing. Their employees are all rude and they ALWAYS get the order wrong. I would give zero stars if I could. These employees are so incompetent it's scary. Check everything before you drive away. Including the inside of your burger. They don't get anything right. If I order chicken, they give me beef. If I specify NO grilled onion, they put in extra. If I say PLAIN, they cover it in sauce. Ridiculous. Go to the one on Roosevelt and Main instead. I literally have never been as disappointed as I was tonight. I ordered food for myself and my girlfriend, had to wait 1 minute for someone to take my money and then 7 minutes for my food(20 piece McNuggets and a medium fry. My coke had two ice cubes, and was very under filled. When I got home, just 5 minutes later, we saw that our fries were very cold and so were the chicken nuggets. I also found that none of the sauce is i was very specific about were in the bag. I was upset and called the store to let them know my displeasure, and the person who answered(male) asked me about my order and said that he couldn't find it in the system. I let him know I was there about 5 minutes previous and he said that there was no order like that. I described my experience there and the people I saw working (example. Manager was a large male with the top of his head dyed blonde) and there were kids there who knew the cashier who ordered cookies and a lady that had her sandwich messed up. He said I needed to come back, and I was beginning to tell him I wouldn't be able to make it since I parked my car. He then hung up the phone on me. I called back and they let my phone ring and it never even got the chance to leave a message. I have never felt so disrespected before by a respectable restaurant chain like McDonald's. I am a frequent visitor, but besides going in to report this incident to the manager tomorrow morning, I'm never going back there. read more
