When to McDz for my lunch break. I ordered at the kiosk and paid. Needed to use the restroom. When I came out they were already calling my order. I got my bag and drink and step outside. The burrito's had no flavor what so ever, and we both felt that there was little to really no OJ flavor like it had been watered down. The up charge for the large OJ was $4.00, the upcharge for the medium OJ was $4.89, which makes no sense. This is one of the newer stores. It features the new ordering kiosk. A staff member comes out to the kiosk to walk you through the process. They invited me to try it, but I opted for counter service. I already use the mobil app for promotions and wasn't interested in slowing down my visit, and thinking about a new way to order. So, I declined and ordered at the counter. I have been here a few times when I was in the area.This storeseems to be a bit slower with service, compared to the Miller Valley location that I frequent. Other than that it seems OK. Was disappointed in the service that I received here yesterday. I stood in line for a while as the young lady at the counter had to change out the ice cream. As I had been waiting for a while someone, who I think was the manager, asked me if I had been helped. I answered with not yet. Instead of helping me she just turned and walked away! The young cashier was still dealing with an ice cream issue. She saw I had been standing for a while and said she would help as soon as she finished what she was doing. Yesterday I went to this McDonalds location drive thru. As I pulled in there were only three cars in line in front of me. I placed my order which was a number seven without onions. When I obtained my receipt the time stamp showed 12:01 pm. I paid and was instructed to pull up to the next window for my food. After waiting ten minutes the female asked me what my order was, I confirmed a number seven. A few minutes passed when she opened the drive thru window and asked again what my order was. I once again confirmed with her my order. She then asked me to pull up to the next window and wait. I pulled up as requested. I waited and waited. Finally at 12:29 and after seeing four cars in line behind me receive their order and leave, I went inside to inquire about my order. Nobody acknowledged me in line when I finally forced the issue with a male manager. I explained that I ordered at 12:01 and I still had not received my order. He asked what I ordered at which time he yelled back at the line to make a number seven with no onions. In a quick two minutes I had my order in hand. I left the store at 12:33. Once I drove off back to work I opened my order to realize it was wrong! Thanks McDonalds for wasting my time today. But don't worry you put my 11.00 into your bank account. Told my wife about it and she asked me "When are you going to learn not to go there as this is not your first order issue". So I told her when I retire January 26, 2013 I am going to buy a 4x8 plywood and paint the top half to boycott this restaurant and the second half to remind customers they have choices such a Culvers down the road. I went to the McDonald's on north Willow Creek at 6:30 PM. The help were not friendly, I placed a to go order and after l filled my drinks was when I noticed the young man COOKING was wearing a visor with at least 2 inches of hair laying on top of the bill and hair falling off of the edge. I asked a lady who l thought was in charge, when were cooks allowed to NOT have long hair in a hair net. The answer l received was, he has a hat on.
