Suckers ! can't get orders right if you stapled the recipts to their forehead

Early mornings and late afternoon when schools out are the worst... gets to crowded... but they have good service!

Went through the Drive-thru a Saturday at about 1am only one car in front of us ordered 2 mcdoubles no pickles add mac sauce a mcnugget happy meal a number 3 large with a fruit punch and quarter pounder when she told us the total it was only 14 dollars so we were like what the took us about 10 minutes till the car in front their order get to window and ask whats on our order that made it only 14 bucks and all they had was the mcdoubles happy meal and the quarter pounder so we ask about our number 3 meal and the cashier starts to give us attitude like we never ordered it so we were trying to tell her that we ordered it and she is ignoring us she gives our food and its still wrong they never give us our burger for the number 3 order and the fries and drink was medium we jus left cuz her attitude was getting worse and we were like F it and when we got home there was pickles in the mcdoubles we usually go here around the same time but this the first time going through something like this its jus very poor service next time we jus going jack in the box read more

Painfully slow drive through with inefficient staff. 2 separate drive throughs that merge into one but one drive through was attended to and the other was not. Took me 20 minutes to get coffee. I won't return to this location. read more

If Been going to McDonalds for the past 25 years & everything has been very good but for the past month and a half it's been very bad when I go after 11pm. The service is slow, the order is incorrect, the floor & counters are dirty and last but not least the workers are unfriendly. I live in Kaneohe and I also worked in a food store as well as retail. THIS MCDONALDS SUCKS!!!!! I feel like the employees are not friendly and don't know they are doing. There also was a few incidents where I would order something through the drive through and they would mess up my order(more than 30 times) and majority of them were consecutive times. Any way, they also messed up our order when we tried to get the compensation which really was irritating. If I could rate this a 0 star I would because the service, employees and ESPECIALLY THE MANAGERS ARE RUDE!!! There was another time when a manager and their employees had attacked me and boyfriend to where we felt threatened and those people still work there. Well, okay I'm not a huge fan of the drive-thru either...in fact if you try to access it the correct way, it's actually an accident waiting to happen (you have to cross oncoming traffic in order to get in). I thought the way it was originally designed worked a lot better than this way... On the more positive side, I think the majority of the workers there are terrific! There's one girl there named Stephanie who always has a bright smile and is very efficient. For me, she kind of stands out because she consistantly makes my trip through the drive-thru enjoyable. This place deserves ZERO stars! The drive thru was ridiculously long so I decided to go inside and order since I found parking. There was 1 person taking orders and about 4 people in line. Placed my order and continued to wait as everyone got their orders and mine still was not ready. I asked one of the girls doing the orders what was taking so long and she said the french fries with no salt. 20 minutes later, I received my order!! And it was still wrong!!! I asked to speak to a manager who I believe her name was Nila... I let her know that I waited for 20 minutes and that 3 people at the drive thru got french fry orders with no salt as I waited there. She didn't seem like she cared and gave no apology. After that other people started complaining. Here's a tip: DON'T ORDER FRIES WITH NO SALT! You'll be there forever!! Quality of the food is what you would expect, but the wait in the drive threw is ridiculous. 25 minutes waiting in line.

Sorry to say that I went to this particular franchise. The man who took our order for meal combos then charged us separately for the included drinks. When I called him on it, he denied it, even looking directly at the receipt. read more

This is a two-lane drive-thru. There are 7 cars total in front of me. Entered line at 9:13 pm. It is 9:45 and haven't reached the cashier window yet. 9:50, cashier apologizes and says that they had some real large orders that took time and assures me my food will be fresh. 9:57, I finally get my food and park in a stall to eat because I'm so hungry. The McTeri is hot (although I ordered the regular burger), pie is hot, salad cold with the correct dressing and the drink not watered down by the wait. Meal is worth every penny. The workers came thru in spite of the large orders that should have done counter service rather than inconvenience so many drive thru customers. I'll come back here again. Thanks to the cashier and workers for keeping their promise in providing a fresh meal! read more

drive through takes FOREVER** customers go through drive throughs so they don't have to wait for a lifetime to get their food. it's supposed to be fast and convenient. it shouldn't take 30 minutes to get from the order window to the paying window... they shouldn't have two drive through lanes if they don't know how to efficiently run it. Slowest drive through ever. Almost 1Hour in line now. I'm trapped too. Not like I can reverse out of here at this point. Terrible.

