This place stays pretty busy inside and the drive-T anyways the staff are always friendly and go out of there way to meet your needs. I love my McDonald's! Today they went above and over and impressed me Ever more. This Young Gentlemen Joseph of his own free will walked around the restaurant offering coffee refills! I ordered combos plus 3 apple pies and when I got to the drive thru window a young female asked me to pull over in front parking space and my order will be delivered but I verified if my 3 Apple pies are included she said yes. When my ordered arrived there no pies. The young kid who delivered it said he will check and he will be back. I waited for 20 mins and he never came back. It happened to be another employee delivering another order near my car so I asked. He said it was never on your receipt so you need to go back to the line of the drive thru window. I don't know who manages this one, but whoever you are, thanks for going out of your way to make sure I had a good transaction. I ordered through the mobile app and there was some sort of error with the transaction and the transaction took about 15 minutes longer than it should have. It wasn't her fault, but she was very apologetic and offered me a free drink and/or fries for the inconvenience. She could have offered me nothing and I would have been totally content because errors occur, but she made sure everything was good and taken care of. The final straw was from a hot fudge sundae that I ordered that was only filled one-third of the way. When I went in to talk to the shift manager, she said that she made it herself and that the ice cream melted. Hah! On average you're sitting in the drive thru for AT LEAST 15 min. For even the most basic of orders. I had the pleasure of being assisted by Dominic today and he made my day! I have been struggling with a condition called hyperemesis gravidarum and instead of gaining weight like I'm supposed to in my pregnancy, I have been losing weight becuase I can't keep much down. I had a craving for the chicken snack wrap that is no longer on the menu and called this location to see if they could make it. Although they weren't able to assemble it there, Dominic helped me order the right a la carte items from them in order to pit this item together. He really went above and beyond and helped me find something I could keep down today. He was truly a blessing and I'm so thankful that McDonald's has employees like this who are willing to listen and help their customers. Thank you.
