Our server was friendly and efficient. My hefty burger was thick and juicy. The coleslaw was fresh. The disappointment was the fries. They were more like shoestring fries and came dried out/overcooked. The sweet potatoes fries were a better bet. The lackluster fries were not enough though to lose a star. Then, I sat and waited. While the place was never packed, there was a steady flow of traffic inside the restaurant...a good sign! After about fifteen (15) minutes, the cook asked me if I wanted Lemon Pepper on the fish and on the chicken, my name was called to get my food. The room has a more lounge atmosphere than a bar. The tables and high tops were decorated with navy tablecloths. We brought our own flower arrangements for each table to add some color. The food was served buffet style at one end of the room with a dessert station at the end of the bar. We served prime rib, mashed potatoes, green beans, mostacciolli and a fresh salad with 3 choices of dressing. All VERY good. The meat was tender and flavorful and perfectly cooked.
