Been coming here since its opening & never had any major problems. Although I rarely go more than once a month. This McDonalds is usually ok, but today, they got my drive-thru order wrong. I got all the way home before I discovered it. My bad, I should have checked it before I left the parking lot. Super slow. I ordered a 20 pc McNuggets at about 12:30 at night with one car in front of me. I was stuck behind that car for close to 30 mins and had no way to back out because of a car behind me. I ended up leaving at 1:03. I was over it at that point and couldn't justify paying for those nuggets after that ridiculous wait, so I passed. The drive thru attendant couldn't care less. I ordered 2 mocha McCafes and after waiting about 5 minutes to get to the first drive through window and there wasn't even a person there so I had to wait 3 minutes to get to the second window to pay and receive 2 warm cups of black coffee. Went thru drive thru & ordered Happy Meals for my grandsons. I got home about 5 mins away & no nuggets in one box. Annoying! Went back & picked up the nuggets & really thought they might comp me a small fry or something for having to come back from their mistake, but no such thing. I frequent this location pretty regular. I don't come at off hours so when I ask for a sundae or an ice cream and they tell me their machine is broken probably 80% of the time something isn't right. I walked in and see them cleaning it in the middle of the day. Arent machines cleaned and prepped in the evening? Its too bad they constantly tell customers the machine is broken when in fact its because they are cleaning it so they can get out early. This MC Donald's is the worst one in the west Palmdale or borderline quartz hill/Lancaster. I stopped going there because they either got my order wrong or forgot to give me what I ordered or the food just taste awful!!! It was always something. I think everyone knows now because that place is like a ghost town. It's always empty. Go to the Mc Donald's down rancho vista near 10th that location is truly great the people and the food and they always get everything right and your food taste great. I even tried to contact the franchise owners to let them know that there place was not giving out good product. My surprise never heard back from them. I guess it's expected if they don't care about there business's and how there product taste why should there employees it's not here business. Corporate MC Donald's should revoke the owners franchise because it's owners like this that are giving mc Donald's a bad name! PLEASE AVOID THIIS FRANCHISE!!! You will be disappointed. read more

This is the 2nd time I have been through the drive-thru in a couple of weeks, I had a long wait each time. The first trip through was over 15 minutes with only 1 car in front of me, they got to the pick up window and started a conversation with the employees. Just chatted away while my food was getting colder and colder. I finally got to the window to receive my order which at this point was cold. I asked for the manager, but was informed that they were unavailable at the moment. Last night I tried it again but was rewarded with the same long wait time with one car in front of me. I waited for 18 minutes. When I finally got to the window and asked what was the delay I was informed with a attitude that the previous customer decides to change their order and needed to add more items. So instead of making them go around again or come inside they just let me and the other customers sit in line and wait. I will never and I mean never go to this McDonald's on N again, and for that matter and the rising cost of the poor quality of the food, I will probably never choose to eat at any McDonald's again. I hope that others will be joining me in this and take your hard earned money elsewhere. read more

If you love McCafe, don't stop here. 4 to 5 times out of 10, the latte machine is broken.Of course, you've already been waiting in the drive thru for a while before finding this out, and can't leave b/c there are cars behind you. This place is close to my house, so I put up with this for a year before I quit stopping here altogether. The other McD's in town never seem to have a problem with their latte machines. Today I had a desire for a ice cream cone on my way home, so I decided to try this Mcdonalds again. Guess what? Their ice cream machine was broken. I can't stand how greedy this mcdonalds is with their ketchup. It's bad enough all these places want to change for their other sauces, but here you order a couple medium fries and try to blow you off before you can even ask for ketchup because they're so greedy they won't even leave the ketchup out or get a dispenser. Then after waiting 10 min for someone to finally ask what you want, they hand you 3 packets. Now, I drive the extra mile to the next mcDs that has the ketchup out for everyone lol read more

You don't go to a McDonald's drive thru expecting outstanding service or anything.. but I was completely blown away by how poor my experience here was this Saturday morning. Big shoutout to the worker "Kayla" for not being able to take orders at the intercom and proceeding to ask me for my order 4 more times at the pay window. Incredible. To top it all off, I somehow got charged for an ice cream cone that I didn't order, but I guess she didn't hear my order in the 5 total times I gave it to her. We used to go to this McDonald's all the time. Never once has there been a time that I've gone there and my orders or the service has been good. One night I had a full on argument with all of the staff members in there, the only one who was professional was Porsche, besides her the rest of the staff were so mean that we had to ask for our money back because we were scared our food is going to be spit in. I hope McDonald's being as big of a corporation as it is gets their shit together and send somebody to take over this McDonald's and get it back to how it used to be with friendly service. read more

I always come here cuz it's so near my home. I love their caramel iced coffee! But anytime I go to get a chorizo bowl, they NEVER seem have it. Apparently they switch out their breakfast items out. That's understandable, but why not serve people who still want breakfast! Some people like to eat breakfast late, it's called brunch! That makes for very bad service. I truly hope service starts to improve before customers slowly stop going and they get shut down. read more

This McDonald's is close to my home so I wanted it to be good. I had tried it on several occasion over the past few years and it was the worst. They got everything wrong and were slow too. But...
