This woman started off with a high attitude when asked simple questions, then proceeded to give me my mcchicken with no mayonnaise, and pickles instead of lettuce. The fries were basically raw and practically no salt , and then she gave me a 4pc when I paid for a 6pc while they are more chewy then crunchy and they had a very distinct taste. The service was awful. It seemed that none of the employees milling around behind the counter knew what they were doing. Ordered at the kiosk, and went to pay at the register which was unmanned. Stood there a couple of minutes before one of the half dozen employees turned around and saw there was a line. Then waited 15 minutes for a double hamburger and iced tea! Had to get it to go, as I had to back to work. During this time, what appeared to be the manager yelled at a customer who was picking up an order, nastily telling him that he had to wait a second because she had to look up something on the register. She was extremely unprofessional and even commented to another employee about how much the customer paid for his order and wasted money on all the fees. Really good with Kids. The people here are extremely patient and always happy. My daughter changed her mind 4 times, after they brought her her burger. Without hesitation, the nice women, Olu and Camille, who were working the dining area kept bringing out her requests. Speaking of which, I don't usually see a McDonald's with a dedicated host working on the customer side of the counter, helping the lines moving and checking that everyone is happy. It's a nice touch, and this place has two if them. Store manager Robert is on his game. I also had the good fortune of meeting the owner of this and 8 other local McDonald's restaurants. She was really nice and obviously extremely hands on and involved in her business. You can tell that she loves it, and the quality of the staff reflects that. Me and the kids come here a lot, and we'll be here even more once the weather is nice. read more

This is hands down one of the best McDonalds. The workers are always friendly and they are consistent. They are one of the few McDonalds that still serve breakfast all day as well as being open 24 hours. Sometimes I have to wait a little due to ordering breakfast at a busy time but multiple times they have given me a ticket for a free meal. Im surprised the stars are not higher. read more

I was highly impressed with the cleanliness of the place esp post covid. There were workers there constantly cleaning tables, mopping floors, etc. the bathroom was clean and pristine as well. Kudos and please keep up the good work! I was very comfortable eating there. read more

The place is clean and warm during the winter time. The food I don't have a problem with and for anyone with issues with being too much salt on their fries they barely out any in in the first place. They give you packets if you need more salt. Bathrooms clean, service is very friendly. Of all the times I came to this place it's never packed. read more

This is probably the best McDonalds i have ever been to in my entire life. It is super clean... i have been here at different times and all the time it is super clean. It is like they have robot Rosie Jetson going around cleaning all the time... it is that clean. Chris is the man. This guy is the most upbeat fast food guy I have ever talked to. His manner in the drive thru made my day feel better, he was that upbeat. It is like he actually wanted to be working for McDonald's. Ok its Mc Donalds so what do you expect a 5 star meal. Ok i like this McDonalds for a number of reasons the staff is really friendly and always jolly. I had going to places where you walk in and see such a serious look on the face. Here they have a welcoming face and great attitude. There are times when new items come out if there they have offered samples also. I also will say this not sure how long it will last before the rowdy folks come in and they stop it. Never go here unless youre trying to get disrespected by the employees and the costumers. I went there with an online app order and after waiting 15 minutes in line behind only 2 people i went up. I had already told the Worker(his name is LaPual) over the intercom that i had and online order and gave it to hom and he said okay just come to the last window. Once i got to the window he said there's no order and i told him there was and he just said there was and i showed him on my phone and everything. And then he said no and started being rude with me when i know i wasnt being rude or pushy. I then just said okay can you just place my order now since ive been waiting in line and can i talk to your manager quick to see how to get a refund. He was like no and saying how shes not going to do anything and you never ordered and its not his fault. So i said can you please just place my order and ill wait by the front so i dont have to wait in this long line. And the manager came by and she asked what had happened and she was being very nice she told me to get a refund i have to contact the app people so i said okay i can do that and then she told me to go to the front to take my order. THEN IT GETS FUCKING CRAZY. i move to the front and then as im waiting my window is still down and im only about a car away from the window where they told me to go and where it says to wait for widnow delivery. Then the manager comes out and takes my order, then shes confused and goes i saw this order on the com and i know we received it... he must have swiped it away to delete it!!!! So im like okay so i know im not crazy, so she goes in and fixes it. Then I literally HEAR LAPAUL talking about me to other costumers. He is telling them a false story saying how i tried to scam him and get free food and then once he caught me he got the manager. Once that car came by mine he literally yelled "learn how to fucking pay like the rest of us trash" and i was appalled. This wasnt the only car this happened to it happened to about 3 more everone flicking me off telling me im stupid and get out of here and get out of their way cursing at me over a false story. I asked for the manager again to tell her about this disgusting worker and she was so mad just like me. I asked for his name and she told me that hes new and she doesn't evennknow it but she will deal with him ( i soon got his name later over the ohoen to make sure action would be taken against him) the manager was very nice, but this worker was absolutely horrible. 9/29/18 I would come to this McDonald's everyday for coffee, but today was the last day I will ever order coffee from here again. No exaggeration it smelt like throw-up and tasted really funky. The ice cream machine is almost always broken. I love Mcflurry's but they never mix the Oreos and vanilla ice cream properly. Its just half filled with vanilla ice cream and Oreos on top. This one thing that I also noticed is how they made the cups for Mcflurry's smaller but that is more of corporate thing so I won't fault them for it. They have messed up my orders a few times but the reason why I don't give this 1 star is because this place gives free ice-cream cup to kids. Which makes it very convenient for those with younger children. I actually like the order kiosk because it makes it easier to order if you are someone who is uncomfortable around people. However Mcdonalds is really bad for your health so try not go their frequently. read more

Do not come here during the night. The woman who works at night is atrocious at her job and extremely nasty. I once had to wait 30 minutes to get food when there was nobody even there.
