If I could give a place minus stars this place would be it! I speak 5 different languages and none of these languages have the words to describe the ineptitude of service at this place. Let's start with the non-human aspects for this place. The App. The app was SUPPOSED to make ordering faster and getting your food faster. Good luck with that. You order your food on the app, you go to the allocated and parking bay, you then inform them you are there and that's when they make your order!!! Secondly the new self service kiosks. I've seen these work efficiently in other McDonald's and McDonald's in other countries. For some reason the kiosks at this location hardly ever work. Now for the Human aspect of this place. Good luck with getting your order correct or getting any ice cream of Mc'Flurries. They are almost always out of ice cream and I would say no exaggeration my orders from this place are 95 percent wrong every time. Either they have missed something out or have given me the wrong order. This is on top of the lengthy wait time both inside and the drive thru. Does not deserve a single star!! I try to avoid coming here because customer service is very poor, wait time for your food is absolutely ridiculous AND they never fail to mess up my order. Today it took 30 minutes for my order to be ready. But that was only because I walked up to the counter and complained to the manager, which at first he responded with an excuse that there 3 orders that are also waiting.....no sense of urgency from the manager or any staff. I came to pick up some chicken nuggets for my nephew and had to wait after paying for another 20 minutes just to get my order. I walk in and it was extremely busy, my friend and I were in line for like 20 mins to order, after that we waited. It's 4:00 PM and after 15 minutes of waiting we notice the people who ordered BEHIND us got their food earlier. I'm annoyed and my friend showed the lady the receipt MULTIPLE times and every time she showed her, the lady said "Okay your order is almost ready." Then where is it?! By then it was already about to be five and my friend was just ready to leave. I told my friend that I would talk to them and after 5 minutes of waiting for service I finally said "Ma'am, we've been waiting almost a WHOLE hour for our food, the customers behind us were eating before us." and she literally looked over and told the other guy to give us the bag. This McDonalds is the worst in terms of wait time and food quality. First off don't even try and get in line for that drive thru. It's gets as long as an In N Out line does, but takes 2-4 business days to make it to the speaker to place an order. Now don't think ordering in person is any better. It's just as bad! The fries are ALWAYS a miss at this McDonalds. They taste like styrofoam. It's as if they cook all the fries before they open, because holy shit are they stale. If you decide to order a burger forget it. The homie on the grill can throw it down but forgets to pick that m'f up. You're going to receive charcoal for patty's. Now they have two windows to try and speed up the drive thru line, which is normal. One to pay and one to pick up your food. 90% of the time the person manning the first window is always stepping away so when you pull up to pay you're like "do I pay at the 2nd??" So you drive past it and move to the 2nd trying to pay and then the person who was supposed to be at the 1st window decides to show up once you're already past it and stick their head out looking at you like "wtf I said pull up to the first window". Then it's like I did and your weren't there so the tf? By the time you make it to the 2nd window your foods already colder than your ex's soul. If you don't check your order before you leave your going to have a bad time. You have a better chance of winning the lottery than this place getting your order right the first time. So after speaking with junior manager about a free dessert coupon redeemable only at a Moreno Valley location with the name Anthony Mangione and no expiration date, I was told that they have a new policy not to accept said coupon and that he would get in trouble with his manager that was there in the kitchen. While waiting I called the help line and was told that this was the correct McDs associated with the name Anthony Mangione and that they should honor the coupon as this is not the wrong location. 30 minutes later still no manager...Avoid this place at all costs!!!
