These people are CONSISTENTLY slow. A one item order guarantees you'll be sitting at the window for at least five minutes, only the be sent to the second window and wait just as long. It's especially long if you order any drink item. Soda to frappes - all slow. And it isn't irregular to get cold food. Not to mention the staff have an attitude where it's clear they don't want to be here. They always mess up the food so bad that I only order French fries in hopes they can screw up salting them. I went through the drive thru and ordered. I get to the window and the item I was given was incorrect. I let the employee Anthony know that and he was very rude. He had a horrible attitude and my children were present. Please try and get workers who actually want to work. This location gets jammed. I feel for the staff so I'm pretty easy going. When it takes 15 minutes for 1/4 pounder to get done, something is wrong. I have been testing ordering off the app, so it should be easier for the employees. I dont think thats the case as of yet. I order early and am expecting it ready when I arrive. Place is unhealthy. Specially if you get their pies. They put their pies in right after cleaning the ovens and all the chemicals used to clean the ovens is dripping on everything. I went to McDonalds tonight to feed my family of 3. I am a single mother and am struggling with bills. You might say, "with the amount of money you spent on mcdonald's, you could've made your children a healthy meal". Well, my kids wanted it and i love them so screw you. Anyways. I order 19 ranches, 6 salt and peppers, 5 creamers, 10 honeys, 5 honey mustard, 4 butters, and 10 syrups. I received 2 ranches, 1 honey mustard, and 1 salt and one pepper. As a single mother, I rely on the free condiments to get through the week when money is tight. Regarding the order, I ordered a happy meal for my 6 year old who is struggling with the flu and loves onions. I know it's silly, but she was so thrilled when I told her I ordered extra onions. When I received her order, there were no onions at all. There was one pickle on the burger. I had to come home with a grubby burger and explain that i was couldn't do anything about it. When we ordered the happy meal, I got the extra fries instead of apple slices. I was hoping I could have a little something since it was the same price and I wanted a treat. When I looked in the bag, there was nothing. No apples, no extra fries. How do I tell my kids that we can't have syrup with our mini pancakes tomorrow? How we can't have honey and creamer in our tea? I feel silly writing this, but it's hard when you can't do things that make your day a little brighter because the employees are angry. My son liked the big mac though. 2 stars. read more

Always getting your food with a side of attitude, if not the wrong order. Placed a mobile order, 15-20 min later, it's still not ready. After watching many orders go before mine, I am almost given the wrong order by a very rude young lady. Waiting more, my order is finally passed out to me by another rude lady. No offer for ketchup or even napkins. Once reaching my destination, I find one of my drinks wasn't even full and the burgers I ordered don't even have pickles in them. I know it seems petty to have to write a review about this, but this is every time I come to this location. To top it off, my burgers literally looked like someone got them and squished them with their palms on a table. Customer service seriously needs to improve here. read more

I understand this McDonalds is new. I have gone various times to give it a better chance and a fair honest review. The design is beautiful. The inside is on the smaller side but has adequate seating even then. They have the kiosk to place and pay for your own order which is really neat. The food is the same as other McDonalds so flavor and taste aren't things I can really comment on. Drive-thru is terrible. As I stated I understand this place is new and they get lots of traffic. 9/10 times that I go, I'm missing an item. Sometimes multiple items. Although they work hard to ensure that you are satisfied post-error, it's still a hassle to call time and time again to say: my orders messed up. Then commuting back there can be a mess too. Don't pull forward till you check. All in all I will return due to locality, but will be much more conscious prior to leaving. read more

They overcharge here trying to get you to pay for separate items instead of a meal. Then they send you to their third window where your order is promptly forgotten and thrown out. After knocking on the window I was greeted by a young man with the charisma equal to Tommy Chong. When I try to explain that they overcharged he just goes "I don't know man I was on break." Their manager Alex seems to have this place about as organized as a toddler soccer game. The staff are poorly trained and make excuses about everything. Avoid at all costs. read more

