Anyways upon ordering 1 bigmac meal most of the food seemed at least mediocre except for the burger which was burnt on both of the buns. McDonald's - Food with no meat - Burgers Near Me - Moscow, Idaho

I am an EMT in a nearby town. Myself any the crew I was with had been on a call that was near dinner time on. We do stop in at McDonald's on our way home to get food, drinks or treats on a regular basis. With new restrictions due to Covid-19, this particular restaurant is still closed to dine in customers. The only option we have is to use the drive thru to place our order. Now, we know that the ambulance, which was our ride at the time, would not fit under the awnings in the drive thru lane. So, me and one of the other crew members walked thru, only to find out that they were not allowed to serve people on foot. We were given the option to download the McDonald's app and order that way. We chose not to do that and also chose to leave the establishment. We will most likely find a new place to stop by when we are on our way home from a run. Thanks McDonald's!! read more

It was bad enough to be treated so rudely by the girl oat the window. When I called right after and simply asked if someone could mention to the girl at the window that she use a more pleasant attitude, I dealt with some little Susie supervisor spending all of her time convincing me how the customer was wrong. They put the wrong frink into my hand, and I did not want a sugary drink in my car and I said " oops, no, not mine", and give it back to them and they refused to take it even though I never even pulled it into my car. she told me I know how to free Powerade. When I did not want the Powerade you told me I would need to throw it away They told me I needed to drive it across the parking lot and throw it away. That drink was not my mistake. I don't want sticky stuff in my car.When I mentioned I didn't feel it was my job to dispose of their errors the girl the window squawked at me "well it's not my job either!" And then Amanda, the person who took the call, told me she would let the general manager know and they could call me back after she got over Covid in a couple of weeks. I repeated over and over if you could just mention to the girl at the window to please talk more kindly to the customers I think it would make a big difference and this Amanda lady was hell-bent on doing anything but that. When I nicely mentioned that I was starting to understand why why they had two star rating, she hung up on me. The maturity level that she showed makes me think she must've been like 15. It was crazy. Food quality was all right. But Amanda literally will attack you if you suggest they did anything wrong there or try to deal with her in a conversation that his constructive and polite. When I am on the road, I eat at McDonald's at least five times a week. I almost always receive decent to great service. And this hands down, was the rudest I've ever been treated by someone at McDonald's. Do yourself a favor and get rid of Amanda. I think she's a bad influence on your staff read more

we have been coming to this McDonald's for a few years, whenever we pass through town. like everyone, we have a regular order--ours includes a large meal, with a water to drink instead of a soda (our feeble attempt to be healthy at McDonald's). what was once a nuisance-- explaining we just want water, not soda--has now become a problem. according to the person at the window, "McDonald's does not allow you to get a large water instead of large soda with your meal. you have to be charged 10 cents to get water with a meal." this is, of course, absolute bull. inside, you can fill up your cup with anything from the machine. and, to McDonald's, getting water is cheaper than getting a soda. furthermore, to be told, quite literally "water is not a drink" is the most ridiculous thing I've ever heard at a restaurant. 1/5 stars. save yourself the trouble, go to a different McDonald's where you aren't treated like crap for ordering a water. read more

Unlike the other McDonald's In town, this one is far below my standard. When I use to eat there the bathrooms were extremely disgusting. There was urine on the floor, every time I was there. The people in the drive thru, I remember one in particular was extremely impolite and didn't seem like she cared about her job. The last three times I was there I was missing items or my sandwich was incorrect. I haven't been there in a while and won't be going back. At 2:35 today I ordered a 20 piece chicken McNugget. After sitting at the 2nd window for several minutes the manager on duty asked us to pull forward because the McNuggets still had another minute and 15 seconds to cook. We did. And we waited and waited. After about 10 minutes, I tried calling the store's number listed in the phone book. k No answer. I pulled around to the front door and walked in. There was only one person picking up thier order att he counter. I asked to speak to the manager. He was too busy to speak to me, but another employee offered to help. My then I was pretty mad. I told her we had not recieved out food and had been sitting in the parking lot. She asked what we had ordered and proceeded to put the eitems into a bag. Why weren't the items previously bagged and brought out to us. This is not the first time this location failed to bring out items that had been ordered through thre drive thru to me. This McDonald's also refuses to do hash browns after 10:30am even though they are a national franchise. POOR SERVICE LOCATION DOES NOT OFFER MENU ITEMS UNLESS THEY WANT TO MANAGER WHO DOES NOT DO HIS JOB BUSINESS THAT DOESN'T ANSWER THEIR PHONE I would really like the owner of this location to call me and explain why he/she keeps that type of employee on the payroll. read more

This is a horrible place! I used to frequent this McDonald's regularly until the night just after 11 pm I ordered an ice coffee and they denied my order!! My heart sank! They said it was because it was "too late!" Good grief! What other time of because the machine was already bday do you expect coffee when you need it the most! Not very happy this evening. Went to McDonald's because I have nothing in my fridge and a McChicken sounded fire.. so I drove to the nearest Micky D's with my homie and ordered an Oreo McFlurry, 1 McChicken and 2 PLAIN hamburgers with ONLY ketchup. I really emphasized the plain hamburgers when I was ordering. But guess what I got? 2 CHEESEBURGERS. I wouldn't mind at any other place, but McDonald's uses that fake American cheese that is equivalent to yellow slime so it really just burst my bubble when I got home, unwrapped my burger and found a piece of cheese slapped on my delicious beef patty. It just really made me upset and caused me to throw the burgers away so now I am upset, starving and unsatisfied. Thanks McDonald's, thanks for nothing. Stopped by the trusty ole McDonald's by Safeway today around noon. Ordered two double quarter pounders and two kids meals. Pretty simple eh? Apparently not so. Kids meals missed the sauce, drinks, and served the wrong side. Both burgers were made incorrectly and missed the sauce, and no straws for the two drinks we did get. To add insult to injury, the order was repeated four times to three different employees to ensure accuracy..... I called back to explain the situation and Shawny? was hardly helpful.... I get that the bar really isn't set that high when it comes to fast food, although basic QA and customer service when a mistake is made shouldn't be too much to ask for. read more

This place is the worst of the two macs in town. Problem after problem with orders here. I went thru the drive thru on Friday at 1155. Ordered the new double burger cheese jalapeño. Got a block or two and took out sandwich. One patty not two, cheese and 2 or 3 jalapeños. Nothing else. This is not the first time a bad order at drive thru. Called got the coach.
