Worst McDonald's ever! Just ordered food for family and was told to pull around and wait to bring it out. Waited 15 min but still no order. Went inside and they said they accidentally forgot to bring out but I could have what was under warmer. Explained to them I wanted new order made and they told me that others were in front of me and to pull around again to order. This place has gone down so much. The only reason I enjoy going here is the sweet older gentleman who gives food at window in morning. Do not go to this McDonald's ever! read more

I've never had an issue with hot food and fast service at McDonalds but the crew today at the window didn't do a good job at all. I ordered my food, paid, pulled to the pickup window - the girl at the window handed me my drink, told me they were waiting on the hash brown and to pull out of the drive thru and park (there were no cars behind me) I pulled straight ahead out of the drive thru and parked in the first open spot ahead of the drive thru, I have a bright blue car - hard to miss. I waited 10-15 min with no one coming. I drove back thru the drive thru and the kid said "oh we walked around the entire building looking for you!" Again, I was hard to miss. Got up to the window and the girl was laughing, handed me my food and I drove off. No apology, no offer to credit, and my order was wrong. Poor service all the way around today from the drive thru crew at 12:15 pm time frame. read more

I was passing by this McDonalds on the way to get my tire fixed and almost burst out laughing to see a huge sign by the door that said "Masks required in lobby. Because McDonalds is quite concerned about your health and safety." Here's a thought for McDonalds-if you are concerned for the health of the people you might as well shut down your store because the fat and cholesterol filled food you are hawking mostly to lower income folks has killed way more people than Covid ever will. Worst McDonald's in the Phoenix area! Last week we went and got undercooked burgers. We called the store to talk to manager but phone was disabled. Drove all the way back and the manager on duty was a teenager! Hardly manager material. He refunded the burgers, but not the meal. He acted like it was no big deal that our burgers were raw and pink inside, offered no apology and only said something to the cooks when I suggested he do so. Today, my daughter decided to give them a second chance. Bad decision! Her food took almost ten mins. to prepare. Kinda slow for fast food, right? Once again not one person over 24 was working. The place is run inefficiently and really needs to step it up, bit time! I suggest go down the street to Sonic if you want fast service and properly cooked food. read more

Been here 5 or so times, always a problem with the order, whether it's a missing sandwich or missing sauces. The best part of it is that, I confirm if everything is in the bag before I leave drive thru, and just like clockwork - somethings missing when I drive away or get home. These guys ought to get out of the fast food business. They are pathetic at running a fast food store. Slow, unorganized, lost! They run a park-thru, not a drive-thru. This McDonald's obviously isn't getting 4 stars because of its food, because based on food alone, McDonald's is a 3 star at best and I get that. This McDonald's is a 4 star because of their employees and overall service. Even when they get busy, they have rarely messed up my order. The one time I recall them getting my order wrong, they were quick to fix it, and did not even try to give me any grief about how it was some how my fault. The inside, bathroom, and even the kids play area are cleaner then the majority of other McDonald's I have been to. Who ever is running this place and doing the hiring is doing a good job. read more

It is 1:12 at the moment and we didn't happen to see the sign where it says the hours for the dining room. We walk in because someone just walked out and into their car so thinking we were going to order food we ended up getting yelled at by this guy who specifically said "Hey what do you think you're doing? We're closed, get out" very harshly and rude when it was clearly just a mistake by us not noticing the sign. I don't appreciate the rudeness considering he could have nicely said "oh sorry we're closed". Will not be coming back here. read more

Prices are higher than other McDonald's which is strange but the food is good and the people are always really nice. I do not typically have a long wait because there are two lanes instead of one. There is an older man who works there in his 60's or early 70's and he is so sweet! We use this location a lot because it is close to our house. read more

I did an online order and then placed an order at one of the keyosks inside. Walked to the pickup line. I was the only customer inside the store. With about 4 employees on the front area, not one made an attempt to greet me. This included what I believe to be the supervisor. Got home and the bun on my burger was toasted a little to dark and it was dry. Presentation of it was sloppy. The chicken strips were also cooked too long. So quality of food poor, quality of service poor. The store was relatively clean, which was at least the one good thing going for them. This location is fortunately not in my general area, so I won't need to return. I think the management needs to go over a few trainings with their personal here. Seeing the other reviews for this merchant, isn't surprising. Let's hope they can improve. They are in a great location for the community. read more

I went to this location and requested that all my food be freshly made and told the cashier that I was ok with waiting. A co worker in the back made a snarky comment that the food is always fresh. When I got my food the nuggets were warm and tasted stale. I had to come back in to the location where they were very rude and acted as if I were annoying them. I was highly dissatisfied with the consumer service as well as quality of food. I don't recommend this location if you are looking for hot fresh food. read more

Person taking my order was nice and friendly, got my order correct no problem. Second person that was delivering food at the second window was gonna for a long period of time, then opened the window didn't confirm my order, handed me a bag and walked away. Forgetting to hand me my drink. After about 2 minutes she walks back up and tries to hand me a McFlurry which wasn't on my order. I informed her I was just waiting on my large coke. She didn't say anything and handed me my drink. Got all the way home to realize my entire order was wrong, and the coke was a Dr. Pepper. Really annoying to not have a chance to eat all day work 14 hours and just plan to get a snack before I have to shower and go to bed and order was completely wrong and customer service was terrible. It's not like they were busy because there was 1 person in front of me and I saw they ordered a cheeseburger meal and it took them almost 8 minutes just to do that. I've voted for the minimum-wage to be raised in Arizona and now Congress want to go to $15 an hour. Worst McDonald's ever. Got my entire order completely wrong, not just one small thing. Ordered 2 cheeseburger happy meals with cheese only and yogurt as the sides. Ended up with a hamburger happy meal with ketchup only and a chicken nugget one, apples with both. The only thing not wrong was the drinks. When I called to complain, which I never do but considering the entire order was messed up I did, they were short and rude on the phone. I came back to get a refund and the guy on the phone was rude again and the girl that handed me my money didn't say a word to me and turned around and walked away. It has to be one of the worst managed McDonald's, if not the worst. I can't even imagine how the owner or investors don't know this! I spend 25 minutes in the drive through to only get cold food. A lot of people seem to have had horrible experiences here, but honestly, I've been to this McDonald's dozens of times for years and have never had a problem before. Once, the order took a little longer than expected, but that's natural in fast food joints. The staff were friendly enough, they never messed up my order (from what I can remember), and the food is consistent for the most part. Absolutely every single time, my order was catastrophically wrong. I don't mean, oh they forgot the extra pickles, bummer. I mean, ordered two big macs, a snack wrap, large fry, and two mcdoubles, got two big macs, a grilled chicken sandwich, two mcnuggets, no fries, one quarter pounder....you get the point.
