The food is OK, for a McDonald's. The restrooms are filthy. They clean them and they get trashed out again. A lot of Homeless people come there, and really mess up the bathrooms, but they could clean them more often. My main comment however, is there Wifi. Half of the time, it never works, and when it does work, it works really poor. Do not waste your time complaining to the Store Manager, because she does not care!! Worst service ever. Went to the drive through and ordered 2 McChickens, an Oreo McFlurry and a yogurt parfait. It took them about 10 mins to take our order. When I got to the window they took my card and I paid my total. They then handed me a bag with only 2 McChickens in it and they expected me to leave. I waited about 5 mins for someone to come to the window and I asked about the other stuff and they said the ice cream machine wasn't working and that they had no more parfaits. Horrible customer service. There is an old woman walking around with a cane (I didn't catch her name) who chimes in on everything instead of keeping her nose in her own business. While ordering in the self check out, she was persistent in telling me and the person I was with to "stop playing on the machines" and to just "order my food" as if that wasn't what I was trying to do. I was confused and needed help, but instead of offering, she decided to make rude remarks on what she assumed I was doing. There was also another lady (whose name I believe to be Karina, a really short, darker toned maybe middle eastern woman?) who, as you're ordering, takes it upon herself to stand really clto you and watch you order on the machines. This place is a complete joke. I live around the area, but work at night and don't get get off until ~2:30am. I stopped by the drive-thru and the lights on the menu board were shut off, then I stopped by the pick-up window and see a lady inside. I try catching her attention as the window was obviously closed. I shout "hello, can you hear me?" and then I honk which was what caught her attention and she got angry at me as she tried reading my lips through the window as I shout "aren't you open 24/7?!" and she rolls her eyes at me giving me the hand gesture that they open at 5. However, please note that I stopped by this location after work multiple times and sometimes they ARE open and some time they are NOT. *It was just that in this case I happened to find an employee though the pick-up window as I always check there as a final precaution to see if they maybe just weren't paying attention...
