Very unprofessional! Bad customer service!!! Took long to order food was told to wait for about 5 mins. Upon ordering I was told they were not serving anything with coffee, that's fine I understand maybe they had technical problems with the coffee machine. As I picked up my order from the drive through I clearly see the lady who was handling my order preparing ice coffee. As she finished giving me my order I double checked everything was inside, I come to find out my son's happy meal is missing his apple slices and I did not recieve the ketchup I request. So I waited for the lady to return to the window so I can ask for my missing items. As I looking in front the lady assisting me was in the parking handing the 4 ice coffee's she prepared in front of me to someone in a Mazda. After handing them the ice coffee she starts talking to whoever is in the Mazda for 10 mins. I started to honk to get the attention of someone inside the drive thru as I'm holding up the line and everyone inside ignored the fact I'm still there. It's been over 10 mins !! They lady assisting us just looks over and continues to talk to whoever was inside the Mazda and laugh.after 15mins she come back and goes to the drive window. I asked her what was missing and she hands us the apple slice and ketchup. This is by far the worst Mcdonald's experience ever !! Expectations were low. Having said that, it still receives a 1 star rating. Started with a fairly decent purchasing experience from the register staff, and quickly fell apart from there. I can't be sure what the problem was with the fountain drinks, but they all tasted bad (both machines). We did not appear to be the only ones who thought so as a number of patrons had dumped their drinks after tasting them only to find out the others selections had the same underlying wrong taste (local water?). Like I said, don't know the exact issue, but I do know it was WRONG! The happy meal toys for the kids weren't as advertised. I guess that would have been fine, but take the out of stock ninja turtles off display then. My 4 year old just doesn't understand. I feel like this has happened before at this location. Bathrooms: Kettleman appears to be a 'favorite' bus stop meaning the bathroom experience is kind of ridiculous. Kind of like the bathroom experience at a sold out sports event in terms of toilet to patron ratio. Gross! If your kids can wait, Harris Ranch a little further north has well kept facilities. This Mc Donalds was terrible! Dirty sticky floors, cold food and a staff that did not care. The manager was rude when I asked my cashier if she would check and see if they had a happy meal toy we wanted. We're on our way back home up north and decided to stop to get something to eat. Worst drive thru customer service ever. The girl who took our order didn't ask what we wanted for the sides in the happy meal or what kind of drinks we wanted for any meal. Just automatically puts cokes. As we pull up to pay, she reads our order back to us, totally wrong, missing items and adding extra. So we correct our order. As we get our food and we're about to pull away we noticed our sausage McMuffin was not in the bag. As we ask the girl she's missing an item she gets mad. As we're taking off she starts telling her co worker that we asked for our missing sand which. Like of course I did pay for it. Too bad we didn't notice till 2 minutes later as we're back on the road that she didn't give us straws for any of the drinks and we were also missing the apple juice for our happy meal. Very disappointed with this place. As for the food it was ok, just the buttermilk chicken tenders tasted like they had been fried a while ago and were hard and dry...... I also included my receipt to show the time and date , maybe management can talk to the girl working the drive thru window. This is the slowest McDonald's I've ever experienced. I've been here at least 20 times and it always, always takes 10 minutes for your food to be prepared regardless of how busy they are. Staff seems nice but perpetually clueless and overwhelmed. Go to any other restaurant within 50 yards of here and I swear you'll be happier. For starters...the guy at the drive thru was very rude and giving unnecessary sassiness. When we finally received our order, there was a long, scraggly, black hair running from inside to the outside of the cup which was being held down by the lid. When I walked inside to complain the lady with the long red hair was complaining to containers about the IRS always watching her as she simultaneously took their orders and proceeded to put a piece of paper and a receipt over the cameras "watching her". She dismissed my complaint and wouldn't give me a new fresh coffee, instead proceeded to yell at her boss "AYO BOSS THIS GIRL WANTS A REFUND" all the while the man who's hair was in MY coffee side eyed me so hard, he had shoulder length hair with NO hair cap!. Maybe if he had one, his hair wouldn't have ended up in my coffee. I usually have patience with these situations, I myself am a waitress and I treated with respect and kindness the entire time. Ordered fries and found a pub Hair inside my fries told my husband to go up and tell them so he came back with what seemed like fresh fries .... as I was eating and approaching the middle to my amaze I found that same damn hair!!!!! Worst SERVICE EVER. Just throw the whole location away and start over. we were driving the I-5 and there's no Starbucks around so we were limited on choices. Rolled up to drive thru and no response at the speaker box station so my boyfriend decided to go in to use their facilities and order. He comes back and tells me he overheard the worker tell another customer they're closed but the drive thru is open. We decided to give it a shot again and this time we see they had just put a sign up saying "Pull up to the last window" I assume it was probably broken or something...We order a latte and a regular coffee and was told the latte machine was "broken" so we just get 2 regular coffees and when asked for cream and sugar the woman taking our order, (not sure what her problem was because we were being extremely nice) shaked and rolled her eyes. Went to make the coffee and switched with a different girl who collected our money and we were on our way with our drinks. Definitely remember why I don't do McDonald's. I'm not use to and do not appreciate people who can't even pretend to be nice for their job especially if weren't even rude or impatient. Dropped by as we were on our way to San Francisco and we were hungry. First we went to the In and Out but the line was out the door. The line here wasn't bad but it took awhile for us to order because everybody ahead of us ordered as individuals and not as a group. Also the group of old ladies asked tons of questions. Hey, it's McDonalds, how complicated can it be?! Anyways they were able to turn out food orders quickly. The food was your typical McDonalds. This is not a comprehensive review because I only got a drink, but I just wanted to say that this McDonald's succeeds in its speedy quickness. On a Megabus break up from SoCal, we stopped in Kettleman City and the new blueberry pomegranate smoothie advertised on the restaurant window seemed to be just what I needed to refresh during a long, hot road trip. I placed my order, and before I had even finished putting my change away a worker presented me with my icy cold fruit blend, which was awesome.
