I ordered the steak egg and cheese bagel and a hash brown. The bagel was stale 90% through and the steak was burnt. The people were def on fentanyl because it took 12 minutes in the drive thru. And the outside looked like a garbage can. Oh and my sandwich had three grilled onions on it. read more

I had to ask three times about my order, and then a manger came up and asked if I checked in. I replied yes, three times and that's why you're standing in front of me. The food hasn't been bad. I've been ordering from them specifically the items that have monopoly pieces on them, as confirmed in the app as well. But literally ever single time they give me boxes or cups that do not have the monopoly pieces on them. Not sure why. We really enjoyed our stop here. The lady who helped us (I didn't get her name, unfortunately) was warm and friendly, and our meals came out quick and hot. The spicy chicken sandwiches we ordered often come out sloppy looking at other McDonalds; these were neat. When we were walking out, there was an employee who came running out with some little stuffed animals for our kiddos. Turns out his name was Tom, and we ended up having a nice little chat. It's just really heartwarming to see some people go a little extra to connect with customers, and we really appreciated that! Yelping a McDonald's? Only to save someone else from disappointment. But who thinks to yelp one BEFORE they go? The only reason I'm taking the time to do this so that perhaps somebody in corporate will see this post. This store runs hot and cold. Some days the staff is friendly and courteous, other days not. Alway check you bag before leaving the drive-thru window, they often get the order wrong or forget an item. Best to go on busy days, otherwise your fries may be limp and room temperature and the Mcnuggets twice dipped in the fryer a second time to warm them up. Expect your burgers to be thrown together haphazardly, patties on the Big Mac or Daily Double to be partially off the edge of the bun, one to the left, the other to the write, and all put together without care. I keep going as it is the only game in town for a fast food burger, having patronized this store for 18 years. So yes, I get my burgers here, but have gotten used to this substandard operation. Just wanted to take the time to put a review up because we've been going to this mcdonalds for a couple of years now and this McDonalds is unlike any other. The manager here with the glasses (I'm sorry I dont know her name) is one of the best managers we've ever seen. She treats her staff like human beings at the same time she delegates tasks perfectly and the whole staff seem to be in tune with her as a manager. They are also able to have fun while being professional. There is a girl named Kaila who goes above and beyond and she makes sure to be extremely friendly. The tables are always clean. She even comes around and asks customers if they need any help. In my opinion, this is the best McDonalds around and no other can compare. The manager deserves to be promoted and given a raise. The way she manages should be recorded and shown everywhere so that other managers know how to treat their employees. read more