A manager at this location (2246 Iowa Ave, Riverside, CA 92507) committed a big health violation on 9/22/2020 at about 12:32pm. While waiting for my order, a customer came in from outside to request a replacement of her chicken nugget order. The customer had ordered spicy nuggets and got a regular order. A staff member offered to replace the nuggets with the correct spicy nuggets. The staff member handed the incorrect nugget order to the manager whose was working the food line. The manager put the returned nugget order on the counter and after a moment slid them back into the food delivery system. I watched this happen and took a picture of the manager that did this. This person should be terminated for risking another persons health to save a 6 piece order of chicken nuggets. Also, all of this during COVID. No one knows if the previous customer touched the food. Drive-thru service is terrible. They mess up orders and can't pay attention to details such as how much cream and sugar to include with the coffee--and to give the customer a swizzle stick and napkins. Such basic stuff! When the aforementioned items were noticeably missing from my order, I was asked to pull to a second window where I waited a while...and the guy at the window gave me an attitude like he'd already filled my order, so why was I still hanging around. Staff needs to be trained better because drive-thru line often backs up to the street! Also, prices here are higher than the location on University. Been to this McDonald's two days in a row. First night they forgot a complete meal for my girlfriend. Today I went for breakfast and I literally just got back home and of course they forgot another part of the order. I even stood there staring at the person wondering where the other part was when they said have a nice day. Prices are consistently higher than all other McDonald's in the area. Pretty sure they prey on the fact that this place is a hangout spot for children after school, as well as the fact that they are one of the only 24/7 McDonald's in the area. Food quality is average, pretty much par for the course for a McDonald's. Service is one of the slowest I've ever experienced, unfortunately. read more

Ordered a double cheeseburger that anywhere else would have been a $1.50 and paid 3.54 because they are a franchise and they don't have a value menu. It's becoming a really disappointing experience as one with small children cannot find a restroom with a changing station. This being another as multiple McDonald locations that don't have a changing station...even others with playgrounds lacking a place to change your little one other than the bench seat in the dining area. With this being a very new location it lacks personality, professionalism and customer service. You are not able to read the menu board with the 5 second digital changing screens...so you are almost forced to order on the kios just so you can read the menu. At this point you are no longer greeted by a member of staff. It reminds me of a futuristic movie all they needed was robots making your food. While visiting the dinning area I witnessed the members of staff walk thru cleaning the dinning area tables but would not clear any trash or trays from tables if left behind. (Not picture below is trash sitting there for 45 min I know I should not be asking for much with fast food but times really have changed and the lack of changing stations is really disappointing when you offer kids meals...guess I shouldn't be feeding my child bad food anyways. Has anyone noticed on their receipt where only if you give a most excellent review they will give you a buy one get one offer...guess being concerned for a franchise owners business and giving real feed back is not a concern. read more

I went in on Wednesday, 1/26/22, and ordered 2 big macs and 2 sodas, one easy ice. I was using my debit card and not noticing that I was charged for THREE sodas. I stepped back to the counter to comment and the boy behind the counter said that they wont give back the money, that I have to take something off of the menu. I said that I just wanted my money and the reply was no.. I was waiting for my food so when it was ready, I repeated to the witch who was handing me the THREE drinks and the two COLD BIG MACS. her EXACT words were 'WHATEVER!' This place is HORRIBLE. Pulled up into the drive thru and was told "I'll be with you in one second" no big deal. A car pulled up in the next aisle, and was helped right away. Kinda annoying but no worries. I was told "my bad give me a second" once again. Five minutes had passed. By the time I was helped three cars pulled up in the next line and were helped before I was. After being told "I'll be with you in a second" for the third time, I realized I had been sitting in the same spot with no help for 15 minutes! When someone finally jumped on the mic, I expressed my annoyance with sitting in place for as long as I had been and being told to wait. To which the worker responded "you have to give me a second, it's cash only, my managers in the bathroom, so my bad" then made me wait again! Why would I wait this long, you may ask? In the area I live in, this is the only fast food place that's 24 hours and I get off work at 2:30 sometimes 3 am. So I kinda had no choice but to wait. By the time I got to the window, they asked me what my order was and I was met with attitude. As soon as my smushed cheeseburgers and cold fries were handed to me, the guy at the window slammed the window in my face before I could ask for ketchup. If you're looking for quick service, make the drive to literally any other fast food place in the area. It's obvious they don't care about making their customers wait. I understand they just opened, but I think that Ray Kroc himself would have had more than a few criticisms to mention about this place. Pros: - Open 24 hours. Cons: - Somehow they always mess up my drive thru order: 1) I once ordered a Big Mac along with several other items. When I got home, there was no Big Mac. I checked the receipt and realized that I was charged for it. 2) Another time I asked for BBQ sauce for a large order of Nuggets. I got Mustard sauce instead. 3) Another time I ordered french fries and they were very poor in texture and temperature, as if they had been sitting out for 30 minutes without a heat lamp. 4) Another time I asked for a #2 on their breakfast menu and then they gave me the 2 Sausage Egg McMuffin combo. Of course, I was charged for it. At the end of the day, I'll still come here. If they can get their orders correct, it would be much better. read more
