Most unprofessional McDonald's, which is saying a lot. I wait in line for five minutes, placed my order with difficulty as I was being rushed and not listened to, only to pull up to pay and find them unable to take cards. I listened to them take five more orders while I sat there without telling anyone the machine was broken or sending someone out to tell people that haven't gotten in line it's now cash only. Then they didn't even give me my custom burger that they were going to throw away after wasting all my time and lunch break?! Best yet- it was the manager! The only positive part of this location is The Filipino cashier. He's always super nice and I've never had an issue placing my order with him. Everything else is awful. The location itself looks clean and newly remodeled but the service is horrible so I can't bring myself to add any more stars. I stop here often to grab coffee and a breakfast sandwich before school or to grab a treat for my kids after school. 9 times out of 10 they tell you to go park immediately when you get to the window to keep their drive through time averages down. The parking spots for the drive through are often full and backed up so even if you get your food from the window, you still have to wait because there's no room to pull around the parked cars. They take forever to bring the food out and they usually forget something so you have to wait again. Ridiculous. Sometimes I got to jack in the box down the street even though their coffee doesn't taste as good just because they have better and faster service. read more

Sunday pm Drive thru review: half the time the orders are wrong so why do I come back? Convenience & one of my kid's turn to pick. I always make sure my order is complete before driving away. This time, I notice Im missing one large Fries and 2 cheeseburgers... why isn't proper quality assurance procedure being followed? I wish employees would check to make sure the customer's order is actually complete before they assume it's complete. So I drive away, satisfied that I got my full order. At home, sitting down to eat with the fam, 2 large Fries containers are filled about 1/2 to 2/3rds -what the heck?! I was furious at the fact that I didn't get what I paid for, but also disgusted that there's people that really don't care about doing their best at their job. Great teaching moment for the kids: Always do your best, have some pride in everything you do by doing it well. Half-ass work= bad employee=will never succeed in life. Of course, there's always a chance the employee was having a bad day which would make total sense of the screw-up... but I still want my order right! read more

As other reviewers have said, this place looks great after the recent remodel. There is a small but nice indoor play area that my four year old enjoyed. The one star is for the service. I ordered two yogurts and a coffee at the touchscreen kiosk, and a had an hour later it had still not been delivered to our table. I went to check on it and my order was sitting there. I picked it up and started to walk away. As I did I checked my coffee to see if they had added the cream and sugar - inside the cup was just hot water, no coffee or cream or sugar. First off Im from out of town and came to this mc donalds and was in the drive through and trying to take my order and the cashier seemed to have not been paying attention to my order so i had to repeat it 6 times. She didnt even tell me my total so i pulled up and seen her goofing off with another co worker. She came to my window with attitude and no smile, then i asked her to repeat the order and she seemed to have stressed out reading the order back. It's so frustrating paying for something you don't receive. MAKE SURE YOU CHECK EVERYTHING! I have been coming to this McDonald's for about 15 years, and honestly today was the first time they had ever given me my order incomplete with items missing. I had order through the drive-thru but came inside the dining room to let them know about my missing item. I noticed how unorganized the staff seemed, the cashier had trouble taking someone's order before me, and she needed assistance took about two different people to help her out and in the end the guest still seemed unsatisfied and it seemed like they still got his order wrong. It also seemed like the cashier didn't really want to take anyone's order and pointed at the Kiosks. The other lady handing out orders in the dining room seemed so rushed as well, calling my order number multiple times as I was literally steps away from the counter to pick it up and didn't even acknowledge me. The worst experience in all of Mc Donald's I have been to. The overall service from the workers that were baffled from my mobile order and could not find it, to not even the manager can handle the customer service to provide. I left the fast food restaurant being charged with no food and was told by the manager Veronica Jamie that I have to cancel my order through my bank account, there's nothing she could do, it's Mc Donald's Corporation that's responsible for taking my money. On top of that the employees speaking Spanish together as if I was not there were laughing at me as if I were the one at fault. I told the guy at the register go ahead and laugh about it, you try and pay for something and not recieve what you are owed. He then turns away quite still speaking Spanish to his co workers. Overall, if you can't be of service to people who respectively pay there is an issue.
