It was like they were all in a great mood despite dealing with people always in a hurry. The 1st window, the cashier was so polite and had a great attitude and then when I received my food the young man was also had a great attitude, I don't know if it was bizaro day but it was a great experience. I learned something new today... been going to this McDonald's for around 20 years and never realized that every McDonald's charges different prices for their food. A sausage biscuit and a hash brown is over 11 bucks which is crazy! Went to a new one that opened 3 miles away and the same meal was 2 dollars less. They take FOREVER to get an order out, never fast on time in the drive through or inside. The food is alright but it is lacking in some spots such as quantity of sauce on burgers and toppings. Inside is a little noisy but fine, the play place is nice. read more

I have no complaints on food, or quality of food. Or the girl I'm paying my order with. The last window where you get your order I never had a girl so greedy with BBQ. I get one BBQ with 6 piece nuggets and it was missing, and I payed for an extra one also missing, I paid to not have this problem, tell me why she threw one in after I had to open the bag and show her it's missing plus the extra one I paid 25cents for. There is nothing personable about this location. Customer service has gone out the window. No one greets you or attempts to take your order . They totally rely on the electronic menus to take your order. There is no access to fountain drinks or utensils. They have the bare bones inside. It's like a section 8 McDonald's. Fries are cold , nuggets are cold. And shocker the ice cream machine is down. I'm very disappointed in a place that use to be key place to take your family to. I will not be returning to this location and I will warn others read more

This is by far one of the best McDonald's in Arizona. Forget what other people are saying... food ALWAYS comes out hot. Tastes amazing. Nothing to improve on. Fast delivery (might have to wait a little bit if you fat and order a lot of foot) but high key one of the greatest locations in all of the state.... read more

One of the more decent locations I've been to, but when I ordered three happy meals with water and was hot with a $30 price I about fell over. Apparently it's a $4 up charge for three waters. Horrible service and workers have no common sense. I ordered online and went to go pick it up and was met with a Carmel macchiato when i ordered a caramel frap. When i told her she just said it was a carmel macchiato and when i said no i ordered a frap she just looked at me like she was stupid. What happend to the customer is always right?! This is the primary McDonald's I go to and I have never had a bad experience. But Sunday I had the best tasting McDonald's food I have ever had! I used the McDonald's app and they had a promo for Buy 1 quarter pounder meal, Get 1 Free (I highly recommend the app, it's awesome!)- my order was only $9.00. I asked for the burgers to be plain and I requested fresh fries. It was 8pm on a Sunday, so I was happy to wait for fresh food and boy was it worth it. Soo good! Inside was modern, clean and the ac was on cold! Every employee was working hard and the sodas tastes great as well. Kudos to this location for having a great McDonald's experience! This McDonald's is crap. I ordered a $48 order and it had trouble in the app processing through the McDonald's app using Apple Pay. So I left to get my card to pay in the store. When I was on my way back, I received an order confirmation and notification from the app saying it went through. It also tried processing in my bank five times. The manager refused to check my order on his end, stated he was nothing he could do I said it was fucked up that he was taking my money. He threatened to call police. I don't normally do reviews and understand that one bad experience doesn't always deserve a poor review, but after 4 (yes 4) bad experiences with poor service It's time. As with most, I've visited numerous McDonald's locations all over the country, but have never visited a location that continuously provides incredibly poor service. The last 4 visits (in the last 3 months) I have used their drive thru and each time I was asked to pull forward and wait for my food, and each time the order was brought out incorrectly and had to be corrected before I leave. As with any business, issues like this are driven by poor management, so I hope this gets rectified soon but until then I'll choose another location. Good luck. read more

Food is typically low quality, always just thrown together and ever made correctly or with care. The drive thru took over 35 minutes for us to get our food from the point AFTER we paid this afternoon due to it being so backed up. I cannot say much about the internal ambiance of the restaurant, however it was upsetting that we had to wait nearly 45 minutes to get our food when other people kept getting their orders both in front of us and behind us. They kept bringing out incorrect orders over and over that belonged to nobody in the line and it was very frustrating. read more

I would really like to give this location zero stars!!! I am literally so upset I'm shacking!! I've been ordering the #9 since I was a kid! I get the two cheese burgers with extra onion, well this location sure took extra onions to a whole new level! Food is fine. Same as any other McDonalds. Clean as any other McDonalds. Parents: the play area sucks. For very young, under 2 theres a toddler slide and an area to put some balls in a hole. Ok for little ones. Anyone else it's just a caged area with 2 balls. Really not fun for anyone over 2. Go to a different play place with the towering playground and slides. NEVER GO TO THIS McD! This is the worst McD in the valley and its closest to me so I end up going to it. However they screw up orders alot, and they have the rudest managers. When you complain about their mistakes they make excuses instead of just fixing it. When you complain about that, they say you can just go to another McD and see if they will help you. The owner of this place should fire all the Managers and find some who know how to work with customers as mistakes happen but they shouldn't happen so many times a day that when a customer like me how only goes once in a while is always getting mistakes. If I get them for almost every visit just image how many times they are making them in a day for me to hit those kind of odds. There is no reason for a manager to tell you to go some place else. There is no reason for a manager to make excuses for the mistakes. They should just apologize and fix the mistake that is all we want them to do when they make mistakes. read more

I was in the drive through and was met by the worst experience Ive ever had so I asked to talk to the manager and was met by a rude, inconsiderate older woman named Christina she was no help at all to my situation and after I got my food I went to the parking lot to check my food and not a single order was right.
