My sweet Jesus!, lol the store on Ellsworth & main gives me the wrong iced coffee every time. I complained once, but now I see they might have a vendetta out for me. Every time I go there, I order 1 or 2 iced large extra extra caramel coffees. Every time I come home with it there is no caramel in any of it. In there this morning 5/13/25 trying to pick up an order. Slender dark headed girl totally ignored me, after about 5 min a Hispanic male picking up for Uber came in. She went over to him and asked if he was there to pick up an order. He showed her his phone, she said she would get it. I stood there and watched her make his order then come out and hand it to him. I also deliver, have never experienced this. I decided to call the store no answer, she's probably the manager. While on the phone she said something to me, I didn't respond. My order was mainly drinks. I am never rude to employees, I understand that things happen but this was totally rude and unprofessional. The slowest and worst customer service of a McDonald's I've ever seen in my life, it's almost hard to believe, the food is typically cold, no one in the restaurant cares about anything. If you care about time and order it online and it says it is "ready for pickup" I promise you will wait 15 minutes after that it's almost hysterical. read more

I placed a mobile order for an order of medium fries and a large iced coffee. I pulled into a spot designated for mobile orders only. In a period of 10 minutes, I observed 3 customers who arrived after I did and enter the store and walked out with their mobile orders. I waited a few more minutes and then called the number on the sign in front of the parking space and told them I was outside in spot number 1 and was wondering when they would being me order to me. Burgers were extremely sloppy and thrown together, and we found multiple hairs in our cold fries. Tried asking for more dipping sauce when they handed us our food, and the girl at the window didn't know English and had to ask the manager. They gave us ONE ranch, and when we asked for a couple more they said that they charge for dipping sauce. Asked the manager if they had any Grimace plushies for the happy meal for our daughter and she rudely replied "we have no idea what toys go in the happy meals" which seems like a stretch. I ordered two plain McDouble and received them with cheese. When asking for it to be remade, they took back one of burgers saying they would bring back our order. I kept one of the burgers because I had touched it to see if it had cheese. Food laws say that restaurants can not take back any food or drinks after it has crossed out of the kitchen. As I work in food service, I did not want to give back the burger I had touched out of respect for those laws. Instead of coming and tell me that I had to give them back both burgers, they made me sit for at least 10 minutes without coming out to tell me the stipulation. They were not going to come inform me that I had to give them both. I had to come back through the drive thru and speak to them despite having been parked. The manager on duty at 10:30 tonight smirked at me when I pointed out their failure. It's not hard to make my order, and why wouldn't you come and tell someone what needs to be done to get their food correctly. Literally your one job in food service. read more

I went to this location today. I ordered 6 cookies and I got 3, I ordered 1 Spicy McChicken and got two, I ordered two large cokes and got 3. I ordered a kids meal and no box. I went to this location last night about 6 or 6:15. Went through the drive through and was asked to pull around front. There were some teenaged sitting at the tables in the front window. One starting hitting his head on the glass and making stupid faces out the window. When I ignored him. He came out of the front door an approached my car. I then told him to go away. This location consistently never seems to amaze me! I would say maybe 2/25 orders from this location has been accurately made. I have never in my life (I'm 42 years old) have ever received a raw burger from any mcdonald... But guess what.. I have from this location. Workers are over worked pissed off and frankly have horrible customer service skills. I have had 2 terrible experiences from this McDonald's. The first was the 20 minute wait in the drive through and then they forgot our order and had to retake it. The second was when I tried ordering food on the app hoping it would be quicker. After a 30 minute wait we left. They already debited my money. I called immediately for a refund. They said I can do it through the app. That was not true. I called corporate. They put in a request but said it should take 10 business days because the manager of that facility has to sign off. It's been 15 business days. My son s as Los has problems with slow service and wrong orders. I don't know how it is still open. Is there anything being done???? read more
