Every single time I go into this place it takes 10 minutes or more to get one drink and one order of fries today they didn't have the menu boards up they wanted everybody to use the kiosk even if you're paying cash because they didn't want to be cashiers in the front while they sat over on the sideline tried it about what they were going to do when they got off work what they did for the weekend leaning against the counters and didn't care about the customers or making them feel welcomed they never do. I honestly don't understand this place. I order the simplest thing on the menu nearly every time I go. Well, second simplest maybe. . . A cheeseburger. . . and they somehow they mess it up in the absolute most baffling way possible. This place is mad convenient for me since it's like literally across the street. It should be the best place to go for quick crappy food, but it is more convenient, faster, and cheaper to get in my car and drive to the Farmer Boys down the street than deal with this place. They would honestly get my business 10 times as much as they did if they were in any way competent. If this was the first time something like this had happened, I'd understand. It's not though. Last year I waited 20 minutes in my car for 2 simple breakfast sandwiches ordered straight off the menu. When I was tired of waiting I went inside to figure out what was going on. They had apparently lost my order and put it in again. I waited another fifteen minutes to get handed a bag. Got to my car and my S.O. had just gotten food from the girl who'd walked it out. We checked both bags and neither had what we ordered in it. It was -- like everything I've dealt with at this place when I try to go back every three months or so -- the most confusing and infuriating thing that has ever happened to me at a fast food restaurant, well, before today. I've never gotten food at the window in the drive through here, like they make me go wait in a parking spot and bring it out. I don't know if that's common at McDonald's everywhere now, but it is like this here even late at night when there's only a few people in the drive through. It wouldn't be so bad, but they're doing it to everyone. So the 30 or 40 seconds it takes for their employee to bring out each person's food to them starts extending other guests wait times by more and more, and takes someone off the line that could be helping to put together food faster. I think it slows them down way too much, and that they're doing it to beat some corporate customer service algorithm based on how long people wait in the drive through line, but it's actually making their customer service much much worse. So I've started only going inside of the restaurant to order now, even if I'm driving. Strangely, this feels more convenient, even if it's not, and when it feels like a madhouse in there most times I go in. Guests going behind the counter to grab sauces, every table needing a wipe down, and people constantly complaining to the staff that their orders are wrong are the most common things I've seen. Today was the last time I'll go though, and it's for, again, the most baffling thing ever. There was NO meat on my cheeseburger. You know that item that literally is part of the name of the item. Yeah. . . it just wasn't there. It's just unacceptable, and weird. I'm not asking for weird variations on my meal. I'm not asking to replace ketchup for ranch, or for them to create some strange mashup of meats named after something you'd find on a website you don't tell your wife you know about, or some other dumb thing some people would be upset about when writing a one star review. I just want a cheeseburger. The one thing they have been selling since they first opened in the 40's or 50's or whatever. It's FIVE simple ingredients on a bun, meat being the most prominent and necessary of them to make it a cheeseBURGER. Forgot the pickles, that sucks, no biggie, I got some. Forgot Ketchup? I got that too. Forget the cheese, well, that stinks, but it's at least a burger still. Forget the meat? Well now you've given me something that isn't even a thing. It's a ketchup sandwich with cheese. Did some vegetarian get dragged to Mickey Ds and think, I don't want a salad, I want a ketchup sandwich? Was this some picky four-year-old's idea of a meal? Is there a new diet that says you'll lose weight by avoiding protein and only consuming carbs, dairy, and pickled vegetables? Why is there no MEAT on this burger? Why are you so close and so bad!? Why do I keep assuming things will be adequate by fast food standards the next time I go when they have never, ever lived up to even those lowered expectations? So yeah. Avoid this place if you can. Go hit up something else in the area, or check to make sure you got the meat you ordered on the bread it comes with before you walk back to your apartment only to find out you got a ketchup sandwich. read more

Well, we asked her to bring us some ketchup, and get our drink fixed because they gave us the wrong drink at the window. Another 10 mins later she comes back with her crappy attitude, and quickly hands us the ketchup and drink and split immediately. Well the drink was wrong drink, AGAIN. We just left, and I called to complain, they eemed unphased. After reading these comments I know why. I've put up with a lot of shit from this McDonald's over the past few years, waiting in line for over 25 mins for 20 McNuggets only to get 10, my order being completely forgotten to be made, etc anything you'd expect from a shit McDonalds. But when it's late at night and you got munchies the options are limited so I kept coming back. Today however, was the last straw. I waited 30 mins for 2 McChickens and some fries. I was told at the order window that the fries had to be made so I was to roll to the front and wait, so I thought "well at least I'm getting fresh fries." 15 mins later I get my order. WORST FRIES EVER ON MY LIFE NO CAP I wouldn't even give these to people in prison, these fries were so hard you could shank a bitch with them. I shake it off and try to look at the bright side of my McChicken. First bite in I can tell they fried the patty in what must have been oldest oil reserve on this planet, but I'm hungry as fuck so I keep going. Half way through the McChicken I instinctively grab the bag and yak violently into the trash they call food. This is longer an issue of bad service it's a health issue, and for a McDonald's? Well, it has been some time since I stopped by. So I walked over there at lunch today. The temperature inside is still absurdly low, not really suitable for mammals lacking a lot of fur. I suppose if you really like hanging out after your meal, the plus is that the ice in your drink won't melt. The service counter remains tiny, inadequate for the size of the restaurant. A bunch of people were standing in line -- maybe -- I really couldn't tell. So I used the automated kiosk, which I fundamentally don't care for anyway. This was going OK, until I got to a screen that asked me to enter the number on my "tent table." That would be McSpeak for the number you take so they can bring you your food when you eat in. At least I think that is what a tent table is, since there were no tent tables next to the kiosk. Or the other kiosks. Nor did anybody inside seem to have a tent table. I was never able to actually lay eyes on one. And if you can't enter the number of your unavailable tent table, you can't advance through the kiosk menu and pay and order your food. You can try skipping it, but the machine won't accept that. I tried several times but hit the same electronic roadblock. I cancelled the order, walked down the street to Farmer Boys, and had a much better hamburger that I could actually order. read more

Wendy, the manager, was very indifferent and unapologetic that I found a cherry pit in a pie from her location. In fact, she said that it wasn't her fault. Rude! I explained to her that luckily it caused no damage because I caught it in time. She only offered to reimburse me for the pie. I was a little disappointed because I had read reviews about customers receiving a years worth of free burgers... let alone that if it had cracked a tooth and caused damage, there would be a lawsuit involved. I didn't want all that. Just a reasonable concession offered, would have be fair. I am a local college student and told her that I patronize her restaurant 3 to 4 times per month. Furthermore, while speaking with her, two other customers approached to complain about their meals being made incorrectly. So, I said to Wendy, "Wow, you have alot of problems at this location." When I called the location I spoke with the assistant manager Maria who came up with excuses about the oil needed to be changed and that was why it was so dark in color even though I never said anything about color. As Maria kept interrupting me my daughter ended up taking the phone and forcing Maria to stop interrupting.
