Coming home from Yosemite, stopped in for a snack. Somehow they forgot to pull the 2 cookies out of the oven. They were busy and just got overwhelmed. After realizing the mistake , they made it up to us. Thanks for correcting what was simply a mistake. read more

It's a McDonalds so you can't expect anything exciting about it. The food can range from delicious to meh. I think it depends on who's working, how fresh the food is, etc. People are friendly. The updated interior is nice. It used to be disgusting but now it's edible and I go in every couple weeks. read more

This is the WORST! We went here after Yosemite. First thing we see is a lady complaining about the wait for her food. We should have left then ...we ordered at 249pm at 315 we had our food, cold and missing a MC chicken sandwich, complained got the sandwich came to table to eat my quarter pounder to find it was only meat and cheese! Went back up to complain, manager said "did you only want meat and cheese?" I said "NO, I wanted a normal quarter pounder" ..:by 330p we had our entire meal! Oh did I mention when we sat in the eating area we ended up moving because the manager and a new hire were sitting in the dining area going over sexual harassment! My kids don't need to hear that, nor do I for that matter. We watched a car come in from the drive thru say they waited 18 min and their order was wrong. Plus 2 others came up and complained their orders were wrong! There were 3 managers visible doing nothing...If I were you, I would skip this McDonald's and go to Carl's Jr. Or jack in the box instead both are just up the road!!! Did I mention that if that wasn't enough, the service sucked bad enough for the police to show up. That's right, someone actually called the police!!! read more

Every time I come here through the drive through they send me to the reserved parking. Seriously the last 3 times I have come here. And I do not order strange things that they have to make up. Waiting 8 minutes for 1 hash brown at 11am is ridiculous. Plus the parking lot is a disaster. The food and coffee is good though. And staff is alright. read more

I was appalled by the lack of caring for your guests. I felt like more of an inconvenience coming to your store, then someone that was paying money to eat here. I did not get a single hello, or even a smile. Even when when I said thank you to your employees I didn't even get a reply just a window shutting in my face. We have not a lot of places to eat in the area, so the fact that I have one less place to eat at because of either lack of management or not caring about how your employees treat your guests is disappointing. read more

I normally don't bother rating fast food places but these people seriously need to be retrained on customer service. My mom and I simply ordered a sausage McMuffin combo and egg McMuffin combo with 2 orange juices and one extra hashbrown. Sat at the window for a few minutes after the girl took my payment but then she comes back a bit later and kinda fumbles with her words to tell me that they need to refill the juice machine and asked that I pull forward the waiting lot. I thought this is kinda odd because I knew she was lying, but thought fine I'll just wait, even though I was perfectly fine waiting a few more minutes at the window. Mind you, they were not busy at all and I would have been just fine waiting at the window. This location doesn't have an orange juice machine as they often use cartons of Minute Maid orange juice. I sat there waiting as dozens of other customers left through the drive through and got their food right away. I finally went in and told them I still hadn't received my order.. not only that but when I got there my order was ready with both orange juices. I asked if it had been sitting there the whole time and they lied (again) and told me they had to refill the orange juice machine.. and then immediately after that, confessed that they were actually waiting on the extra hashbrown. DO NOT LIE TO THE CUSTOMERS!!! If that's what what you were actually waiting on, tell the truth to the customer. It doesn't take 15-20 minutes to fry up 1 extra hashbrown and they probably didn't throw it in the same as my order but still! Why do these workers feel the need to have customers pull forward to the waiting space for 1 extra item?? I'm not asking you to pick out the potatoes from the ground. By the time they gave me my food, they shorted me the extra hashbrown I was waiting for! Worst customer service ever! I would give this place 0 stars if I could read more

We stopped around 9:40 pm after traveling all day. My teens were the only ones eating. After eating half of her biscuit, my daughter noticed a bug inside her biscuit. She was distraught to say the least. I took it to the manager. He picked the bug out, tossed it on the floor, and asked if I wanted something else. Really?! Like we would eat anything from there ever again. He refunded the money for the one biscuit and never apologized or anything. Horrible. This McDonald's is conducting a scam on customers. (or just me) Twice, one right after the other on two separate days, each order had one item withheld. First time it was one apple pie. Second time, next day, it was one side salad. First of all, the manager of this restaurant has access to video of everything the employees do. Cameras record all actions at this McDonald's. The manager here is aware of what is happening but very possibly cares not. The food served here is never hot and fresh. No matter what time of day or what item. The food is always tepid or cold making it seem that everything sits for a long time. It is not even warm food. The McDonald's in Fresno, Merced, and Madera, are not like this. This is the only McDonald's that does in fact seem to be conducting deceit and scams on the customer. Also, the McDonald's website has a menu that provides nutritional information . According to their information about a Big Mac, there are 550 calories. That means all Big Macs at all McDonalds are 550 calories. The Oakhurst McDonald's puts about a cup of hamburger sauce on one Big Mac, making it quite unpleasant, and making the 550 calories questionable. If McDonald's is representing that each food item has a certain amount of calories, fat, protein, etc., then there must be a uniform way that all McDonald's items are prepared. Based on my many and numerous experiences with McDonald's in Oakhurst CA, there is good reason to believe that intentionally dishonest practices occur and are unique to this location. read more