The wait for this McDonlad's drive through is ridiculous! I've been sitting in this line for 15 minutes, second to the intercom. I come around 5 o'clock in the evening to pick my husband up from work for the past year and still there is no improvements. I will try to walk in next time. read more

New low in hygiene. Restrooms had no soap and employees were using it and walking out without washing hands with soap. Had to ask twice before it was refilled and in that time, saw at least 3 different employees use the restroom, NOT wash hands, walk out and go straight to the food. Yuck. Don't even know if the soap had been out for an hour, a month or a year! read more

Love their Angus Deluxe Sandwich ... but the staff needs to be a whole lot friendlier!

Saw the commercial for the new buttermilk crispy chicken sandwich and wanted to try it....Sandwich was dry and didn't have taste, they just put a glob of mayonnaise on two pieces of chicken tenders and lettuce, tomato, and pickles and then they put that buttermilk bun, that bun must be expensive because that sandwich is no way worth five bucks. I'll stick with the dollar menu, at least you know what you're going to get. read more

If I could give no stars I probably would. Granted I went at 2 in the morning I wasn't expecting service to be spectacular, but this time around service was just plain HORRIBLE. Literally sat in the drive thru line for 25-30 minutes and I don't know about you but for a fast food restaurant that is a hell of a long time. Entered the drive thru line at 1:47 and left at 2:05. Waiting to order my food and paying wasn't bad at all and only took about 10 minutes. I ordered Saimin, 2 mozzarella sticks, a happy meal and a Big Mac meal. When we arrived at the 2nd window, where you pick up your food we were given the Saimin first. Waited about five more minutes and got the happy meal. Kept waiting and waiting and waiting and finally got the last bag however it didn't have my Big Mac in it or the second order of mozzarella sticks, so again had to wait even longer while they made those items. After receiving my final items I was just a little ticked off at the fact that we didn't get any apologies for the delay/mistakes made, or for sitting at the 2nd window and waiting for my food for 20 minutes. The employees including the manager never explained what was going on or why things were taking so long. I work in the food industry and usually don't ever write Yelp reviews because hate it, but this isn't the first time something like this has happened to me at this particular McDonalds location. read more

worst service ever this am. cashier is either hard of hearing or bad at her job. ordered sausage mcmuffin and she heard egg mcmuffin. then she rang up sausage mcmuffin w/egg. asked for take out and she had it for dine-in when the order was repeated. checked my items before i left. however, when i got to my desk i didnt have utensils or condiments for the local deluxe i also ordered. not like they were busy. hard to find good help these days. read more

If I could give this place a zero rating I so would. No matter if you go drive thru or inside the service sucks , wait a decent time a minimum of 15 minutes or more , the longest I waited was 45 minutes for a large drink and a small fires(dine in), another time I asked for a fish sandwich no tartar sauce and a cheese no sauce , and this cashier has been working there for months already and she said sorry we don't do that here. Another time this guy was SUCH in a rush that he packed my order and everything was wrong. (Fish buger meal no tartar sauce large with a large mocha frappe, and a cheeseburger happy meal with no onions with a chocolate milk. What did he give me ? , a fish buger with extra sauce and a small fries and a chocolate shake ?? And it even in the receipt it was correct order that I have ordered. Another day I went threw the drive thru and when I reached the speaker this guy said I already helped you , can't you move forward, I was like I didn't even ordered yet , he was auguring with me, than I finally put my order in and when I went to the first window he never say anything expect for " aren't you going to pay, where's the money" I was like I have a coupon and you didn't even tell me the total . So he rolled my eyes at me and when he gave me my change , he threw the coins at me making some drop on the ground , and I said I ain't grabbing it, cant you just give me it from your drawer and pick it up later he said no , if you want your change you pick it you your self, and said have a good day, and you can move forward now. Even though this McDonald's is so close to where I live and work , I rather make the drive to Kailua McDonald's or enchanted lakes McDonald's. read more

Honestly i love how this new McDonalds looks, and i love the mural that's always there, but the service needs some serious help. I went there to get some food for my younger siblings one day and the wait was about 15 minutes just for a snackwrap, chicken nuggets, and some fries. What made it worse was that the food we've been waiting for was cold and the fries were soggy. We exchanged it, but i thought maybe they were just having an off day, but we went there a couple times after that and everytime we do, something we order is cold or soggy. I'd honestly rather go to the one in Kahaluu or wait 'til i get back to the McDonalds in Laie. read more

I went in to have it replaced for the items actually paid for. was told by the manager to wait while it's being made again.
